Great experience at Petsmart, the workers try their best to answer your questions. It's a big store so there's a lot of different products.

Great staff, but place looks pretty dated. Hasn't changed much for the last 20 years. Could use a refresh. The excitement to go to the pets store isn't nearly as exciting as it should be. Hope this brick and mortar model survives in the next few years.

I buy different things for my cat. Food variety is good.
I like it. Staff are always friendly.
The only improvement can be the variety of pet toys and accessories.

I absolutely love this location, staff are all very respectful. Every time I need help with food, toys, leashes for my dog Laney this one employee named Sofia is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding stuff about dogs! She’s always working when I come and is very kind to my dog and myself and other customers!

Never groom here, EVER! I brought my baby Morkie for his first groom here, at first, the groomers were friendly and all but after picking up my Morkie from here, I noticed his behaviour changed. He was very aggressive and defensive, and he was never like that. I also noticed his nails were poorly trimmed and I noticed breeding on several of them. Never coming back here again, not even for their food products. I can’t support a store that treats any pets this way! Avoid at all cost!

This store is fantastic! The staff always go out of their way to help me, especially when I have Bianca (25yo Cockatoo) with me to pick up treats and tour the aisles. Pretty sure they just know me as "Biancas mom" but I appreciate all their hard work and how well they attend to a store full of customers with various pets. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible experience! I got 4 bags of pure bites treat from them, my cat went into emergency and has been vomit for 4 days. And they told me it is not their responsibility and ask me to contact pure bite by myself! Guys if you want your pet to be safe, do not go there anymore.

Changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. I was constantly having problems finding my dogs brand and type of food. I spoke to a stock manager, and it seems the problem is now fixed. My dogs specialty diet type food is now always available!

Always have stock of the foods I need for the dogs and the staff is always willing to help and offer any promotions that is happening.

I made an appointment online for my puppy for grooming.my puppy is 8 weeks and the age category in online booking starts at 8 weeks.they called an hour before the appointment saying base on their policy they can do grooming for over 10 weeks.this is ridiculous, me and my wife had to leave work early to make this appointment;all they do is just apologizing!

Do not take your dog here for grooming they totally ruined my dogs hair cut especially for her first time.it looks nothing like my dog anymore.do not go here

Store is large. Clean. And spacious. Plenty of parking available. They are well stocked as well. The grooming salon at this location is closed though.

I am so very angry with the grooming today. Our gold retriever has very nice fur and I purposely don’t want to trim it as it will never grow to the same way again. I booked the bath and brush and guess what! They cut his fur without informing me! Now his lion’s mane is totally ugly and I am so furious right now!

We don't have experience with fish we have our fishs from 1 year they was perfect until they give us bad info with solutions with some medicine and after we do what we told our fish died in 1 hour

I’m writing with tears and emotion to thank the kind staff at the PetSmart Elgin Mills location.

I normally don’t shop at this store since it is a bit far from where I live. But the place I normally go is out of stock with the dog food my big puppy usually eats. Then I purchased two bags of 25lb dog food from Elgin Mills location.

I went with my 4 and half year old son around 7: 30 pm and expected to do a curbside pickup, where I know someone could load the bags for me. But I totally ignored the fact that curbside pickup is only available before 7pm.

The reason I gave all the background story is because I am 5 weeks’ pregnant, which is very very early stage. With all the bad experiences I had previously, I was super super cautious to do any heavy lifting at the current stage. But my husband was working late and won’t be home until 11: 00pm and my stock of dog food was completely gone.

Don’t want to go home with empty hands, I asked with shy to the front line staff at the PetSmart if she can offer a help. The young lady (Shame I am that I forget to ask for her name and give her the complimentary she deserves) did not doubt but immediately asked me to park my car at the storefront and to wait with back trunk open. She then brought the two heavy bags, loaded to my car and closed my back trunk.

My son turned to me and said “mom, she is really really kind and helpful. ” And yes she is! To the staff that I don’t know her name, I can’t say enough “thank you”, as the kindness she gives is not only a good lesson for my son, but also is a strong support to a fragile pregnant mom.

