Today, we went to Pet Smart Grooming for my 7 year old shih tzu Harley. Harley is a little nervous during grooms. I went to Emily D and she was amazing. Not only did Emily do an excellent job, Harley loved her as well. She treated Harley so well. I will be back and will get frequent grooms with Emily. Highly recommend

Getting expensive. Dog food we buy got smaller in weight but the price stayed the same. Cause of course it did.

Horrible service. I take my 4 dogs to have their hair cut. 2 appear to have their vaccines.the other 2 I have to bring proof that they have their vaccines.when I take the first dogs I bring the proof Of the other 2 that they are vaccinated, the person who receives the papers says that everything is already in the system, there is no problem.he changes one of the dogs for me for the next day. I make sure that everything is fine for him another day.they say yes.when I arrive the next day they tell me that nothing is updated in the system. I explain to them.and they tell me to my face that I am a liar.who can think of that? He has 4 dogs and one of them is going to be left unvaccinated.to show the paper again they say. I mean I'm going to go to my house.losing one more hour all because of the incompetence of his workers.and it's not the first time

Store is always well stocked and the staff is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I will continue to return to this store

Great place for dog stuff. Went in looking for a couple of beds to put in my dog's crates. My only complaint - i had to choose from an entire wall of beds. Not a bad thing.

I ordered curb-side pickup but decided to walk in to pick up my large bag of dog food. This was my first time in the store. The greeter pointed me to the right where the associate was this irritable woman who found my order and practically threw the bag at me. When i asked her to put it in the empty cart beside her, she told me to go get my own cart.

The staff are, and always have been amazing, so helpful and friendly! I understand Cobiv has been a huge challenge, and I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to streamline the online ordering and curbside services. The negatives for me, is the website for placing orders, doesn't show in-stock/out of stock for an item until you click on it, and wait for it to load. The website is consistently on the slow side, so that itself can be frustrating at times, however when combined with having to search product after product, only to find out the is zero in stock, is very frustrating. This particular location seems to have considerably have less product selection, and more inventory shortages than the Niagara Falls location.

Was shopping today with my daughter. Was verbally attacked by some deranged pro mask person (customer). Very kind and attentive store personnel saved us. Real earth angels work there. Love you guys!

When I arrived for a curbside pickup, my phone was giving me problems. I sat there getting more and more frazzled, since I was was not even able to call let alone press the convenient "I am here" notification button.
One of the PetSmart associates noticed I was having trouble and had been there for a few of his deliveries to other customers! He knocked on the window of the car, asked for my name and was back out in a few minutes with my order. Thank you for being so observant and taking the initiative to come to my assistance. Stay safe.

We ordered pet food for our dog and cats. We wanted to pickup but it was not available under that method via the website you had to have it ordered to be delivered by Doordash. Spoke to customer service and they agreed nothing they could do so we had to pay the addional delivery fee. They promised delivery between 3 to 6 pm. No delivery arrived so customer service said they would call back. They come back with no delivery until 10 am. No apology or offer for compensation. We canceled an appointment to await this unnecessary delivery as we could have got it now have to go buy other food for today for the animals and pray they decide to show up.

They don't except visa debit on the website.a little inconvenient having to use a credit card only when they only offer curbside which is good, but should be able to pay using visa debit card

This place is OK. They were out of stock on the majority of my dogs food without offering a substitute.

Consistent and heavy drug use going on behind the building by the green box no police presence sure tops it all off

The staff at this Petsmart location are very friendly. In the grooming salon they exhibit expertise and patience even with difficult to handle dogs.

The store is easy to shop in and when you can get the attention of a staff member they are very helpful. I'd like more experienced fish staff though. I hate hearing them talk to someone about a fish and know from experience or hours of research it's false.

Excellent services and supplies are pretty cheaper than all the other stores in the region.

The grooming salon here is wonderful. They are always flexible with scheduling. The only place I will bring Ziggy from now on. The woman who runs the salon is kind, gentle, and makes it well worth the return-business.

Great location very friendly. Be careful with your pets though, someone had a not so friendly dog and it bit my dog, who has been in a cone injured for days now. So always be on your guard with other pets, not every dog brought in is friendly!

