There’s chubby lady who works there who did not want to sell me a bunny cage, she said she doesn’t have to sell me the cage and that I should let my bunny run free in the house I explained to her I have dogs and I need it for when I leave thing dogs out as I can’t lock my dogs up all day for the bunny so I would rotate. She then said she will not sell me it and the MANAger with short sPicky hair started to laugh. So I got a dog cage instead and the bunny slipped out of the cage and my dogs ripped it part. My child is traumatized so thank you for that. It was clearly a race problem, not sure why there is no black peoples working there but thanks
PetSmart is Spots favourite Place because they know his name and are always so kind. Today was no exception but WOW! I was so happy to see their enthusiasm and generosity. Spot was gifted a yummy bone chew (teeth cleaning) dent-a-stick and an adorable Happy Birthday Bandanna. As Tiffany, the sales associate said, it really was the “ BEST DAY EVER ” Let PetSmart know your pet’s birthdays and they will email you a coupon for $3 off a treat or toy on their birthday.
9/10 when I go to this location to buy food and litter for my dogs and cats, atleast 1 thing I need is out of stock and I need to decide on a quick substitution. Staff at the register always very friendly.
Great staff! Very friendly & knowledgeable. Went there to inquire about their grooming services & the staff there suggested that we take our dog to the vet to get his nail trimmed due to his age & fear (due to his age) but gave me some helpful suggestions to get our dog prepared for them.will be taking him there on 4/16/22 for his grooming. Will update when services are done
Grooming here was unsatisfactory. After reading reviews saying it was good I did not receive that, very upsetting. In the review it only mentions one groomer who is great, to say the least I did not get her but was expecting the same service. Totally waste of money more so my time and my poor dog who didn't even get everything done that was included in the package. I knew I should have canceled right on the spot when meeting the groomer as my instincts were right. I won't ever go here again.
I always enjoy going to this Petsmart location. Not only do I appreciate the friendliness and cleanliness of the staff and store, but I also enjoy seeing the different pets people bring in for grooming etc. I never have an issue finding what I need and the prices are more than reasonable. I love this store!
They took excellent care of my German Shephard in the grooming dept. He is a nervous guy but they reassured him he was safe and he came home as happy as could be! THANK YOU PETSMART! We'll be back!
Decent product selection, prices could be better on certain products. The staff are always friendly and helpful though.
I do wish they carried more single ingredient novel protein chews as our dog and many others have allergies/sensitive stomachs (pork, rabbit, kangaroo, etc), but I just go to Global Pet Foods for that.
Had a very positive experience with Darcy, both over the phone and in person. He was patient and knowledgeable and I am happy with the service I received. I bought 4 little fish just to start my first tank.

Horrible customer service. Been directed to a groomer 3 times with no call back. Just called to inquire and when asking if there was an easier way to contact the groomer because clearly my information was not getting passed along, I was hung up on. Ridiculous. I am also aware of the online booking system, when trying to book online I was directed to call. Will not be visiting this location again and will be telling friends to seek business elsewhere.
The first time I brought my dog to the centre mall location, we had no issue with grooming. The second time we attempted to bring her it has been nothing but problems. Our first appointment was cancelled as the groomer was sick - understandable. When I rebooked with them, they said she could come in on Friday - but did not tell me that it was not the Friday immediately following. After showing up and being turned away, I arrived to the appointment on Friday I had actually been booked for only to hear that the groomer was not in AGAIN. They said everyone had been called, yet I had not received a call. Grooming here is fine, organization sucks. Really disappointing and a huge waste of time.
This is the pet form of toys are us. If you bring your pet expect to stay for lengthy periods. The staff is attentive and always stopping to help and share love with your pet. Always stocked shelves and selection available. Offers grooming services. Best thing yet they have a donation program to help other animals. Make sure to ask about the stuffed animals to buy and donate. One stop shop!
The cashier associate was very helpful I forgot my glasses and she read me the info I needed between 2 products and further helped me with an opinion. Love when associates help and not giving idc attitude
Selection for anything that isn't a cat or dog is poor, but staff are always helpful and the store is super clean and well attended to. I'm also pleased by the health of their fish- though do be mindful of keeping an eye on the Bettas (and DO NOT BUY tiny plastic homes for them)
My puppies grew up here and the staff remembers them by name. I couldn't have raised such marvelous pups without their help. (Like that time I popped in three times in one day because I couldn't figure out the cone of shame) thank-you!
Don’t go here if your dog has anxiety. Even if you book an appointment you have to specifically book for express which they do not tell you until after they give you back your dog saying he’s too stressed. Well yeah my dog gets stressed out by kennels and overwhelmed easily. Maybe you shouldn’t have newer people working on big dogs if it makes them nervous. Not only did you make my dog extremely anxious you couldn’t even fulfill your duties and bathe my dog for a BOOKED appointment. This place is a wreck and absolutely not kind to ALL dogs. Please be weary.
Non existent service.no interest in what you want or showing you were it is. "back of the store" etc.etc. "staff" have no interest in your pets, what they need and if they even have it.
I have always shopped at petsmart for my pets but recently I noticed little fish in glass jars at the store I shop and it left me feeling disgusted. It's very cruel to keep these fish in such a confined space
Took my dog in for his appointment and there is another dog in getting done, I had told girl when I made the appointment my dog is dog aggressive and she said it wouldn't be a problem well needless to say she told me to leave and I will never be back there again for anything including his food and treats
I recently got a new puppy and I needed a color and leash for training and the staff there helped me get everything I needed while I held my puppy. I was in and out of the store in less then 10 minutes.great staff at the centre mall pet smart.
Called Friday to book an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed. The groomer had gone home so the employee took down my phone number and told me they’d call be on Saturday or Tuesday to schedule me an appointment. Never received a call so I followed up on Wednesday and was told they’re doing walk-in only. So I went in, and was turned away. Was told its best to call. So today, I called at 12: 20 and was told that I should come at 1: 30 (and mentioned I might have to wait 10-15 minutes). I show up, and again they turn me down. Even though I’ve called (and mentioned that to them). Thanks for wasting my time.
This is an amazing store with incredible prices. I recently got an aquarium from there and it is amazing and i was highly satisfied with this purchase. The prices at petsmart compared to its competitors is low. I really enjoy how clean the store is, on top of that the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Employees are young and have very friendly attitudes. Really would like to see them become more knowledgeable about their products. Still a great place to shop for your pet.
I put in an online order 5 hours later they still have not received it due to back up I got no email that even explains that and gives me a confirmation number to cancel it. When I go back to recent orders nothing comes up for me to cancel. I called the store and they only have 2 bags left but cannot give me one. My card already has been charged. Do not charge my card until my order is ready to pick up. If I go buy one now then I will end up with paying twice for it. So now I sit and hope it gets received soon before they run out.
