Your evening cashier (Dec 5.5: 50pm) was telling her customers she only buys at Global. Also made a comment to me about the durability of the toys I purchased. She is not a good ambassador of your store.

I often come here to pick up food for my two cats. The place is always cleaned and stocked. No complaints!

Went go get some fish. The employee used a dirty net, and the bags were filled with mostly water as an oxygen pump should have been used. At the checkout, the cashier and other employees couldn't decide on the correct price of the fish as some prices were apparently being displayed incorrectly. Won't buy fish from here again

The worst customer service! Why is it every time I go in there to buy feeder insects, always have to wait minimum of 5 mins. Mind you, this is not during peak hours even when they're not busy it happens. There's a button at the mini counter where they bag the insects up. Says to press for service but every time I do no one comes. It's a shame I always have to ask for assistance, please step up your game.

Really knowledgeable staff which are eager to help. They have awesome Groomers. The store is clean. They have a wide selection of dog treats. The dog food selection is so abundant. The whole experience of visiting this store is Awesome!

It was horrible, groomer shaved my bichonpo bald when I asked for a trim and clean up of belly, face, and paws.
She said dog was matted, dog has curly poodle fur, not matted.
I have pics of before and after.
Groomer was cruel and sadistic, it is cold outside. She was lazy what should have taken 3-4 hours took less than 2

Found what I needed and as always Merv was very helpful with a quick puppy training question
After 15 years he still remembers my previous dog being in his training classes

The customer service is horrible. The cashier (young girl with weird tattoos on the lower right arm) is absolutely trash. If you're reading this and you hate your job, just quit your job. Don't bring your attitude to work and act like everyone owes you.

Good selection of pet products and service has always been awesome! Love bringing my dogs here.

Take my dog there to get her nails done and they are really good. I also buy their products in the store and I online.

Good PetSmart location. Parking can be a bit busy in this area at times, but the store itself is generally well stocked and the staff are helpful. Good aquarium/pond area as well.

Crickets are available pre-bagged. This is great. I didn't have to wait for an associate to collect them.
During this visit my 8 yr old held a bearded dragon and was permitted to enter the cat enclosure. Staff were friendly. Overall a great visit.

It was our puppy's first trim grooming experience today and Ashley T did great job! The face trim is so cute and the fur looks so perfect after the brushing. Highly recommend the grooming service at this location!

Who cares, this place is the best. You can look at hampster, pick up some raw hide, pet some kittens (we got a black rescue here, and he's amazing).

They also have really good ambient music that reminds me of a kennel club community gathering. I think their public washrooms are also friendly and efficient. I had an issue with a plastic bag, and the lovely women walking her Doberman was glad to help.

My dog had a "spa day" this past Saturday and for the SECOND time, I was charged for things that I didn't ask for. He had the Furminator bath, which includes a nail trim - but I asked to also have his nails grinded. When I got home, I was charged an extra $20 on top of my Furminator package. So I called and the explanation I got was "the extra $20 was for a nail grind and toothbrushing". When I said I didn't ask for tooth brushing she said "well the nail grind alone is $15 so this was the cheapest way to get it for you is with the tooth brushing". Not sure what type of math she does, but an extra $5 is an extra $5. I love how they don't have pricing on their website. Every time I go to this location it is a mystery what I am going to pay. They make things up as they go along I have yet to actually pay the same amount when every time I get the same service. Will not be going back this was the last straw.

The woman picked the phone was so rude and were shouting at me all the time I was speaking, then she hung up.

The store is big and has good selection. It's always clean and well stocked and the staff are friendly for the most part. But you will wait if you need any sort of assistance. They don't have a lot of staff on hand and if they are busy with other customers the wait can be substantial. To the point where I put off going to when I have extra time to burn.

The grooming dept.is a joke. Ashley thinks she is some high and mighty judge of how people treat their animals. She should be fired. They shave your dog bald then say it was matted and they could do nothing about it. All this is laziness on their part and probably some corporate directive to move the dogs along like an assembly line. You are much better off going to a regarded private groomer. It may cost more but it is worth it at the end of the day. They shaved the dog so bald he had to go to the vet to get meds for his foot infection.

