I’d like to start off with saying how disappointed i am with petsmart, a store dedicated to loving and providing for pets and animals of all kinds. Yet I see how much they mistreat, mishandle, and neglectfully care for the animals in their car. I was shopping for my cat today and as I look around at their small critters in the back I was horrified to see malnourished leopard geckos, and DEAD fish in the tanks of other live fish, as the worker sits there doing nothing. I have posted photos of the DEAD FISH and almost dying geckos and you can evidently see how bad these poor animals conditions are. It’s incredibly sad how a business who thrives on healthy animals, can’t even give proper care to the animals they have. If i could take these geckos out of your care and give them a proper happy life then i would. 0 STAR regardless of nice staff.

I had my dog's nails done and they did a great job. Above and beyond with customer service and very professional. Simone took care of my dog's nails, so special shout out to her.

Good selection of items for dogs & cats, however I own a parrot and there isn't a good selection of bird treats, toys, cages or food. They need to improve this or at least offer customers a catalog of items that can be ordered through the store.

Love this Petsmart! The grooming centre is the best. Time is so amazing with both our dogs. He does fantastic grooming for them both. Would highly recommend.

We went in with our puppy who turned one today. What great staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks again to the wonderful staff member who bought our girl a b-day toy. She loves it!

Always friendly. This is where I got my new kitties from. They work with a wonderful rescue, Carol, who is the kindest. I'm very happy with all three kittens I adopted.

2 employees tried to tell my friend that 70 degrees is an acceptable temperature for a Betta tank and they actually tried to talk her out of getting a heater for her new tank!

The acceptable temperature range for a healthy Betta is 78 - 80 degrees because they are TROPICAL FISH. If you're keeping your Bettas tank at 70 degrees you are risking their health and immune system!

PetSmart needs to educate their staff better so they aren't giving newbies bad information at the expense of living creatures!

Very frustrating

They do a great job grooming my little fir baby but I'm very confused about the pricing because every time I take my puppy in for a grooming and it's the same grooming every time but the price always seems to change each time I go there to groom my puppy. First time cost me $119, second time the price was $62 and the last time just recently it cost me almost $80 so what's with that? I can't seem to get anyone at pet smart to answer my questions about the pricing difference every time and I'm still waiting to hear back from a manager a month and a half now it's very frustrating!

The Grooming Salon Here Is Not Great At All.
Literally this pet smart location is one of the worst ones I have ever been to here in London ON.
They restricted my dog Rosie’s profile ONCE AGAIN so I can’t book grooming appointments online. We show up to all appointments and this location has bad mouthed me the customer as us customers are the reason why they are even getting a paycheque and still work at PetSmart while I was put “on hold” on the phone. So disrespectful and disappointing. This location is also really good at blaming you for EVERYTHING even if it isn’t your fault they will very much put it all on you, the Managment is also not great either it’s all just sad.

Will not be taking Rosie here EVER again.
We found a Groomer thankfully who is taking new clients and she is wonderful, also price difference (pet smart price: $120 her price $65 and she’s a professional groomer! And works one on one with the dog to!)
Better service from her as well and she’s so sweet.
When I told our new groomer about the experience at Pet Smart she wasn’t surprised at all.

Very clean and much better organized than other stores, but not as much selection as it is a smaller store.

Got ourselves a cute young cat. Got a coupon book with lots of money saving deals related to new cat adopting. Got a carrier for almost half price with it. Excellent staff. Shout out to Salt Rescue also.

There prices are crazy 4.99 for 1 can of dog food i can buy meat and make my own food cheaper and at least I know whats in it

A good pet store and fantastic place to adopt cats. I go here for my cat needs, but the last time I bought cat grass, it had made them sick. Will not buy again.

Had a great first experience with my new best friend! The staff there were exceptional with my furry friend and did everything to support him and his well being. They answered every question I could ask and helped in every way and more. They were all knowledgeable about all of their products and what sort of benefits it would have for my boy

The staff here is such a hit or miss situation here. Sometimes the staff go above and beyond, and sometimes they make you feel as if they are bothered by your presence. I would much rather go to pet valu across the street.

The staff here are some of the best I've encountered in any PetSmart. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and helped me with a serious situation when my dog's paw was badly infected - went to a vet and they were planning to charge me for over $500.00 with shampoos, disinfectants etc for my dog's paw.

A staff member here recommended some special disinfectant soap and cream and within a week my dog's paw was FULLY HEALED. I cannot praise the staff here enough! If you own a pet and are looking for a great location with expert staff - you can do no better than this location!:)

I take my moms dog to the groomers and they always make her look adorable they even put cute little bows in her fur they also sell a type or dog food specialty made for her breed

Adopted guinea pigs, found out later they had a respiratory infection, all of my friends have had bad experiences with buying animals from petsmart

Nice smaller location, staff is very personable. My only gripe would be with it being a smaller location it can be hard to find an employee for assistance with a pet purchase.

Clean, friendly store. Staff are personable and knowledgeable. When you ask for help, the staff always have great ideas and alternatives.
