I just got my African grey parrot from kijiji and I wasn’t sure what food brands was good for it. Kate was very helpful she recommended me Zupreem pellets and she walked me through the steps of how to care for my parrot.

London enjoys seeing her furry friends as well as her human friends at this location.all staff are so happy and greatful. I feel safe to be left knowing shes in good care.

This is a cute little pet smart. I have been in bigger stores but this one has everything you need. I love that it has a Pet smart hotel. Definitely will be back!

The Petsmart grooming centre has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This is my second time having a terrible experience at the Etobicoke location Petsmart Grooming Centre. Three weeks ago I booked a grooming for my six-month-old dog.
I was not told to bring any additional information about my dog. The person booking the appointment should have seen that my file was new, snd that I had no other documentation yet provided. Instead I arrive for my appointment today upon which I’m told that I need to provide rabies vaccine documentation. Why was I not told this on the phone? Any good customer service would make that part of their protocol with new customers. The customer service here is ridiculous. Should you not tell your customers what is expected in order to fulfil the service? Clearly the Management at this location is incompetent and lacks any leadership skills.
As a Manager how can you run a staff that can not complete the simplest of tasks - booking appointments correctly and asking for appropriate information?
If they can’t complete a simple tasks such as booking an appointment, I am fearful to even think of leaving my dog there for fear of what might happen to my dog with this incompetence.
It was a complete waste of time.
Clearly Petsmart Grooming makes too much money as they have no concern with attaining new clients.

This experience has reinforced my belief that we should shop small and give our business to smaller companies who will actually fulfil their service with care and integrity.

Every pet owner I come in contact with will be warned against Petsmart grooming centers.

Great place we always get our litter and food here and if we ever have any questions someone is always there to help

I brought my Australian Shepherd to PetSmart for a grooming with David and look how beautiful he is! Wonderful job from David, my dog smells good and he is so shiny. Love it! Will come back every month.

Go to pet store for my dog, they have everything you could need. Got good deals going on now and then. Groomers are really nice as well, have gotten my dog groomed here many times. Process is easy, can make a account and book online as well.

I love this location petsmart. They're always stocked and have almost everything You'll ever need for pets. All employees are very chill and helpful. They know exactly what you want and go above and beyond to help you out.

One stop shop for all your pet needs. Our Pup loves going there as he gets to meet a lot of friends to play with!

I went to this store to purchase cat litter for my cat. I found a similar crystal to the one my pet uses. The was more expensive though, by $4.00. The store has a lot to offer in terms of pet services, purchasing and adopting pets like cats or buying hamsters and birds. There are employees available to help you locate what you need throughout the store. It is situated in a very nice location with other stores nearby, including Tim Hortons.

Once I took my 2 Shiba Inu for grooming they were supposed to do everything, when we picked them up my husband asked how was everything with my dogs they said "everything was ok" and my husband paid for all the services on both dogs, but when we were in the car i inspected the dogs and one of them looked exactly nothing they did nothing my husband when back and asked them why did you charged me if you didn't do a anything to one and they said that my dogs was very upset, but they never mentioned anything and they charged us we never went back

Very wide selection at comparable prices. Also offers grooming and dog training classes. Knowledgeable staff, can't really go wrong.

Come here to get cat stuff, employees are amazing. Super helpful, always have a smile on their face, and are really genuine when interacting with customers.

It said clearly on their website the bath was included…. Yet they charged me for it.
Kaitlynn was a horrible person who does not know how treat people.

They said my dog would get a bath but his eyes are still dirty, I was told I would get daily pictures and I am still waiting for those to arrive.

Love your dog? Then surely you can so better than this place.

Great customer service, but I believe that I just got pickpocketed. There's a strange man (around 60+ yrs old) walking around but not even buying anything. He was lingering behind me (and a few other customers). When I went to the cash to pay, my purse was slightly open Attn PetSmart staff - please check your cameras and watch out for him!

Nice clean store. Helpful friendly and polite staff. I was given helpful information on a particular dog food which influenced my purchase.

I absolutely love Pet Smart. The deals and the variety they carry is unbelievable. Prices are also very varied - If your budget is tight, you can still buy pretty decent food for your pet, without having to choose a lower quality for cheaper.
The sales they have are amazing, so i will strongly suggest walking up and down the aisles checking out prices and deals?
I bought a decent size Ariel/Mermaid chew toy for my fur-niece for under $15 - And i melted when she played with it and completely destroyed it when i gave it to her. She loved it sooo much. It is a crinkled toy.

I love coming here with my dog. Everyone is very nice and I mean, it's also awesome to meet new furiends!

I am particularly picky about user experiences, as you may have had the opportunity to notice from my other reviews here (still looking at you, Metro Supermarket, please fix your automated checkout machine user experience, it is really bad).

Horrible customer service at this location. Went to pick up something ordered for curbside, it wasn't ready so instead of just walking to the shelf and getting it the guy told us to come back later. Won't be buying from PetSmart ever again.

We love coming to this place. We shop at a lot of places. This place never fails us. We just got another puppy. Definitely a repeat business for sure. She will be coming here for training with Beata (The Best) and grooming by Laura (The Best). Highly recommended. Love it, Love it.

The English gentlemen (can't remember his name) was very helpful and educated when it came to guiding us to the best puppy feed available for our dog.

Fantastic! Was our first visit with my 9 Month old German shepherd/ Bull mastiff/ Lab mix, (95lbs) we saw Aurora, and got the Bath and Brush package with the Top Dog add-on, and my pup looks (and smells) amazing! Plus she does not like the sound of clippers (at all- she freaks [even with her favourite treats or peanut butter on plastic wrap]) so they were able to grind them instead (much better feeling then a clip I might add) - no more unnecessary scratches! Wonderful bonus, very happy I have already booked her next visit!