Would strongly recommend the training there, Kaleb Pfiefer (hope I spelt it right) has been awesome in teaching us effective techniques for our dog.

Take my dog to the grooming dept. Michelle D.is so wonderful to my dog. She is really attentive and caring to my dog. The rest of the staff in their are so great too.

$130 for a half done hack job.dog looks no different from when I dropped her off. Trimmed nails and paw hair a little bit even at all.will never return to this store.do your dog a favour and go find a professional groomer.

It's a pretty good pet store I like going there and getting my pet supplies but sometimes they fall short with standards.

Victoria did a great job on our fur baby! He was beautiful and smelled sooo good with the sugar cookie spray. I love that they insist on vaccinations so our pup doesn’t get sick.

My Puppy Harvey and I had a wonderful experience at Pet Smart. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Ann my groomer took time to chat with Harvey before I left to make him comfortable with her. He returned looking simply amazing and very calm and happy. I definitely booked my next grooming with Ann. I was contacted when he was ready for pick up which I really appreciated! Thank you!

My granddaughter had a field trip from daycare. It was very interesting and educational for small kids. The manager was great with kids and made it unforgettable! Great job! Thank you.

This place disgusts me. I went in yesterday to buy a new Beta fish and found over 10 of them dead sitting in small plastic cups on the shelf. I went and asked to speak to the manager as I then watched the manager send some 15 year old boy over to speak to me because she was too frail to do so herself. I see several people working on the tanks along the side wall but not CLEARLY no one maintaining the beta fish in the aisles.if that's how many of them were laying dead, I would hate to know how rarely they feed them. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. I found exactly what I came for and more! I've been looking for a serving fork for my cats wet food for a while now and I got the last one on the rack. Love it!

Nice selection. Prices are a a tad higher than averages. Best to get your stuff on sale. Otherwise shop around or online. Clean, but prefer getting pets from a rescue org.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful! The store is always very clean too. I like that they are always there to ask, you can always see someone to ask if you have a question or need help. The staff is always very knowledgeable about their products too.

Placed an online order. Have done this before with no complaints. However, today my order managed to be picked up by somebody else. I received an email letting me know, but this was after the store had closed.

Will be going to the store tomorrow to see if my items are still there for pick up.

This is unnecessary stress caused by a service that should be reducing the stress involved with purchasing products.

This is your typical PetSmart. Very large store.lots of selection for any animals. It has reptiles, small animals, fishes and a cat adoption area. This is my go-to when I am in St. Catharines for pet needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean with I like.

Took my dog for a grooming here instead of Niagara Falls because we were going out for lunch in St. Catharines.was not a good experience. They’re also supposed to give you a brochure thing with what they did, how your dog behaved, and any comments or recommendations and your dog is supposed to receive a bandana. We got neither. The one girl there was kind of rude as well. They also usually talk to you about the appointment at the end and they basically just typed my invoice, gave it to me and handed me my dog and that was that.

Only giving two stars because the cashier was extremely nice. Will NEVER take my dog here again, the Niagara Falls one is 10x better and the ladies there are extremely nice and my dog loves them. 100% recommend taking the extra trip to the Falls.

Great location! The building is a little older but the store has everything you would expect from a PetSmart. A definite staple for pet supplies.

Basil has enjoyed and has made huge strides in heeling, staying, and just overall manners. He's a pleasure to take places now thanks to the training at Pet Smart.

This is my favorite pet store in the area. I'm also a fan of Ruffins but it's a smaller scale store.
This Pet Smart has friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They not only let you bring your pets in but are usually interested in learning their names and things of that nature. They have a good selection of pet food as well as dog toys. They also have some good alternate cat litter options, we use pine pellets and they carry those!
I also love the aquatic section.

Molly had a great time for her first time shopping she is sleeping with her toys and her bone and lots of treats a store for my baby and me the staff was so helpful and friendly thank you

This petsmart is got a better selection of toys than most in niagara. Staff was friendly and efficient/fast in helping me. Was in and out in no time and had a pleasant shopping experience shopping for my dog.

The staff are very polite & courteous. What ever you need, the staff will try to help the best they can. There is quite a large selection of pet products available.
