Tried to order pet food online, the website is so hard to navigate and after 20 minutes I got everything into my card, my credit card was charged BEFORE I checked out, and now that I'm on the submit order screen I see that it has added "SS 303" to my address. I go back to change it, it creates a new address in my "book" then select correct address and on checkout again it says SS 303, tried and after 40 minutes now, I've come to the realization PetSmart paid less for their website design than I'm about to for my uber to the store and back. Thanks for wasting my time:/

Totally ignorant and unprofessional. Ignored for 10 min in a stressful situation. Had complete paperwork with highlighted vaccinations
Lady who ignored me for 10 min told me this paperwork (from the vet) was no good after being accepted on the phone prior to booking. Garbage service and unqualified staff

Our Newfoundland chewed up one of their toys in less than 5 minutes that are supposed to be good for horses. No problem bringing it back; picked up something else that so far is surviving. Staff was friendly.

My American Bulldog-Pitbull loves this stuff. Grain Free good quality dog food with Freeze dried raw bits

Do you have a cat? Like one of those chill cats that's aren't too picky? You will love this place. They have food, shelter, entertainment and cleaning supplies. Basically the place you want to go to if you love your cat

Even though he always pees when we go to this store, my dog loves this place. Thankfully they supply paper towels, bags, cleaner and hand sanitizer! Only drawback is they don't clean the bin where you throw everything out so it really smells.

The staff is very friendly. The store is neat and clean. Every fish looks healthy and tanks are properly maintained. I got these beautiful half-moon betta and he is so healthy and gorgeous

Drove in for a grooming from Niagara and wasn’t disappointed. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the ridiculously long line to check out.

The day camp was a treat my dog loved. I bought a 20 day pass for the camp and used 3 days then it closed due to covid. They will not reply to emails requesting a refund or give a date for re-opening.

Great place, great customer service Always with a smile on their face. The only thing I request is that they bring those baskets back for people with disabilities

I take my dogs to get groomed there. Cassie M is an amazing groomer. Always friendly and helpful.

The Grooming department has to learn how to pickup a ringing phone, you can’t put a customer on hold forever! The website doesn’t tell you everything you need to know, that’s why it’s good to have a human to talk to considering we’re discussing the needs of our furry little family members. I think a professional groomer would be preferable over this big box store.

We come here to get stuff for our puppy. There is a huge variety of different products for all kinds of animals. The staff is very friendly.

Amazing service. Very knowledgeable as well. My kids fish died and I needed a look alike ASAP and they set me right up. Also recommend a heater because the fish is in the basement. Definitely an asset to Stoney Creek. Thank you to the whole team.

Horrible curbside pick up, called and stood there for ten minutes while they picked up the phone and didn’t say anything, then I had to call back after everyone else was getting served, finally when I got served the employee couldn’t read because they apparently didn’t have an order under my name, so I had to call again and give them the order number then they brought out a receipt with my name on it, this is all while I’m standing there,

Great staff and they always seem to have lots of stock for anything I need. I also got my pet rat tsuki at this location and she’s brought me so much joy.

We bought a pair of White's tree frogs for my daughter a year ago. Still healthy and happy.
Recently purchased MARINA ClearVIEW liquid background adhesive for my aquarium background. It sticks, it works! What a great improvement in background visibility, brightness and colour.

The service I receive each time I go is amazing! Great staff and store! Aleesa and grace are the best! So helpful and they go out of their way to be as helpful as possible! Thank you and I will most definitely be coming back!

PetSmart is a great store & has amazing deals but i would not buy live fish from them. I bought 2 angel fish a week ago & now i had a major ich outbreak. If you are going to buy fish from them make sure to quarantine them for 4 weeks. I dident because i dont have space & money for a quarantine tank.

Very bad setup for online ordering. Store is limited on what help the associates can offer. Don’t be fooled by the “free Door Dash delivery”. If you try and call the customer service, they just hang up on you. Too much hassle for a bag of dog food, so we ended up just going to a local shoppe and was had a quick and easy cut side pickup! Won’t be back.

Took 2 of my dogs training to the stoney creek location and Vicky did an amazing job training me to train my dogs. If someone is looking for a good trainer at a steal of a price this is where you should go. Vicky has such knowledge that she should run the training program canada and usa wide.

Super helpful staff. Went in after a vet appt with my Bengal cat for a new collar. The staff were following safety protocols and enforcing it within the store. Saw staff sanitizing and ensuring patrons are safe.

Jayne in grooming is AWESOME. My dog loves getting his paws done by her. Give this young lady a raise!

I love this PetSmart. It's always clean and has a great atmosphere. When the day camps open back up I would really like to try putting my puppy in for socializing.

Not one person was around to help find a product or ask questions about an alternative. Store was clean ill give them that. Cashier was busy and very friendly.

Well stocked, prices are fair (better than fair with PetPerks). Staff seems knowledgeable. No bad experiences.

Great selection and service. This last visit I purchased a parakeet for my residents of my retirement home. Not purchasing a bird before, I didn’t know what I needed to purchase with the bird. The store associate Eva was very helpful and even got me a shopping cart as I required a large number of items.

My pup has stayed at the pet hotel while I was on vacation and he was calm as could be when I returned to pick him up afterwards. I’m very very pleased as he’s a nervous pup and was given enough attention that he wasn’t stressed upon my return.

I would recommend that anyone who wants to purchase any type of pet or pet accessories, you should go here to this specific store. It far exceeds any other pet store in the city.

My pup gets groomed here on a regular basis. They are ALL so kind, professional, and loving. Esp Cali. They do an amazing job. A tad pricey but well worth. And they calm you and your pup since most have such high anxiety. Also the store has a great variety of product.

Bought a hamster for the little one. Guess what they tell me and make me sign. A waver so that if my kids or we get sick from a disease that this rodent might have, then they are not responsible. They have a 15 day return policy and there is a chance we could get a returned pet that might contract a contagious diseases and pass it on to us or the kids And they are not responsible. On top of that the hamster cages are dirty, the cats have to sleep next to their kitty litter which is piled up high with chunks of urine and fecal matter. I took pictures and will be uploading them shortly. The manager here is terrible and should consider resigning and possibly taking a job as a paper route. Pictures to follow.

Just finished puppy training classes with my German Shorthair Pointer at the Stone Church store. The trainer “Stacey Cowser” was excellent. She was very knowledgeable regarding all breeds in the class as well as various techniques to assist with individual pups needs. Although it was an unusually large class Stacey was very patient and made sure each owner and pup received individual attention even offering assistance on non training dates if required. I would highly recommend Stacey Cowser to anyone interested in professional obedience training for your pet dog.

Went to look at small pets for my son. We weren’t planning to buy, just wanted to see how my boy will handle them. Petsmart staff were very helpful and allowed my son to hold animals that he wanted. We will definitely be back to buy one from here.

George only being 5 months old I expected a choppy trim as he is so figgity, however he came out groomed beautifully. They did an excelent job and will be back for a summer trim soon.

I am always very satisfied with the service I receive. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and I always find what I need.