Staff is always friendly, they always open up a new register if there's more than three people in line. The only issue I have with this location is more off and then not the shelves are half empty (especially the wet cat food aisles). Not sure if this is because it's a high-volume store and they just don't get enough product, or if there's another reason.

Went here the other day to pick up a beta fish to make my fiancee happy. Ended up leaving with two albino rabbits. Couldn't have been a better choice. Nice to have a new pet in our home. And the adoption process took no time at all, so what are you waiting for go get yourself a pet!

Amazing as always, cashier's are super sweet and my dog loves them! Stores always pretty clean and well restocked!

Customer service was above and beyond from Alex. He seen I had a list and approached to offer help. He provided me with different opinions for my requirements on products I was looking for and was not at all rushed as some other store associates are at other pet stores.

Good selection on food and animal supplies. Don't have many fluval filter components tho but good for aquarium beginners

This location is a much bigger selection than others. The staff are always friendly. I was recommended a kibble for my dog, who is incredibly fussy. And.he loves it.

The most rude staff in the cat adoption area. They don’t allow you to go and meet the cats and give them affection. We were told off by the rude ladies in the cat area because we said we are unsure if we want to adopt. Honestly very disheartening and unfair to the I adopted animals

It seems clean and a very popular place to shop for most pet supplies along with grooming services. I find their bird section is lacking variety in regards to food, they are virtually all the same, just different brands and the prices are also quite steep.

Great place! I brought my dog here for pictures. I also bought a Guinea pig here. Who i had for years. But, passed And a fish but, it died cause i did"nt look after him properly. I put him in with R. J my Catfish. Probably not good fishmates. I can shop on line and they deliver, along with treats in the box. And they are cheaper.

Top marks for this location. After 10+ years as a regular customer, and they haven't let me down yet.

Slowest cashier's. Every time I go. Takes forever to check out.

But today was the worst. My roommate and I were trying to buy a fish. We waited by the fish for over 30 minutes and the staff refused to help us. We wanted to ask for help but as soon as he was done with someone else he would just leave the section and disappear. I think he thought we were just looking but you should ask if we need help. Couldn't get anybody else to help us.

Always bad expirences.

Service is fast, as they open up a new cashier lane if there's a lineup. I also buy my cat food in bulk, and there's always plenty of stock.

Although a few employees aren't very knowledgeable on the animals there are few who are very knowledgeable and care very much about Animal Care. There was an issue with one beta and I was told he was fine but when I spoke to someone else they handled it perfectly

I think people who are working in a dog grooming section have two faces. They put on a good face when you are there but behind our back they are not so nice. My dog's behavior says so much about them. My dog gets nervous when she is around. They don't realize for my dog is my helpless little baby. Every time I leave my dog there I miss her like you miss your baby. I am thinking about going somewhere else.

Good selection, clean store & friendly staff. Many things are overpriced and plaza where its located is sometimes inconvenient.

Grooming salon always does a fabulous job and they always have all the food and supplies I need in large quantities.

Very friendly people, they had a power outage didn't buy anything, they were very apologetic, nice and clean store, dogs are very well treated.

Used the grooming services for our chocolate lab. Friendly and courteous staff. Kristen did a wonderful job with Malone and the price is very reasonable.

I was initially looking for a specific rabbit food brand (little friends/Martin's), but they unfortunately stopped carrying that brand. I was a little disappointed, but I did find other alternatives. So my trip wasn't wasted. The cashiers were really nice in helping me out.

Always a clean store and staff are helpful. The odd time there doesn't seem to be enough staff, meaning they lack enough people to run the cash as well as answer questions on the floor. Not really a big deal but only reason for the missing star.

It's a large box store. They are pretty good at having stock, grooming services and have a cat adoption centre. On the weekend they're often running Puppy training school in the store. I really wish that they would post when that on more clearly. The staff is quite friendly but be aware that many people bring their dogs and often not well trained ones are around on the weekend.