I hope this review can be seen by the store manager and the young lady that worked at 7: 30 pm on April 4th. If everyone can offer their kindness like your staff and you did, we would be living in a much much better world! Appreciate it and thank you!

I lived beside here for many years so i always come to this location.very friendly staff and they always pick up the call quickly.send out items quickly.very good job

Very disappointed with the service I recieved from Victoria at the grooming salon. She had horrible attitude and refused to work on my dog. She wasted my time, and was so horrible to deal with. The store seems to be ran by young kids who dont know a lick of customer service. Seems to be a running trend at this location after looking at the reviews. I'm glad she refused to work on my cockapoo so I could bring her elsewhere to get a quality cut and experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Pet smart should increase salary of employee KYLE.he is a expert of reptile.he explains everything of how to taking care of beared dragon.i had so much question since its my first one.he just give you all the answers and explaination.highly recommend come to this location to see Kyle.take care Kyle thanks again

The ladies in the salon were amazing with my rescue rottie. They were sweet enough to give him lots of treats and love!

Wow. I had my poodle get a bath and body groom from Victoria and it was quite the experience. The customer service was great and she was so caring to my little Bella. She looked so cute after the trim was great and she treated my puppy with love and care. She was also super kind and sweet. Highly recommend the salon as they are all very properly trained at handling dogs and customers. Thanks Victoria!

I had Victoria for the express service for my French bulldog, and she was amazing! Definitely recommend bringing your dog to her - very friendly and welcoming!

I love this store! It’s always clean and stocked with fun and seasonal stuff too! Staff are friendly too. I always go in store to shop though.

I tried curbside pickup 3 separate times and no one picked up the phone and I was left parked at the curbside pickup parking spot for a while until I decided to go inside the store to pick it up instead.

Becoming a member of the free points club gets you special deals. Between those and the specials, the prices become almost reasonable. Well laid out. Attentive staff.

Mike, the dog trainer is an amazingly hard-working, professional, kind, funny and an expert at what he does. I was so satisfied with all the classes we did (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and would highly recommend Mike if you want a well-trained companion. What a worthwhile investment. Get a pet from pet stores asap if you want to live happy and healthier life. No more heart attacks long walks best friend and stress reliever. Any pet is full of love. Just a first few days are responsible days and after that you have a family member. Also any food or medicines you can have it from pet smart at a very reasonable prices. Doing great job pet smart. Keep it up. All the best.

The groomers here are sketchy. It’s always dirty in there especially when Katy is working. Have had two bad experiences and never going back.

There was only one cashier working and the line took a while. You would think this place would be better staffed on a weekend.

I buy crickets from there every two weeks, and every time I get the quantity of 200 or 260 but sometimes it seems that they do not count them and just randomly put them in the bag, because sometime it does not look like 200 or 260, specialy my last purchase.
Also I got ckrickets one time and I think they were sick because around 250 of them died in 3 days and also my dragon does not feel good since ate these ckrickets.

I went this petsmart in the hopes of getting advice as a new pet owner. A worker named Alessia was so quick to help, referring me to many products and being extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. Amazing customer service!

I got my hamster, Mini, here on March 7th, 2019 and a her leg was cut. Luckily, we healed it, but otherwise, she was great!

I took Coco, my 16.5-year old bichon-poodle to get groomed. Coco just had dental surgery and is still protective of her face. We had to get her groomed, though, because her face and fur were getting matted and filthy. Caity was gentle and patient with Coco. Coco continuously acted out and thrashed around. Still, Caity and her manager handled my dog with care. That is all I can ask for. Thank you for taking care of my old dog. In her last few months of life she looks and smells great!

Never had a bad experience, I try to avoid because I perfer to shop at local small businesses but the place is clean, service is good and prices are fair.

A smaller Petsmart just west of the 404 along Elgin Mills. Has everything you need though for your dog, your cat, your fishes, Guinea pigs, and even reptiles. Has pet training services as well as grooming. Wide aisles makes it easy to love around especially when your pet is with you. Friendly staff.

