Typical strip mall with stores. I went to the Subway here to buy a few gift cards for Christmas. Located on Innes Road. Easy to get in and out of, and lots of free parking.

We took our very special furry friend to daycare for a half day while we explored the Byward market. Staff were awesome and took great care with our special family member!

Poissons, chats, chiens, lapins, reptiles. Très grand magasin avec une garderie à l'intérieur pour garder votre pitou qui sera aux anges. Une grande ariété de produits à des prix abordables.

They have great selection of cat food including Applaws. The points system is very efficient as well.

PetSmart is PetSmart. But be ready to wait if you have any questions. Last few times I had questions trying to sort out my dog's food and not a soul in sight except the cashier.

Always friendly, ready to help, a really clean store, and excellent customer service every time I go. Highly recommend going to this PetSmart.

Staff gave me false information on how to care for my pet. Although not correct, we're sweet. Recommend doing extensive research before purchasing an animal here. They recommended having a 5.0 UVB light for my gecko, it should be 10.0. Also said I needed a nighttime lamp. Didn't specify what type of lamp so I did my research, Geckos shouldn't have any type of light on at night.

I went to petsmart this morning remember in stay I forgot about it needed dog food no signs on the door stating they were closed till 1230 waited in the parking lot a 1/2 hour thinking they opened at 9 o'clock

Did not have what i wanted on the shelf. Associate went to find it and had to go again due to the similarity in packaging. She smiled the whole time and found what i needed

Always super nice and helpful and the groomers can handle my crazy dog well when trying to clip his tails as he rams his head against them.

I adopted a puppy (5 yr old toy breed) and he was super anxious but all the staff there were so good to him. Highly recommended

I had a fabulous experience here, with an employee going above and beyond to not only bring a huge cat tree to my car, not only work really hard to get it to fit, but had a fantastic attitude and sense of humour throughout. Thank you!

I like this pet store. You're usually greeted and offered help as you walk in.

The prices are a little cheaper than the competition and there's lots of space to bring your pet in.

They also offer pet daycare and hotel but I haven't brought my dog to those.

Great service lots of supplies for both cats and dogs, birds and I'm sure other pets. I was there for cats and easily found what I was looking for.

Brought home our new little baby recently from Pet-Smart, the adoption staff helped us with coupons for our new items and gave us recommendations for food, litter, etc. It was very helpful and made little Gloria’s transition home very easy and happy, thanks!

I live in the West end of Ottawa and something had brought me to the east end of town and when I saw this really huge PetSmart store I was quite excited to have a look and perhaps purchase a new fish for one of our large tanks. I can't speak to the rest of the store, but I was remarkably disappointed by the sparce section of fish and even more disappointed at the condition of each of the fish tanks. They looked neglected and covered in algae.

Great service and advice from knowledgeable staff. Always a friendly reception for both the customer and their pet should they choose to bring them along. Huge of selection of pet related products. The loyalty program is definitely worth it too, especially if you spend alot per year on food etc. Plenty of parking outside.

Huge store. Lots of choice of food, goodies, accessories, toys for your pet. Doggy day care is awesome too. Best place for pet supplies.

Guinea pig is stuck inside the feeder so told an employee and she says it happens all the time! Why not take them out before one of them gets hurt badly! I have 4 Guinea pigs I know those feeders are dangerous for them.

The staff in the Daycare/Hotel are so wonderful and caring. Gives you confidence your fur baby is being well cared for and loved.

Extremely impressed by all the staff's professionalism and customer service. Very helpful to explain various dog grooming cuts and options. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll bring my dog to be groomed there again

After visiting 4 Petsmart locations in one day looking for a very specific small pet, I wanted to share my experience. I visited all stores on a Saturday evening.

Barrhaven - This was by far the worst customer service of the day. While the girl that assisted me wasn’t exactly rude, it was easy to see that she had no interest in helping me. I doubt I will be back to this location even though it’s the closest to my home.

Merivale & Hunt Club - I couldn’t find an employee to assist, but I could see that they didn’t have the pet I wanted, so I didn’t try that hard. Just a side note, I had tried calling this location first and the girl I spoke to, from the small animal area, was not helpful at all and had no knowledge of the animals, which is why I decided on the Ottawa Petsmart tour. They were clearly understaffed.

Merivale (Emerald Plaza) - it took a bit to get help, but once I did, the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Innes - I generally don’t go this far to the east, but it was an exceptional circumstance and I’m very glad I did. There was actually an appropriate number of employees for a Saturday, all staff, including the cashier were kind and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and helped me find the pet I had been looking for. I would definitely recommend this location.

This place is the best. The staff ALWAYS greets with a smile and never ignores. I am asked for help every visit. Staff is knowledgeable. Parking lot is big and there is an outdoor pee turf area with bags. Best grooming team. Today I went in and saw staff being very welcoming to a transferred employee new to the store. Great atmosphere, great prices! 5 STARS
