Was in to see a specific kitten a couple of days ago. Went back today to confirm that it was the kitten I wanted to adopt. Was told I couldn’t see the kitten without filling in an adoption agreement? WHAT. I didn’t do this the first time I was there why now? I’m not going to go through all the paperwork to find out the kitten isn’t the right one! I left without adopting. I mean come on I’m not a kid just wanting to play with them (as the people the other night did that spent a half an hour doing) absolutely absurd. Won’t be back very poor customer service

Way more expensive then other stores that aren't too far away. Also I've gone in and had to tell them they had a break out of ick. I don't go much anymore now.

Glad to see there were no cups with bettas. Makes me sad when they aren't in proper tanks or with proper filtration system. Some stuff was on sale but mostly overpriced. Looking for rat food without peanuts but they don't have. It's hit and miss. Sometimes they have good stuff and on sale and other times it's way too expensive for the quality ie food, leashes.

Extremely k8nd & helpful staff! Well stocked cat food (Dry & Can), I found my cat's favorite items. The store was very clean, and shelves were tidy & well organized. Great shopping experience! Thank you.

I haven't been able to get the larger bag from the one 1779 Stonechurch location for the past 18 months! Who would have thought that the small shop on Centennial Pkwy North would have them!

Everyone is great from check in to pick up. Rebecca did an amazing job grooming my very anxious golden doodle Marty! She especially trimmed his face really well despite his challenges. We haven’t seen his beard that closely trimmed in over a year. Thank you!

My dog loves his groomer and so do I, she takes the time to.make my puppy a little more comfortable before she takes him in to get his hair cut and she does a great job every time even tho benji can be a handful

For now my review of the place is 1 star. It'll adjust when the location adjusts. My wife is currently attending the pet training and sent me pictures of how dirty the training area is, so dirty our pet starts to itch. Upon arrival we see the trainer waiting for guests, this is a prime time to grab a broom and swiffer and cleanse the area for its new guests.
Covid 19 shouldn't be the only reason we clean up after sessions.
Please do better even for our furry friends, and clean the training area between each class.

Took my dog there for a nail trim and noticed they split two of his nails. I thought it could have been the specific groomer at the time. Went back for another nail trim and they trimmed a nail to the point of it bleeding and split another nail. These experiences have now tormented my rescue for any future nail trimmings. Terrible service.

Would definitely recommend the grooming service at PetSmart.

My Boys adopted a bearded dragon from Petsmart. After a couple weeks going to visit him and seeing him in his enclosure, we finally brought him home. He was a birthday present for the kids.
Customer service is a plus here. Jordan who introduced us to the bearded dragon, which we named Flaming Hot (nick name Cheeto) gave us all the details as well as the pros and cons of living with a bearded dragon.
We are very happy with him as he has a great personality that is energetic at times, but chilled most of the time.
A great pet for someone who doesn't mind dealing with different kinds of bugs.
It's worth it. He's a great addition to the family and the family cat doesn't even bother with him. Curious at first, but now just doesn't mind.

Since I adopted my kittens 2 years ago I've been getting all my supplies here. Great staff.

I like their selection and the prices and today there was the cutest little cat up for adoption. If I didn't already have 2. I would have taken her home

As far an animal adoption agency I couldn't give it any stars. If I could give negative I would. I took an 84 year old friend that had to put her cat down in February to Pet Smart to adopt a cat. They had cats there for adoption but the red tape to adopt one is unbelievable. Namely Neveah's Charity of Adopt Pets of West Lincoln. They want u to fill out an application to adopt the pet online for which my 84 year old friend has no computer then wait 5 days for someone to get back to u then go for a meet & greet then etransfer the money $220 then pick up the pet. I feel sorry for the poor animal that needs a home. My friend has had cats for over 60 years. Plus these volunteers at West Lincoln are living in the past with the volunteer arguing with me that the COVid protocol is still in effect. Pet Smart needs to get rid of Organizations like this that want to use thier stores to adopt pets. I remember the days when u could go to Pet Smart & adopt a pet on the spot, I guess not anymore. As for the store itself u can get the same pet food they sell much cheaper at Walmart.

I do not like to put a bad reviews but this is the worst I've experienced. Took my dog today for nails trimmed. Half of them were not touched and the ones that were cut, they were cut so badly, that I have to take her to another groomer otherwise it will heard her when she walks They told me if I want all nicely done I have to pay extra. I've never seen a groomer that does half the other half you have to pay extra. Very disappointed.

My experience at this place has been nothing short of amazing, I always get our cats groomed here. Everybody is pleasant and we always get greeted, Amberly and her entire team always make sure the pets are taken care of, there's really no complaints. They always let me wear my face muzzle too! It's always nice to have a choice when it comes to that. And their nails have never looked better, done quickly and efficiently. Remember, never trust anyone with two Y's in their name. Petsmart will have what you need. I just find that dog food over the years has gone way up. From 50 pound bag about$50. To 22 pound bag $90.

Staff is very helpful, they are expertise in several areas.

I was surprised to see Reptiles, birds and Guinea pigs selling! Couldn’t see cats or dogs. Grooming services are here as well.

Amazing experience with JORDAN, CASSIE and JESSICA!
They were extremely knowledgeable even with some odd questions, reassuring and genuinely cared about the animals they care for and they went above and beyond for me! The process for getting two piggies was just great and i will be returning to this specific location for everything for all of my pets.

Robin has done a great job on both my dogs. My older dog has had terrible experiences with getting her nails cut and has multiple paw pad issues. However, Robin was patient and gentle with her through the whole process!

Staff did not know about their products (e.g. Crate brands and sizing for breeds), they were not very useful. And they did not seem to be interested in helping us collect all the things we needed for our new puppy, so we looked around to figure what we needed. Staff did no upselling, that's for sure. Here's a pic of my new puppy, we ended up purchasing alot of supplies (dog beds, brush, leashes) from Marshalls. I find that their prices are very high. Nice large store, very clean and orgainzed.

Very unprofessional woman (I think) from the minute I walked in the door, as l looked for a treat for my puppy she proceeded to follow me around and verbally harass me because I was not wearing a face muzzle, upon getting to the cashier she told the cashier to refuse me service.is this what our country has come to dividing people based on beliefs, I will not use Pet Smart ever again and will support smaller pet businesses.

The staff was very helpful in finding a solution for my puppy. They answered all my questions and also taught me some valuable information. The prices were fair, the shelves were well stocked and organized with a lot of selection to choose in different categories. I was able to buy a cute shirt and sweater for my puppy as well.

As far as a pet shop goes they are not really any different than any other Its expensive and you are looking to purchase a pet, you can usually find the same items at a Dollar store for an 8th of the price

Clearly the best run PetSmart in the GTA. An organized and clean store, always well stocked and easily the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered. Just stands out and well worth the extra drive.

I walked in at 6: 50 to get my dogs nails clipped the petsmart website said the grooming salon is open until 9 but when I got there the groomers said they were closing up at 7. The young lady with the pink hair said she could do a quick nail trim before they leave, she was very kind and even trimmed the hair on my dogs paws. The groomer was very accommodating but the website should be changed to the proper times so people don't show up while you're closed.

The grooming salon is great. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They also provide grooming recommendations and tips for when your at home.
