PetSmart overall is just a foul company. They throw thousands of pounds of dry and canned dog and cat food out every week that could be donated but instead they slash the bag/open the can and throw it in the dumpster, coincidentally where their company belongs.

Omg our new furbabies are spoiled. I love how many clearance items there are. My daughter is a registered vet technician, so I asked her for advice. The clerks were super helpful, and the grooming staff helped me arrange their first bath n nail trim. I got everything I needed n extra cuteness stuff, too

Was a bit difficult to find what i was looking for as i thought i was in the dog section because of the dog training area, but apparently thats the cat section. Eveone was happy and friendly, and i found what i needed.

The store is always clean and well stocked with a wide variety of products for just about any pet with numerous different brands to choose from. The young man who helped with my purchase was very friendly,
and we were talking and joking around. I like that kind of atmosphere.

Staff is great, fish are healthy with clean tanks, aisle are very well kept and super clean!

Looking for a muzzle for my dog and they are "not allowed to order" one even though they are out of stock. What kind of rule is that for a business

Wasn't sure what to look for online, the staff was great in helping me place on online order. Everything I needed for orphaned 2 week old kittens. Thanks again staff at petsmart, the kittens are doing great

Most employees have no animal experience, and I really wish that as a corp, they would up their standards of pet care, especially in terms of Betta keeping. The staff is generally friendly, but the last time I went in, I was followed by a manager who was quick to discourage me from checking if the tub of worms I was about to purchase was any good (worms are super unreliable lol).
In general, you can find everything you need.

We've taken our pet to this location for grooming many times. They do a good job and the groomers are all very nice. I have taken off a star, however; because whenever we called to make an appointment and gave our number, they would ask if the appointment was for Shiloh. I always very lightly told them that she had passed away and the appointment was for our other dog (who we, at one time, had brought along with Shiloh to be groomed). This happened 4 - 6 times and is not the reason we started going somewhere else and I don't hold them responsible really but just take some time and update the system.

Uneventful.that is all. It is hard to imagine based on retail lease costs and price density of what they are selling, how these stores will remain open much longer? Its a classic example of what doesn't work any more in retail in my opinion.wish them the best though.

I called the store earlier today and talked with customer service about purchasing a betta fish. They told me that I had to order purchase the fish online and that they would bring it out because of the lockdown restrictions. I called back saying that their website gave me no option to add the fish to my cart. Wasted my day getting the tank ready for nothing. The customer service employees should have been aware of what she could and could not sell to customers. Very disappointed.

Petsmart.ca, horrible experience. 1st they canceled my order and never told me or told me why. I kept looking for the email giving me a time for delivery.nothing. Finally I called and was told they canceled my order. Tried it again, everything went through, but they didn't bring the dog food! This was the entire reason for the order. Called the store. Caroline had notified door dash and they were going to send it.well, my poor little fur babies had no food delivered at all. Very sad. Not pleased at all.

If its for grooming, the worst place to go. I couldn't recognize my puppy.uneven cut with alot of scissor marks.not even a kid can do such a poor job. Never again.

Good place for basic puppy training and grooming. My dog can be a handful and them taking her in for a basic bath etc was amazing and super helpful

What you see is what you get. Service does not generate complaint and the variety of products meets every need I have had for any of my pets. (Cat, dog, rat, hamster)

Lots of stuff for cats and dogs. The products are cheap, and are pretty good price. I wish there was a lot more variety but my go to for cat supplies! They have a dog training place too! And a grooming place

My dog gets very nervous when going into the grooming salon but all the staff make sure he feels comfortable and don't get mad

I'm living away from home right now in Windsor for school, and left my cat with my parents in Toronto. One day, I was feeling really sad and missing my cat, so I went into this Pet Smart. I asked to see the kittens/cats that were up for adoption. Even though I told the staff that I wouldn't be adopting at that time that day, they were still very kind and let me say hello to the cats and play with some of them as well. I felt less depressed afterwards, and I'm thankful to the staff for doing that for me.

