Embarrassing customer service. Petsmart shipped us a 24lbs bag of dog food instead of our regular 35lbs bag and told us they could only issue a $2 credit for the difference. Complete slap in the face to a loyal customer. In addition, customer service said it was MY FAULT for not noticing the difference in size when they were the ones that shipped the wrong size bag in the first place. I have had automatic orders in place for a 35lbs bag of dog food for over a year so who would question what they're receiving for over a year? Utterly unacceptable. TRIPLE CHECK WHAT YOU RECEIVE FROM PETSMART otherwise they will use it against you. Highly recommend finding your dog food elsewhere because this is not a company that values their customers.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. I will always return to this location for the friendly staff.

Groomers were the opposite of helpful and are dismissive. Did not seem like they wanted to be there and I cancelled making an appointment. Their general attitude is not who should be caring for animals especially when many get stressed out being groomed. Cashier and other staff were friendly though, so it's too bad the groomers are rude as the location is convenient.

Selling a pet without asking for ID then taking pet back when buying everything recommeded for said pet! On top on that 90% of their pets were unsellable! Step it up petsmart never ever had an issue at any other location
