Shout out to the groomers on duty today. They went above and beyond to resolve a minor mixup in grooming services. Our chocolate lab is looking much better now! Thank you!

I’ve been here numerous times and as of recently there have been problems with booking my dog’s nail trimming appointments. I call to book my appointment (next available appointment was 2 weeks out). I called a day before the appointment to confirm the time I had booked and they said There was no booking for me on that date. So I booked for later in that week.
Fast forward months later…Again, I booked the earliest appointment weeks out and just to double check, I called to confirm my appointment and same thing…they have no record of my appointment. Very frustrated. I wish they would send email or text confirmation of the appointment so we have record of it.

Awesome experience with the talent. She was personable and professional. Great communication leaving me with a great hair cut with very clean and sharp back n sides. Wanted to get the advertised beard trim but sadly that's not yet allowed due to covid protocols. Definitely a future repeat customer.

We have been trying to get vitamin C for our guinea pigs for a month now. We have been going in a couple days a week and they never have any stock. We've been told they restock on Wednesdays so we went in on Wednesday and they had nothing. Then we were told they restock on Saturdays so we went in then and they had nothing. The past 6 times we have gone they've been out. If they're very popular, then more need to be ordered. Finally went to pet valu instead and they had lots in stock and said they never run out. Bought everything they had on the shelf and will continue going there.

Leaving 2 stars because the staff are nice and haven't had any other bad experiences. This has just been super annoying.

Surprisingly, the pet grooming side of Petsmart has a small 'boutique' feel. Lots of staff, great communication & customer service, & very professional. Not something I'd expect from a big box pet store, but it's true.

Had my dog trimmed here they did a fantastic job! So friendly and even quicker than I had expected.

Was super excited to get my puppy his first appt with these guys for a bath and nail trim. Unfortunately they will not accept any dogs that refuse to go into a kennel for them. I was super willing to wait with him as it was already 10 minutes past his appt at this time.they refused. I have a appt with another place this evening who won't need to lock him in a kennel and refuse him like that. He's a 10 month old puppy btw. Bad first experience for a new customer for sure.

Awesome grooming service! We have been taking our labradoodle for years and they always do a tremendous job! This grooming was done by Megan and she was great! We recommend them to all our friends. ₩

Placed an order for pickup. Got the email it was ready. Arrived at 9am when they opened. Clicked “I’m here” in the app, and then waited 10 minutes…. Not a single customer had even gone in the store and yet, no one is coming out with my order. I phoned the store and they were like “oh sure we will be right out”, and brought it out within 30 seconds. Is no one checking the app notifications in the store? What the hell is the point of it, other than to steal customer data?

Loved the layout of the store. Worked really well with the small animal and aquatic section in the back. Staff were friendly and talkative.

Grooming Saloon - Their grooming is topped up with super stress for the pet. And the experienced groomer (without naming her) is quite arrogant. I have no clue what they do with the pet, but after the grooming my pet won't act normal for at least 2 days.

We shopped here today for our pet snake, hamster and rats, and found everything we needed.

Line was long but they opened an extra register to speed up service. Store was stocked with supplies and we found what we wanted.

Dropped dog off for 1: 30 pm appointment. They call in 10 minutes telling me my dog won't stand so they can't groom him. That he seems scared. They stated for the safety of the dog they can't groom him. How can they determine that in 10 minutes? He has been groomed multiple times. Maybe if staff was more friendly with him and let him get oriented with the place. Not happy: (

Poor experience.took my dog in for grooming, for the third time, twice after a knee injury. The second experience was good, someone assisted with supporting his back end while grooming. This last time, I was called early before the store opened as the schedule was overbooked with big dogs they said. I brought him in, when I picked him up the groomer said she did her best but couldn’t get backend support as they were overbooked. She said she did the best she could and I paid the regular amount. The grooming looked ok at first but after I got home, there was chopping trimming and bald spots. Also a recommendation to take him somewhere else if I wanted better and softer care, but it was ok if I wanted to bring him back there. I am very disappointed and absolutely would never want this groomer again. Perhaps they need some managerial intervention. They either have time to do a proper job or they don’t. I want a refund.

Always out of the large size pill pockets.never staff around to ask if any is in back.cashier was flippant to the point of rude. Too many other places to buy my pet treats/food etc Would not recommend this location.

