Went on line to buy food for my dog and her brand showed not available in bolton but brampton east had it. I decided to call bolton anyway and ask if they could check in case they had it in the store, Thank you to Arthur who took the time to look and did infact found one bag and put it aside for me saving me a long drive! Thanks again Arthur!

Attended a private function after a major snowstorm. Driveways and parking lot plowed to perfection. Food and staff wonderful.

Service is poor. They tend to cancel grooming appointments and have twice in a row missed paws and had to credit me. I’ve taken my dog to many Petsmart locations and this is the only location I’ve had issues. They don’t review with you what was completed like other locations perhaps because they don’t have time ad they seem over booked. In the last 2 years, I’ve had several appointments cancelled hours before because the groomer quit suddenly. Something is wrong with this location causing poor service and high employee turnover. I now travel to Brampton for my grooming needs.

This location always does an exceptional job grooming our dog.
He always leaves very happy.

Useless pet store they do not help with anything, do not recommend this location at all for any pet needs

They are so helpful and kindly! We bought fishes for our kids. They helped them very nicely
