Big big store. Lots of friendly employees. Lots of bulk bags of dog food. Still don't carry the brand of cat food we went looking for, of the flavours of cat food that we were looking for. Cute lizards though.

The manager was very helpful. It was worth the drive for sure. All the employees quit to help.

Decent selection, prices are hit and miss. Understandably I'm sure it comes in waves but often find myself waiting for help or at cash.

Had an appointment for dog grooming he had a little bit of nodding in his ears girl told me she had to cancel my appointment and I had to go to the vet's to have his ear shaved.brought him to Trims and tails, she said it took her 5 minutes to brush the knots out and gave him a perfect haircut will never return to PetSmart again for grooming

Just wow. This morning woke up to our our cannister filter leaking from our Salt Water Aquarium after two new ones. Heather the manager on shift was super fabulous helping us choose a new one with a discount. Full refund on the leaking product. She was also very empathetic to our beauties in the tank.

Love the food choices for my much loved cat. She's getting older, and the staff at Pet Smart offered new food options, as well as helped me choose new tools that helped resolve a sudden and severe matting issue with my cat's fur coat. Helpful staff at Pet Smart, over the years, have helped me care for my cat from kitten to mature cat. It's a great place to shop for all of your pet needs.

Was not impressed, they had bearded dragons in their tanks with burnt out heat lamps and uv lamps. They need both those lights to digest food.

I BROUGHT GLADYUS HERE FOR A TRIM LAST TUESDAY AND HE WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE HIS GROOMER, THEY GOT ALL THE TICS OUT HOWEVER GLADYUS RETURNED LOOKING A LITTLE SCARED. I THINK THEY POKED HIM. 3 STARS I CANT TURN AUTO CAPITALIZATION OFF

My cat was a bit afraid but was Huge hit with everyone and after finally straightening out our bank card issue we got everything we needed for this trip and got him home To go hide in our basement it was his first trip that to the vet

Friendly staff & best groomers. Cass always grooms my dog Gina & she's super gentle with her.

I love PetSmart. They care about their customers. They go out of their way to assist. My dogs have been eating authority dog food their entire life. They are happy and healthy at 10 and 14 years of age.

The only thing is that it would be nice if these stores would carry fresh products for smaller pets and hamsters. Fresh hay, bark, etc.

Feeling totally ripped off! 3 visits in under 5 months for a total of 543.53! We were told if we bring him in every 6 to 8 weeks it wouldn't cost so much! When asked why so much we were told our dog does not behave and it takes more time an we were advised to bring him in 2 weeks to hang out for a half hour for another $35 + tax putting our Pet Smart Grooming bill pretty close to $600 in barely 5 months! Way to much for a retired couple on pension or anyone for that matter who are trying to keep their dog happy and healthy! Beware!