I'm speechless to say what stupid thing happend to me, but it was my most stupid thing that have ever had in my life.
I went there with my kid to get a small goldfish, they said we can't sell a fish to you because you said you have a 10 gallon tank with 2 goldfish and it's not enough for 3rd one
I said it matters to me what is wrong about you and they said because we care about animals!
Just saw lots of the fish inside the very smaller tanks all together for sell with some dead!

Extremely rude people. Was running late, and was stuck behind traffic, got called and said be there at 1: 45. We booked ours on 1: 30. We got there at 1: 46, and they canceled out grooming appointment. The manager was making extremely stupid excuses such as " Oh my staff will be tired, the safety of my staff will be at risk" what for 1 minute? You said be there at 1: 45 and we were there at 146, how does your staff get tired after 1 minute? Very disappointed in PetSmart. I always took my dog there, and when we late, they always accepted us. Such hypocritical excuses so they could put their leg on the other, and do nothing. It was very clear the staff was not tired or anything. Do better next time!

Very ridiculous attitude towards costumers. We were stuck behind traffic, and we had a 1: 30 they called and said you have to be there at 1: 45. We were there 1.47.2 minutes. They canceled our appointment. They called their manager, so she could “help “ us. Not only she didn’t help us, she made us more mad. We came down from Newmarket, as no stores had any time available. Yes, we were late, but they said be here at 1: 45 and we were there at 1: 47. PetSmart’s services and their workers are slowly downgrading. At least have a better manager.

Oh my god they changed the regulation of Pet smarts. I couldn't find everything I needed. I couldn't find one person to help me. Most af shelves were empty.

I had my puppy’s grooming appointment today at 4 pm. I was running late and informed the grooming department about it. She told me to reach by 4.25 latest. I reached there at 4.28 pm and she didn’t take my puppy in. Why did 3 minutes make such a big deal and she was super rude. She could have asked me not to come. I tried my best to get there on time. Very disappointed and it would have been my first grooming visit there. I was super excited but she completely ruined it for me.

We bring our dog for grooming routinely. All the staff are very friendly and the store is well stocked and clean. Nicki is our groomer and she is amazing!

This is the closest PetSmart to my house and they always have food for my small amphibious pets. The staff are awesome and will help you with any questions you have, if they don't know they will direct you to a manager. I've had nothing but good experiences from them.

I made my first online order yesterday on the Petsmart website and I have so many great things to say about it. It was very easy to find what I was looking for; user friendly. I chose to do a curb side pickup and it was simple, I called in and told them I was there to pick up an order. An associate can’t outside and checked my ID through the window, and then placed my order into my trunk. *10/10 would recommend ordering online*

Large store with just about anything you might need for your pets. Includes grooming salon and dog training classes. The trainer, Mike, is a fantastic guy and he has helped us with training our dogs so much. He is knowledgeable and patient, and our dogs love him.

Great place for our pets staff is friendly qualified and customer caring grooming staff is very good and helping my dog feels homely and very happy prices were normal toys and bones are new and fresh overall store is good and pets friendly.

If you are shopping here, you should also check out Global Pet Foods and Pet Valu. Petsmart is a great big box store chain. Usually certain things/brands don't go on sale and if/when they do, they don't really put alot out there or stock up so you end up not being able to take advantage of the sale. I am leaving 4 stars for the Puppy Training class. Mike, the trainer is loud, motivational and very inspiring! He is organized and he loves his job! You can tell. I really enjoy his approach and his respectful and kind methods in training our puppy. I look forward to the next 5 classes! I was really impressed with him after only ONE class!

Mike is the best dog trainer. My dog, Kala, has made great improvement after attending Mike class. Mike is very generous and ready to share his experience in training a dog.

Was a little disappointed to find out a coat I had picked out for my dog couldn't be sold to me as it rang up as one cent on the register. Was told it was discontinued and should not been on the racks

The store is well stocked but there's pee everywhere. It's really nasty. I know that it's irresponsible owners didn't clean up but the staff would be more proactive in walking down the aisles and checking.

Has most items are in stock. However, on items that were out of stock, it took them a very long time to restock.