Staff is always so friendly here and helpful. Super insightful, especially with aquarium needs – they know their stuff. Amazing selection for your fish/aquarium needs and more!

Popped in with a couple of newly adopted puppies in need of everything. Staff was super helpful in selecting a puppy starter kit X two.

Got some great chewy toys, collars, leashes, puppy friendly treats, and great starter food. Two pup's set up for about $ 100 each.

Went in to purchase a hamster and was assisted by Sophie. She was very friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable. Exceptional customer service and I thank her for such a positive experience. There are a variety of products that were well priced and several were on sale. Great location.

My puppy was in need of a grooming at 16 weeks old. My puppy had completed all his vaccines except his rabies vaccine (vet recommended separating out rabies vaccine because he's a small dog). I booked an appointment and spoke to the grooming department to confirm that they would take my dog given his vaccine status. The grooming representative confirmed that not having the rabies vaccine was OK provided that the dog was less than 4 months old. I confirmed the dog would 16 weeks old at the time of the appointment, just shy of 4 months.

I brought the dog for the appointment and the groomer would not accept him because she thought 16 weeks equaled 4 months.

When I tried to clarify that 16 weeks is less than 4 months, I was treated rudely. (52 weeks a year/12 months a year = 4.3 weeks/month OR 30 days in a month/7 days in a week = 4.3 weeks/month; the dog will be 4 months old at 17.2 weeks)

I'm not giving a bad review because I was treated rudely. I understand how tough it can be to work in customer service. I've worked in customer service myself. I'm writing a bad review because if we don't have basic math and reason, we have nothing at all. Also, I value my time.

Mr Andrew was so sweet, polite and made you feel like a welcome family member. He was playing with my kids, talking to them like they wer his friends and making them feel special and he made our experience just all around comfortable and easy. Our family felt so amazing thanks to that young man also the staff wer very knowledgeable as well and knew their jobs very well.would highly recommend going to this location

Extremely disappointed. 2nd time I've taken one of my dogs for a nail trim and was turned away. We were over charged for a groom with an add on service and weren't aakwd if we wanted it prior to the grooming. Grooming department unfortunately is understaffed. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I recently purchased 6 small fish to add to my shibumkin gold fish tank. Within the last week, my lovely 6 year old shibumkin has gotten ill.
Nothing has changed other then the introduction of the new fish. I suspect the 6 new fish have brought some sort of bacteria into the environment.
I will be treating my tank for ich as that is what my fish appears to be suffering from, a well as being super stressed out to the point of having red tail.

I suggest getting your fish elsewhere.

Good customer relations as soon as you enter. They have my dogs favorite bone always in stock. Its a juicy pig bone!

Their always really helpful, but their rodent section doesn't have must selection for shavings. They are great when they have their sales though

Staff knowledge is hit or miss, great way to save some money of you do your own research and look for sales.

Nice layout but I find the store a bit dark. Nicely kept aquariums (purchased four Otocinclus) and a good range of Authority cat food options. More than my local PetSmart in Mississauga. Friendly staff and fast service.

Ana was amazing with Ally. Ally is an older dog and very timid. She did a great job grooming and provided her with lots of gentle love. Really impressed

The count for feeder bugs is never accurate. I've bought containers of 50 superworms and only received 36 or packs of 25 and only received 15. It's the same with crickets.

They are amazing with our pets. They treat them with the most valuable care. Always smiling and happy to you us.

The service was far above and beyond what you'd expect. They took amazing care of us when we brought our little 6-7 week old kitten in. Our little kitten is doing much better now too. Thank you so much Sami and the cashier for caring so much

Nice store, I brought my hamster out for fun and someone told me to never bring him out as it would cross contaminate. I literally bought him from here

Love this store. The staff are all incredible. The trainer Chris at this location has made such a huge difference in my dogs. Highly recommend.

Store is great but the grooming salon is terrible. Do not take your pets here for grooming. 4 hrs long groom, massive cage time for my pup, they overbook and take care of multiple dogs per groomer at the same time. He was so stressed out when we picked him up that he passed out in the car within a minute of leaving the parking lot. Poor little guy wasn't right for days and now he shakes when we take him to the store.
