First time going to Petsmart grooming for complete cut & bath for our pups! Everything was great from the friendly Steph on the phone when I called with questions, drop off was great, Heather R. & Meaghan D were helpful and welcoming! We discussed expectations and style of cut for the pups. I was sent a text when they were ready! The pups did very well and they looked so cute!

Lots of great things for pets. You can even get a cat there since they allow shelter pets to be shown there. Great for the community

Terrible service! Wait over 10 minutes in the fish department literally every time I go. I just left without purchasing anything. Great way to loose business

Went in with my friends dog and the employees were great. One employee helped me get the harness on the dog so I didn't have to alone (she's big). Great prices and love using coupons from the app

Please do not go to this place, they wanted to charge me $150 plus tax to get my dog groom a lady named Stefania had a really bad attitude. This company have a lot of complains they stop doing the grooming service.

Two times our dog had issues there. One time he was hit on the snout, he was only a puppy. The groomer who was there admitted to hitting him. Then there was another groomer who put our dogs face in a corner and then roughly grabbed his back leg to "examine" his paw, and then complained our dog was aggressive. The last time we are not sure what happened, but he was accused of snapping at someone. They have the worst groomers there. If you can't be patient with a dog, don't be a groomer! We now take him elsewhere where this lady is absolutely wonderful with him. No muzzle, no whimpering from being scared, and she got his nails done in less than 10 min. We did find out that something happened at Pet Smart with his left front paw as he was reluctant to have it worked on. They probably cut too far down and didn't tell us. I wouldn't go there or suggest anyone take their fur baby there, even if it was free!

Cut and dry alright. Turning away customers, refusing to allow dog to return for another hair cut. Can't turn away every dog, otherwise just close your grooming permanently. The most professional advice to customers is suggesting getting sedation pills from the vet for haircuts. Geesh! Customers aren't going to return to your store and buy other things after refusing grooming business.arengoing to

Lyssa and Heather in the grooming salon are great. They really care for my little guy and know how to deal with his anxiety.

The more you play, the more the charities make to support local societies who help the poor. We all win. Clean facility, friendlt workers.

Very clean store and well organized.plus I bought a bed for the cat on sale for $10 just recently a great score, but I didn't see much fish to choose from lately. I just bought a couple male fancy Guppies on the May 24 weekend and a couple days they were dead and to further find out the fish I bought were infected but didn't look it and infected my whole tank and I lost alot of breeder guppies and babies as well. I estimate around a hundred or so fish are dead in my tank.doesn't look like I will be buying any fish from Petsmart anymore.

Brought my golden in for grooming. The initial start to the visit was pleasant. However, when I picked her up she could barely walk. The groomer said she had trouble standing and she needed assistance lifting her on the table. She's 85 pounds and 13 years old. I would think that's to be expected. Than she complained that she didn't like to be crated. Ok. When I checked her work the tail had not been brushed or cut, her nails weren't done, I doubt she was given a bath and she could barely walk. She had her stand for 3 hours! No wonder she was struggling. Never going back.

The staff are very knowledgeable. I've never had an issue here. They are my go to when I need pet supplies

Other than dead fish within the fish tanks decorating the trees with fish corpses it was nice and all staff were very friendly.

I recently completed the Puppy Training Class and Intermediate Training Class at the Tecumseh East PetSmart. I was looking for guidance and a solid plan on how to positively train my new puppy. KB is an excellent dog trainer. Not only did he teach us the training curriculum, he also individualized the class to help with each dog’s unique needs and learning styles. It was evident that the dogs enjoyed his positive reinforcement teaching methods. I highly recommend his classes as they helped immensely.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped me with everything I needed for the cutest little tiny rodent my wife found in our bathroom, and I caught with a box.

Had training with KB at petsmart tecumseh mall.so happy with the training and the results. KB was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs a great compassionate trainer.excellent, excellent excellent!

This 5 star rating is based not just on petsmart but a specific employee, Daniella. I am completely a NEWBIE when it comes to pets and I purchased a hamster for the first time. My knowledge was extremely limited and Daniella's assistance was great! Absolutely phenomenal employee5 stars

I go for aquarium supplies. Usually can find a good price during a sale, workers are very helpful and seem knowledgeable most of the time. Huge and inventory and large selection of items.

Danielle in grooming is responsible for 5 stars - takes care of my high drama pup in the grooming salon and she still keeps coming back for more!

Overall it's a good store but never seem to have anything in stock always had to go to the other one I'm windsor.

The girl that helped us pick our new baby was so informative and helpful. She knew exactly everything that we needed to make our new pet as comfy and safe as possible.

The store was very very clean and very well organized. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, as well as helpful. I was very impressed!
