We bought a rat and sellers didn’t want to introduce him to us at first. Seller with long hair just spoke with me
without enthusiasm and when came come to
take a rat from
cage, he can’t do that and also didn’t pet him (I think it will help to catch the rat). Not sure that they give enough time in the shop. Sales was good and we bought a good cage for him. In St. Thomas sellers more interesting to speak with you about your animal and they giving more time to them, it’s easy to see.

I constantly had to go all the way to Masonville Mall to get my cats needs, so I started going to another pet store. Then they opened one at Northland Mall. Every PetSmart I go to, they are always so welcoming and have competitive pricing. When I couldn't find a lot of harnesses to accommodate my kitten, PatSmart did.

Very disappointed they jack the prices anyway they want their website says be 40 to 60 per small dogs. I walked in there they want it $130 plus extra very disappointing for a big company like that.

Not my first choice of grooming spots but we had such a good experience with Woodstock/ we gave it a try- much like previous experience we had an appoint that had been booked for a week cancelled at the last possible minute with zero make up or care- No thanks! If this is your regular practice (as it has been) you might want to consider the field your in- grooming booked weeks ahead can’t wait for more weeks!

We arrived in London, Ontario months ago from the Philippines and we were searching for a grooming salon which we can definitely trust with our princess’ grooming. We’re so happy to have found Petsmart and Steph. Steph gives the best grooming and haircut to our Cassie. More importantly, we’re appeased knowing that we can trust her whenever we leave Cassie for grooming and that she’ll take good care of our furbaby. Steph is just the best! She’s heavent sent. Kudos, Steph and Petsmart!

Haven't been there in a few years, but now I have a new pet, thought I'd check thinks out. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, just like I remembered. Keep up the good work.

PetSmart is the best pet store! I just love shopping there and buying their products! Today I bought something and needed help setting it up. So I brought it back to the store and they helped me set it up! Friendly, outstanding and the prices are just right! I will be going back for sure!

Excellent quality products, dog sweater for my baby dog Waffles is cozy and warm, 5 stars for customer service!

We have always had good experiences at this Petsmart, however, this experience today was not professional or pleasant. Cashier-639514 was so disrespectful. No acknowledgment or greeting us at the cashier. No 'hello' or 'have a good day', just a mumbled 'do you want a bag? '. We brought our dog, who always gets a treat at cash. This casher - didn't even acknowledge our dog or give her a treat. If you are working at a PET STORE, it should be a given that our pets would be at least acknowledged. Not pleased.

What a great staff at this store, adding one more star for service and all around great atmosphere they create.

Bought 2 rescue cats from there a few days ago. A mom and daughter cat. Mom is 2 years old and kitten is 4 months. They look identical all white with black/ grey on the top of their heads.mom doesn't look too impressed in this pic lol. We named the mom Isis and the baby kitten Athena.

The brand of cat food I buy is either being rebranded or going out of stock.and the employee on the floor here was very helpful in trying to track down some more food at other locations until they are re-stocked. No luck there, but the young man was very helpful in helping me to find either a temporary change in food or a permanent change, by showing me brands that are of a similar high quality as my usual one and offering up suggestions. Absolute great customer service. Thank you!

Worst management team ever. They gas light and mistreat employees while claiming to be a great company. This store doesn't even recycle! A corporation like this should care about their waste but they don't at this location (north London 0924). The salon manager has no people or grooming skills, and belittles staff in front of clients. The store manager is as fake as a plastic christmas tree. This store is always understaffed because the management team only cares about money/numbers and would rather sit in their closet office looking for reasons to fire the few good staff members they have. If you want a good experience go to a different location or a small business that actually cares about animals and treating staff/humans with respect and dignity. If you care about your mental health and helping people/animals do NOT work here!

When they have sale. It's a sale I have always bought my aquarium tanks, stands and filters from here. Just be patient and it will go on sale. Highly recommend them for all your aquarium supplies

Really well stocked, friendly staff and so many amazing pets bring brought in. I wish all the beta fish were kept in a better condition though

This is my go to pet store/when I'm in the city! The staff are always friendly and I love that it has a ton of great items and reasonable prices with your rewards! I do have to say my favorite part is the tag kiosk love that I can customize for each of my babes

Said they weren’t sure if they could hold the item and they were sure it wouldn’t sell, drove 35 minutes for them to sell it right before I walked in… next time check with a manger

Far too expensive for what you get. Quality is no better that Loblaws. Remark has better selection, price and the workers are friendlier.

It's a great place to spend time with your dog. Good value and selection. Training classes, either group or private, are available.

The owner of this shop is a very good and polite person and he speaks very well and I have always been satisfied with its services and I wish him success

The staff are always so helpful. They also work very fast and efficiently. I went to pick up a curbside order I made, literally within 10 minutes of placing it. The store is also clean and always stocked!

Quick and easy curb-side pick up. Very efficient. I placed the order online and within an hour it was ready for pick up.

They were great. I arrived thinking that they would be open as an essential service but found out you had to order by phone or online only. They didn't skip a beat; I explained what pet food I wanted and they immediately went to the shelf and brought it out front for me. I will definitely return to this store.

Employees are friendly, but you need to get their attention to get any help (fish section). I'm sure there is work to be done instead of talking about personal agendas during work hours. Checkout attendant amazing. Store is clean and well stocked.

Great location for always having reptile food available (mealworms/waxworms/superworms), but do NOT purchase any fish from here, especially if it is going into a tank with others. I've had my 60L & 100L tanks absolutely infested with snails on multiple occasions (went to get another fish recently and saw all the same snails in their tanks), and took months to get rid of. Told their staff, and they said that they can't do about it (lol). Stick to other fish stores where they actually care to seperate new arrivals before selling rather than a quick turnover, to make sure things like this won't infect your tank and cost you a heck of a lot more!

Decent selection. Staff are knowledgeable. They do try to up sell you and make you feel bad for buying curtains brands over others.

My go-to place for pet supplies, and indoor walks. Shamas (Black Lab) loves it here. Staff are friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Always willing to bring in a more knowledgable member.

We did look into training, but I found it pricey for what you get (basic training, taught at the speed of the slowest dog in the room) Would rather see a professional trainer at these prices.

My only complaint is the fish section, which could use some better upkeep. I won't buy community fish from Petsmart because I don't know what parasite/illness I might introduce to my tank with them. The system is too large to be maintained at 100%. For filters, media, equipment- great prices. Plants.give em a dip before you put em in the tank. Unless you like the snails lol.

We got our Gerbils from Petsmart, and they are happy, heathy little trouble makers. Keep them in the reptile habitat, so they have more space than a gerbil cage:)

Really disappointed with how reptiles are kept, I asked to see a frog in the tank and the soil was extremely dry, he told me he hadn't checked on the frog in a while then proceeded to tell the other employee that they should probably mist all the reptiles because they were dry, definitely not buying anything from this location, they really need to get more attentive employees to care for the animals. The guinea pig water bottles are also so low they touch the cage floor!: (

Mpst employees are very friendly and seem to want to help best they can. The grooming place has a window on the inside to watch the geoomers at work and they always seem friendly to the dogs.
