I went to purchase a budgie today, my boyfriend and I were just wearing our pjs, we took a while to decide which buddy to take home, after a while we made a choice and decided to approach the staff and ask about it, the staff was very unprofessional and asked if I previously owned a cage for the animal, which I do from my previous pet, she gave a bad dirty look and just walked away from us. Very unprofessional and undertrained staff, us wearing pjs doesn't take our values away as a costumer. Do better

Great place to get your puppy groomed. Avery is AMAZING! She is the only one there that can do a full haircut on my puppy! Cooper loves her!

Always accommodating and able to get us in same day for nails pup enjoys walking after to pick out treat or toy cleanliness and variety. Not very busy. Little one loves the fish too.

Was waiting for an Uber in bad weather and an employee offered us nice seats to wait and we weren't even customers that day

Wide variety of goods and services for pets as well as fish, small birds and other small pets for sale. I went to get an ID tag made up for my dog. Unfortunately their machine was out of service. Will have to try elsewhere

They do such a great job everytime we bring our dog for a bath and brush. This time he got the luxury package. He came put so handsome. Highly recommend using their services

Was the worst service of my dogs life. They burnt her, cut her whiskers off, didn't cut a millimeter off her tail, expected/demanded us to pay 20 dollars extra the next time we booked for a faster service.

They were great with my dog and they have a walk in service option for grooming which was very helpful as we do not live in town. Huge store with everything you could possibly need and adorable animals to view while you're waiting for your pet.

We always have the best experience getting both our dogs groomed here! They are always so patient and friendly with our pups and leave them looking so cute and smelling amazing!

They have a wide range of things and foods for your pets. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

I just love going into this place and seeing all the little babies. From fur babies to scaled babies.just hard to walk out and not bring home another baby weither fur or scaled

I have taken my pup to PetSmart grooming on Bayfield three times now and have been very pleased with every visit. Customer service is excellent and they groomed my guy as requested each time. They do a wonderful job! I would like to thank Skyler for the last two sessions in particular. She is excellent at what she does and has given my boy the perfect haircut each time.

Well stocked location and staff is very helpful in case you are not able to find anything on the shelves.

Tried to call 3 times, waiting almost 5 minutes each time, no one answered so decided since they offered walk-in for nail trimming on their recording that I would just go in. After waiting over 10mins to even speak with someone they asked me to come back in 20mins as they had appointments.
Not likely going back!
Do not offer walk-in services and then turn people away. Offer to book nail trimming appointments on your website so you don’t turn people away.

Megan was fantastic with Angus! We had a mix up on our appointment and they did what they could to fit us in. Angus was so excited to get in and loved his bath time! We think Angus might be in love with Megan but then again it could just be the beef liver treats. Thanks Megan!

I like their online order with curbside pickup. Orders are always ready quickly and it's very convenient.
