One of my favorite petsmart locations. Animals always appear healthy and well cared for as opposed to some other locations.

Take our golden retriever there for grooming and Jordan does an amazing and very professional cut. Would highly recommend Jordan for all your grooming needs

Love everything about this place from selection to customer service. I had gotten 2 new puppies with no leashes or collars and even though they are supposed to be leashed in the store, they will let you in with your pet still to be able to purchase them Will be my boys go to place

Well stocked shelves at least the times I've been in. Most other stores have more empty spots. It could be because it's not as easy to get in with the crowds for Walmart but still a great store if you get the chance.

My Golden Retriever Biscuit, was documented to have some fear of staying in the kennel during her previous visit so they scheduled her so that she wouldn’t have to wait in the kennel and would be in-and-out quickly. She came out with Rachael care very happy and satisfied, it shows that the staff there really cares for their furry clients.
A sincerity thanks to Rachael for following up and caring about Biscuits well-being.
What else would a Goldie’s mom want aside from her 4 legged furry child’s happiness!

The staff's really nice.it's got lower price compared to other stores and more selection

They cancel your online orders without telling you the reason (Online store says everything needed is in stock at their store.) Their communication is terrible at its finest. Moved to the area recently, my previous petsmart location was decent enough to give you a call when there were order mistakes. Apparently not here.

I took my Golden Doodle to the groomers today he met with Jordan, what an amazing job she did on his hair cut. He has seen alot of groomers and has been butchered in the past, would definitely recommend her. We will be back! Thank you!

Barrie South store (like others in the chain that I've been to) have great staff who are friendly and willing to assist with questions.

Went to pick up some dog food for a friend the place was very clean and organized. The cashiers were very friendly as well

Clean store. Helpful staff. Only 4 stars as the parking lot is very hard to get in and out on weekends as the Walmart is so busy.

Not a great selection of fish tank decor. Way over priced and rude cashier. Won't be going back to that location. Maybe staff should be trained on customer service and how to use a cash register.

Grooming service is horrible. Refused service for my 130 lb dog because they couldn’t handle him. Kept making excuses as to why they can’t groom him while I was there, and finally refused service saying my dog is stressed. My dog was definitely not stressed he was just excited. Never coming back. These guys are not too professional and don’t really know dogs, just a bunch of 9-5 workers. You are better off going to a private groomer for your dog. Stay away from this place. Trust me your dog will thank you for it

They do not want to take anything back if they accept a very angry, displeased face from the manager

I have an extremely nervous rescue. Took her in to have her nails clipped. 3 people helped to calm her and treated her so gently. Thank you to all groomers there

I come here to get giant meal worms and supers for my reptiles because it's convenient. Never gave a problem with the super worms. The "giant" meal worms are not giants by any means. Usually full of dead worms so you're never buying the true quantity you pay for. Finding a good carton of them is like digging back to find the milk with the latest expiry date. Can't put all the blame on the store because their supplier for the bugs is terrible
