Nicky has been grooming my Toy poodle Mickey for about 5 years now and she does an INCREDIBLE job! So detailed and patient.
I couldn’t imagine not having her as my dogs groomer! She’s one of a kind. Thank you!

Sad how they keep their betta fish here. In tiny little cups, so much research has been done to show this isnt okay. Some have fungus and are dying too

Had to return some pet food, ended up just doing an in-store exchange. Very fast service will be back

Patricia is a great trainer who knows the different dog breeds, and she tailors the lesson accordingly. I learned a lot and can see the progress after training. She even provided me with resources to choose the right collar to make walks more effective.

Large selection of stuff for all pets. Well stocked and friendly staff and some of the pets that people bring in here are to die for

This is a great location. There are places closer but the people are the reason I come out of my way to come here. Plenty of parking.

A wide selection of Pet Goods and supplies if and other exotic animal supplies. The groomers is great knowledgeable place to take your dog to. All of the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly.

I did an online order at 10 pm yesterday evening to be picked up in the store when it was ready. I received an email at 8: 30 am this morning letting me know that my order was ready for pick-up and also informing me that if I preferred, PetSmart offered Curbside pick-up. I arrived at the store, called the number, dialed 0 for Curbside, it was answered on the first ring. The gentlemen associate was very personable to speak with asked for my information and location, then told me that he would be out in a few moments with my purchase. The entire process took under 3 minutes. I was very impressed!

My puppy and I went through the basic, intermediate and click-a-trick training sessions with Patricia. She was great at teaching us concepts and giving us tips when practicing. We had a lockdown in between classes and she kept good communications to ensure that we can be back safely without forgetting too much! I highly recommend a package for the many new dog parents out there!

My regular groomer was booked up so I thought I’d try here. She was nicely washed and brushed. After taking her home she now tries to nip my hands if I go to dry off her feet after being outside (which she’s never done before).

Lately I've wanted to buy an item on sale but there was never any stock and no one knew when they would get more. All other experiences have been good.

A lot of selection, plus the lady at the counter was super nice, and let me know what products would be dangerous for my dog

Very good. They appear to be keeping only the handles of the carts clean. The inside part of the smaller cart I had was filthy, handle seemed ok.other than that great store stuff I wanted was in stock.

What can say except for, Nicky is amazing. She groomed my first dog Piccolo and is now grooming my new little puppy, Cooper. He absolutely loves seeing Nicky and getting groomed. Nicky takes her time and make sure he always look handsome when done. She makes every appointment an enjoyable one. The other ladies in the salon are just as great. As soon as they see my little guy they all greet him and make him feel special. I recommend Nicky and all the ladies to anyone looking for a great place. Thank you, Nicky and PetSmart staff for making all visits a great one.

A store for pet supplies - dogs, cats, birds, lizards, fish, etc. There is a grooming salon inside, as well as training school and adoption center.

When to groomers.great service.cash registers were all down but one.still received amazing service while standing in line up.zero complaints.

Disappointed. I bought 5gallon aquarium online. The staff wont sell me a 2 small gold fish. She said its too small and it should be 20 gallon per small gold fish.so if i have 2 gold fish, i need to buy 40 gallon fish tank. If you see the store, they have 20 gallon tank with hundreds of gold fish in it. S*****

The staff were just there running out the clock, more interested in talking to their friends, and sharing pictures of their cats than helping customers. Basic fish supplies, I had questions but again, store was dead and no one helped me out.

Lynsey and Kelsey are 5 stars. I have a brand new puppy, first time dog owner and they gave me so many tips you dont see right away. Thank god for them.

Tried to upsell me a 200$ tank for a goldfish.what happend to goldfish living in a bowl. The refused to sell me said gold fish

They cut really close to my dogs skin unfortunately he has bunch of red and sensitive spots. I paid $100 box for hurting my little boy never going there again.