Excellent selection of products for cats and dogs. They also sell fish, aquariums and a whole range of other pet commodities. They offer dog training and grooming as well as pet adoption. It's a really cool store.

Pet Smart is a very expensive place to buy things for your pets. I've found exact items online for 30%-50% less. Good if you need pet food NOW and can't wait.

Paige did an excellent job on Miss Lilly Rose. She looks great and is very happy. Always pleased with the groomers at Petsmart off of Walker Rd.

We bought this habitat for our hamster. Really easy to put together. Thanks PetSmart for having it in stock our new hamster loves it. We will have to go back for more tubes but still a great little house.

My daughter returned about 60.00 worth of stuff with the receipt and instead of giving her cash back.which is the way she paid.she was given a store credit.the last time she returned something that she had debit she was told it couldn't go back on her account they had to give her cash.this is wrong.she pd cash she should get cash back.she is on a disability pension and now has a 60 $ store credit stead of money she could use.

Honestly, I don't feel great about this place. In particular the enclosures for small animals.

The spaces are way too small for that number of animals, and I think it leaves the animals unhappy and the customers with a false impression of what type of care their new pet needs.

Came in for Chinchilla food. I always stop to admire the beta fish, however this time majority of them were dead! 5 beta fish dead, at 3pm in the afternoon meaning nobody even checked on them the night before, or morning today. Manager was too coward to address me himself as i was taking a video of the dead betas in their small cups ROTTING! Was told I was making a scene. I had tears in my eyes stunned and almost didn’t know why to say. I understand corporate probably gets the fish really cheap, doesn’t value their little lives any less. Also doesn’t excuse the lack of care. Disappointed and hope to take this further to make some change.the manager was ROY! Sure your dogs like visiting this place, but THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS THERE LACK IMMENSELY

Lol! We went there twice in 24 hours. The first time, we were told they didn't carry a particular item even though their website said they did. So we went home, ordered it online, and picked it up at the very same store on the next day.

The service I recieved from the owner himself was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to find me the product I needed, and when he couldn't find that one, he found an identical one, cheaper, and contacted the other stores so I could obtain them.

The kindness, care, and detail I recieved made this location my favourite location in Windsor.

It’s a good place to get supplies but I have purchased at least 10 guppies over the last 6 months from here and they always die after a week or so. I have brought the fish back, got new ones and those ones die too. It is not my water because I have other guppies, that I got from my mother-in-law, are doing just fine in the tank.

Really big store, with a variety of different brands for pet supplies, food and more. The staff are friendly and nice and the location is convenient

Amazing experience.i saw a dog there that was pretty cute so i had fun.im taking a star off though bc there was a spider in a cup (i assume an employee caught it) and i asked if it was for sale and they said no unfortunately.would have been 5 stars if i came home with a happy spider in my hands but sadly not

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They also have treats on them to share with your pets, and ask permission to share.

My Pup loves coming here, we haven't used the grooming section yet but maybe one day in the future. The staff make my pup feels welcomed when they greet and give him treats. Sometimes we like to just go there to train him to get use to the sliding doors and constant people. My pup had a small accident in the store because he is still potty training and the workers were very understanding. Defiantly recommend going here.

I drive a little further just for this location's awesome staff. They always ask if they can help you with anything, even with your pup dragging you around the store lol.

This is the larger yet inferior of the two petsmarts in the city but the lady in charge of the fish is second to none. She knows everything to do with the fish and really seems to care about each fish. I choose this PetSmart over the other solely because of her.

They have such a unprofessional rookies at checkout, no manner how to speak to a customer. Last week I went for my dog appointment for the grooming and I paid $79 including the tooth paste service, they have given the tooth brush once it was done. At checkout to pay for grooming, the unprofessional rookie asked me if I picked this from isle and forgot to pay. Next time I will look other dog grooming provider. It was a bad experience.
