Friendly and patient staff helped us adopt our dumb lovable insane little Finn - they were so accommodating and gracious - and now we have the best little dumb dumb cat anyone could ever wish for

Staff here are so nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely know what they are talking about and can provide much needed info/ advice when needed. This is my favorite PetSmart location. Will definitely be returning again!

Manager you so stupid. Don’t open your mouth any time to customers. You need to seat all day pantry!

Very strange store doesn’t have the Usual Friendly vibe of a pet smart! It’s more of Pitty smart vibe. Can’t explain, u will see!

Anna makes it all worth it. She is amazing, best groomer I have met. Giving stern but necessary advices! If she is stern don’t take personally. She comes from place of care! I would chose someone to take time to address something “for me n my dog “ over someone just being smiley n say nothing! Very very genuine lady. She is going to keep me coming back:)

Not a bad selection but I'm always horrified to see how they keep their Betta fish (only live pets in store besides kittens). I usually bring a dead one or two to the front while shopping and notice that they've been cramming food in there even after they're dead. There needs to be a kinder and humane way to keep these fish! A Betta can only survive in such a small unheated/unfiltered place for a short time before succumbing to stress/fin rot/ammonia poisoning.

Customer service in the front was amazing, but I do wish I could rate the people in the back a ZERO! Asked a question & got a dirty look because I interrupt the employee more important conversation (about some person they didn't like at work) & made to feel uncomfortable the whole time.

I got my dog for a grooming appointment. Great staff! One of them offered my dog a treat too. Great experience.

Great selection for a smaller Petsmart location! Less small pet items, but they always have the essentials my bunny needs. Appreciated the helpful staff and the clean surroundings.

Lots of options! Found everything I needed for my new pup. Free underground parking under half an hour or an hour.

Save your time and go down the street to Pet Valu! This location has next to NO stock for small animal supplied. Literally the worst pet store location I've ever been to in Ontario as every time (about 8x at this point) I've been here they do not have basic cat supplies in stock (food & litter). Extremely scarce selection of foods, especially cat products which is very surprising for a pet store. They don't even carry all of the same brands as their other locations and almost never have ANYTHING I am looking for. A waste of a location unless you need the bare basics for dogs.

I recently moved close to this location and I went in looking for a harness for my dog who’s been pulling on his leash.

Convenient location closer to downtown. It’s smaller than usual, but it has the essentials.

1 hour free parking in the condo garage. It’s a bit confusing to get to the PetSmart from the garage. There’s no direct access to the PetSmart from the garage, as you need to go out from the Canadian Tire entrance first and walk outside to get to it.

I own a cat, Leonardo. He is adorable and spoiled and finicky, like all cats. If I owned a dog, this review would be very different.

I went to PetSmart for the first time this week because I didn't feel like travelling to my usual pet supply store for litter and treats. I only saw one employee, who was working the register; nobody asked me if I needed assistance (which I did). I quickly realized that a far more appropriate name for this store is DogSmart. If you own a dog (or dogs, or doggies, as my niece calls them), absolutely check out this store. As for cat owners, the cat supplies are at the very, very back of this large store, almost as if the store owner is ashamed to stock them. The store did not have my usual litter, and the selection was sparse. I left litterless.

Again, if you are shopping for canines, check it out. If buying for felines, don't bother. (And I apologize if this review sounds catty).

Took my Yorkie for a Bath and Brush with Kris and she did an awesome job! Super pleasant and was great with the dogs! Highly recommend =)

The staff who helped me out was nice and helpful. Missing a few important products but otherwise decent store.

Booked a grooming session for our dog that is an 8 month old mini aussie. They called to cancel only 3 days before.definitely won't be going back to this location

Not recommending their grooming services. I got a report card that my dog was well-behaved and everything was good but the haircut looks as if he was moving alot and out of control. Pictures won't capture how bad the cut is. Under the tail area was forgotten on one side (had to cut it myself while my dog was sleeping). The hair doesn't look consistent (different lengths on each arm and his back). It's just a horrible haircut all around.

I’ve taken my both dogs for grooming with Ana and she’s been doing a very good job. Today I took my boy for the second time and I got very happy again after I saw him. He’s looking cuter than before when I dropped him off. Thank you so much Ana for being very patient and taking care of my baby.

Really friendly staff, and a wide selection of pet foods and products to choose from. Bright and spacious, and they always have fundraising or donation events for local shelters.