This is our go to place! Usually have adorable kittens for adoption and great sales. The staff are quite friendly too!

We attended the beginner and intermediate puppy classes taught by Patricia. Our Chihuahua puppy started off very timid and shy but with Patricia's care and guidance improved each week. By the end of the classes she was very sociable with the other pups and had learned many important commands. I would recommend these classes for anyone looking to socialize their dog and learn the essential commands. Patricia is a wonderful, patient teacher.
We had a lot of fun at the class and hope to join another one in the future!

A great pet store with all the necessities you need for your pets.
Our dog Dexter just graduated from the puppy training class thanks to the very helpful advice from our class trainer Patricia she was great & Dexter can't wait for the intermediate class to start next week, he loves his outings to Petsmart.

So happy with the AMAZING Groom Lola had on Sunday! The care the staff gave to her was exceptional and she looks so pretty!

Got one dog groomed because they only issue a deal for one pet only. Coupon not redeemable for multiple pets. Such a shame.
Otherwise grooming experience is excellent aside e from my pet has never reveived a scarf or bow or anything like I see others receive.

Went there this morning to have our dog groomed right at 9am right when the store had opened. The store looked immaculate and when we had gotten to the grooming section it looked like a Fur Bomb went off in there. It was disgusting, the groomer we had booked with didn't seem like she wanted to do her job and she herself was also covered in fur as if she had just put a dirty uniform on. Extremely disappointing, will not be booking at that store ever again, can not believe how gross the grooming area looked! It was Revolting! The PetSmart we go to normally looks immaculate in all areas of the store, again it was extremely disappointing

One of the better Petsmart locations, it is very large and carries a good variety of product. Typically clean and not too smelly (that's tough with a pet store!).

My pup and I love to shop for dog food here. The store is clean and the waiting time at check out is minimal. However there is a certain lady with major attitude at the cash. Be aware!

Very friendly staff! One girl (I forget her name but her name tag said "Grinch" which she was far from!) Answered all our questions was super friendly and just amazing customer service! Also had some great tattoo work:)

Lynsey was super knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my daughter and I to re-populate our fish tank. She was awesome! Good prices and selection of dog food as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went here to look into adopting a kitten. The lovely people from Ninth Life Cat Rescue helped us bring home our amazing kitten Neptune.

I needed to find something to keep the sun out of my dog's eyes (she has a medical condition) and a couple of very helpful employees managed to find me some doggie sunglasses! She didn't end up tolerating them at all and the return was just as easy as the purchase!

I came to PetSmart at 10: 00am to look at some cats to adopt, found a cat I love so I talked to some associate they told me " I don't have any answers for u but there is a volunteer who comes in" when I asked what time they told me " I don't know " so I waited till 11 when the volunteer finally showed up and took in a family before me. It looks like they are adopting a cat or two and have been looking at cats for a while (which is fine I can wait since the family has 2 little girls). I stood at the door waiting and the volunteer didn't even acknowledge my existence. So I finally knocked on the door and she came to talk to me when she asked what I wanted I asked if I can talk to her about adopting a cat. She then replied with "yeah" and walked away, I have been standing and waiting patiently.it's is noon time now. I am very mad about this whole experience. I also tired calling the number given to me to ask questions about the adoption process. I called twice and both times the call was hung up.

Nicole is our favourite groomer at petsmart, always friendly and our dog Willow always looks beautiful when we pick her up. Veterinarian noted how good her teeth look at her last appointment, Thanks Nicole for doing such a great job brushing her teeth:)

Super friendly and spacious. So many dog food brands from raw to kibble. Collect points when you buy food etc.

SO someone had opened a package that had 2 or 3 large Kong treats in it. While I was picking out a toy for my dog he picked one of those treats up behind my back. Now it's not sellable but I'm not about to pay because someone else opened up the pack to steal the other one. So sorry pet smart but I'm not going to pay for it but great store and I'll be back.not to pay for that though just to pay for things we want ️ so sorry! Keep on being awesome!

