Nice place. I was looking for baby dinosaurs! Unfortunately, they didn't have it! I was told they were extinct thousands plus year ago!

Staff are always welcoming and the store overall is clean and organized when i shop for supplies and food. I used the self serve dog wash station for the first time. Price is good but the station was not clean. Dog hair filled brushes and combs left out from previous users, a machine wasn't working properly and the towels provided were very thin. Although instructions are posted to use the sprayer with built in shampoo and conditioner, it didnt appear as though any product was coming out with the water. I thought self serve would be a good option in a pinch but I likely won't use this service again. It was a little disappointing.

It's always a good thing when your dog gets excited to go see the groomers and Tyrion loves going to PetSmart.

I’m leaving a 1 star solely because of this locations treatment of its staff. The employees are constantly over worked, under staffed. The grooming salon has lovely facilities for your dogs, but the staff members are expected to work without proper equipment, without proper management, and many work as bathers for years with no actual move up. I have seen many employees terminated for doing exactly as they were told. And being an ex-employee of petsmart myself, I can tell you that the staff there are trying their best, but the cooperation does not actually care about animals (or humans) well fare. I would also like to add that many staff had been hurt on shift, and they were practically dismissed until paperwork was involved, these injuries were caused by animals under petsmarts care.

Very large and clean store, associates were extremely helpful and very friendly. I got everything I need in one visit.

Lots of helpful staff. Went out of their way to look up shipment dates when we asked about a certain cat food availability.

If there was an option to rate it no star I would. I bought a Bala shark from this location about 3 inch, not even 2 days after it showed signs that it had a disease named Ichthyophthirius multifiliis and I only found out when his condition got worst and I could see it on his scales and fins. 2 days later all my fish died in my 120 gallon aquarium, I had a huge bala shark, 4 rose line shark and 3 ID shark. THIS IS MY LAST TIME BUYING FISH FROM Amateur people, I am Super disappointed and angry about the lack of care for the fishes in the store. You are better off spend more at big al’s and get healthy fish, again I am super angry and disappointed towards pet-smart, keep in mind even their products are more expensive compared to big al Mississauga…I am never walking in an other pet-smart from now, it’s going to be only big al’s for me, all fish keepers know how disappointed it must feel to lose all fishes in your only tank that you take care of.

Always a great experience. No discrimination, no hate- love going there. Every employee is happy to see you and you feel so welcomed!

My go to store to bring my newfie too. He loves coming here and as soon as we come to the parking lot he knows he gets to say hi to everyone. Fantastic selection for all animals. We have a gecko, ragoll, betta, and our newfie so we spend a lot of time here and it's worth it. Thank you to the very nice staff for being so helpful.

The manager Wendy is exceptional with her customer service and the help that she gives customers, and in general all employees are fantastic. Great service and very reasonable ppl. I love going to this PetSmart!

Grooming was done perfectly. My old boy (my dog) has some health issues, but with Kiersten B everything went well. She was the absolute sweetest and professional! Good service, very satisfied!

It has what you need for your pets (and then some). Curbside pickup is easy and efficient. I find this chain very dog-centric, as 1/2 of the store is for dogs, the other half for all other pets.

Great curbside pick-up experience. It is your standard big box pet store but they are great to deal with during the pandemic.

Great selection, good service. Prices are typically higher on popular items, in comparison to the prices of the identical items found at Amazon, or Walmart. Some locations (mainly Oshawa) cannot keep live crickets, super worms, or hornworms in stock. You'll need to show up on the live insects delivery day, or the day after, to avoid disappointment. I've always been told that the supplier is out, and nobody has them.except other locations (Whitby) and their competitors (Big Al's), always seem to have plenty in stock.

Absolutely atrocious service and ignorant staff.will never bring my animals to this location ever again, deplorable.watched them cutting a dogs nails and hitting the cuticle almost every time.pleasr be careful with grooming staff.

Very big petsmart! Very clean and very friendly staff. I was looking for food for my kitten and there were plenty options to choose from for every budget. I also got a toy from their sale section which my cat loves.
Overall I had a very good experience shopping here.

Staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up phone on me. Trying to enquire about picking up dog food.

The place is actually great, very clean, well organized but finding staff on the floor is virtually impossible.

Took me almost half an hour to find someone who had to page somebody else to give me a hand with some fish.

Would have had a higher rating if the staffing was better.

A simple nail trim showed me the depth of customer service the staff will go to. Great work - keep it up. You clearly care about your two and four legged customers.

Store was very clean, and the employees were not only extremely friendly, but they went above and beyond in helping in both the adoption process and in picking out food and other items for my new kitten, and for my roommate's kitten.