Great customer service and the selection is huge. Go in on adoption day and look at all the animals, they need forever homes.

New staff at this location. I have been coming here for years to get my dog groomed. My past experiences have been nothing but incredible with friendly and knowledgeable staff and have had zero complications. Today unfortunately was far from it such a disappointment. My dog is very shaggy and tends to get matted on his beard and legs. I have never encountered a groomer that was unable to handle or finish the job. His legs and face were completely untouched with strings of fur hanging from around his neck. The parts of his body that were shaved (his back and stomach) are choppy and uneven, he didnt even get a bath or his nails clipped. I have never had such a horrific experience. EVER! I have never written a bad review anywhere, mistakes happen but not like this. Tottally unacceptable. There wasnt even a manager present.
Im sorry to say the service and knowledge at this location has taken a turn for the worst. A complete nightmare. I had to get my sibiling who is a hair dresser to finish the job! Dont waste money here, clearly a beauty salon would be a better approach for your pet.

I went in to register for a puppy class and with 12 people in line and one cashier. There seemed to be mass confusion as with dogs barking, and people taking the training classes who needed to pay upon registration seem to take precedent over that 12 people in line and were able to jump the Q. When in reality a separate cashier should have been set up for puppy registration not interfering with the regular line of customers. The whole situation could have been averted had a better lan be set up by management.

Poor old guy was butchered at this location this afternoon.he's been going to this location for three years.never had a problem, not a single complaint.they have hired inexperienced groomers and clearly don't train well.today was a total disappointment. This location used to be great, sadly it has gone downhill.

Big store, lots of variety. Still pretty minimal reptile goods though. Drove from the small one in Centre Mall in Hamilton because they didn't have what I needed.

Just had our dog groomed at the brant location. Never have i ever been so upset in my life. The poor guy is 17 yrs old and for the first time he has been completely BUTCHERED! Long chunks of hair everywhere, his back and sides are all choppy. Long hair on his face and chest. He looks terrible. Ive never gsd this happen before. Hes so calm and gentle. Whoever "groomed him" needs to find another job. This isn't for u clearly. Why not have someone with experience take over then?

The staff have knowledge about the animals but they don't have much patience with newbies. The store need more options of products.

The worst customer service I ever had. I have been there for several times and made many purchases for my cat. They always ask my account number but never sent me an electronic receipt. For some reason I can’t keep my cat anymore, so I tried to refund some of the items I bought. I check the web it says I can refund with my account even without a receipt. Since I lost my receipt I feel it’s fine even if I can’t get refund, but it’s still good to try.
When I walked into the store, their device was not working and my account was not able to show. I said it’s ok if doesn’t work out I would take my stuff and leave. The guy who seemed just be promoted to manager heard my problem and start to act sarcastically. “Alright, no receipt no refund. ” Like somehow I steal the products from his store and asked for a refund. How non professional! He didn’t even bother to scan and check the item.
As I repeatedly said it’s ok if the refund is unsuccessful, that guy doesn’t listen at all and acted like I was a unreasonable customer who was trying to make a fraud. All I want to hear is “sorry we can’t really refund without receipt” in a nicer way which can save some time and energy for both of us.
In the end I was the only one who said “Ok, thank you, bye then”. None of the staff said anything like “sorry can’t help/ you’re welcome” or gave me any other advices. That guy even turned to another staff and said “see we can’t refund (people) like her”.
Now I felt getting insulted and I just learnt petsmart literally can promote anyone to be a manager.

Nikki is my go to pet groomer. Capt. Etienne Navarre loves her and Nikki has such a calming aura about her. I trust her but most of all Navarre trusts her.

It's a nice store, and it's really nice that they have cats for adoption rather than for sale. If you have a "pet perks" card and things are on sale, the prices are OK. If not, some items can be fairly expensive. On the other hand, it is pretty convenient to have everything you need at one location.