We went to the store for the first time ever as we acquired our dog during the lockdown period.
The store associates were fantastic. I’ve hardly ever experienced this level of super service in any store. They helped us with everything we needed that day. Kerp up the great work!

Curbside pickup was totally smooth and painless, and the employee that brought out my order was very friendly! Will definitely order here next time my pet needs something.

Walked in to buy a whole bunch of stuff for my puppy. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. This location happened be on my way back home from picking up the puppy but I will go out of my way to go back for more help as my puppy grows. Really great staff!

Although I wrote a negative comment about a year ago about my not so nice experience with the groomers.imma stay firm on that.don't think I'll ever use the groomers again; found that they were unprofessional at that time and I'll never turn back, Melissa is still great and another lady - I don't believe they're there anymore.

However the store part is excellent!
The staff are friendly and professional and make the experience totally worth it.

Curbside pick up is perfect at this location they have everything you need in stock and if you're lucky you'll have a very knowledgeable and caring person picking your order (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but she picked my order March 11 2021)

My first visit. What an awesome experience. Lots of varieties of pet essentials. I went to get a hamster cage got one no problem. The clerk that served me was a happy guy. People walking around with their dogs. Place was clean. Just overall happy with my experience.

The grooming staff here handle our dogs very well and its a convenient place for us to pick up all their toys and food supplies as well

Horribly unorganized and the managers are very rude. I spoke with a woman who said she was a manager named Jordan about one of her workers (did not get her name but she had curly colored hair) and she was very judgemental and rude. She sounded very uninterested in my issues with their services and told me that if I was unhappy that they did not need my business and she would not do anything about her worker talking back to me.
I then spoke to another woman who identified herself as a manager named Alexandria and she was also very rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back ever again.

Finally the store had enough staff to help on the floor. I was so happy! Too bad all the promos buy one get one 50% off didn’t work at cash. Had to find a manager to fix the issue. He was aware of the problem, “it never works here this six days promo” and “head office knows the issue”. So if you can’t fix it at the store level at least tell all the cashier to watch out for the promo and don’t let clients leave and have to come back to fix the price. Not cool! So sad, I go to this location all the time. The girls that work with the small pets are awesome.

AWFUL customer service. The employees in the store dont seem to know a damn thing about dogs. And the grooming customer service is awful. I dont know why they moved where you check in for your appintments but its a disaster and nobody knows whats going on or where anyone is. My groomer didnt come out until 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. It was supposed to be at 1: 00. The girl at the desk (found out named rita) was very rude and said the gromers were "very busy" but yet my groomer was sitting down talking to other staff the whole 45 mins I was waiting.
Awful customer service and communication. These people need to get it together.

Decently run PetSmart. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've had my dog at the spa and the overnight kennel. She seemed to be treated well and didn't show any signs of distress. Parking is tight because it's right by Marshalls. Best way to get here is to enter from the street east of the main entrance - near the 427 overpass. This way you avoid the traffic at the main lights and the maze of a parking lot they have at this super centre.

The store it self is very good.lots of products and ok staff.but the 2 stars is for the groomers. There was a girl named Melissa there and she was super good. I loved the way she took care of my dog and was very fast but the majority of groomers.ugh don't even get me started.unprofessional! One time I walked in while this cross was yelling at my dog.she stopped when she saw us and i believe one of the other staff told her his owners are here that's why shes getting excited.just also wanted to add this was about 2 years ago.not recent but a lasting effect in me coming back to give it another chance

This is like a Walmart for pets. So many options including food, bedding, toys, training and ever daycare

I just got my dog a few weeks ago (rescue) and he was greeted and treated well to ensure he was comfortable the whole time. By the end, he was wagging his tail and giving kisses. He came out sparkling clean and super soft! A PetSmart associate sold me the new puppy coupon book on our first visit to the store, and even though my dog is older than the coupon states, they allowed me to use the $21 grooming coupon for our first visit. Highly recommended, will definitely be back for all our dog's needs!

Pretty big store. You can almost find everything. They have variety of live pet selections like budgies.

Firstly I booked a wash and they did not have my puppies documentation on file, I had previously booked a wash and provided them with everything needed. And the staff members were very passive aggressive as if I was lying. I had to provide the information again and finally my puppy was able to get groomed. Secondly, the actual grooming was not what I’m used to getting, the groomer did a terrible job. It looked rushed, which might I add took 2 and a half hours. I would understand the timing if my puppy was done up to my expectations for petsmart, but it was not and it left me very upset. She didn’t even trim the hair around her paws like I asked and the way she shaved my puppies private areas for sanitation was done very poorly, her fur looks looked like a chunk was just shaven off and done with. And her ears, which was part of the package, was not done. They were still dirty when I got my puppy back. She also had, what looked like dandruf, all over her fur. Which made me furious because the shampoo was not washed off well and means my puppy could be left with itchiness and irritation. Just overall a rushed job and I was very unsatisfied with my experience and customer service. My puppy should always look good, not just because she’s a dog she can just be rushed instead of given the proper care she deserves. I am paying for a service and expect good results.

Dog went in looking like a Westie and came out looking like a fox. We asked to keep his Westie face and it was cut completely down to nothing.

I went for a grooming session with my puppy and I had the best experience I've ever had from petsmart. My puppy was groomed by Falcon and she was amazing. She was professional, polite, and went the extra mile by taking a cute pic of my puppy while he was been bathed. I loved the how clean, happy he was after and she also put a super adorable bandana on him.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only Petsmart location I have visited that checked on me a few times to make sure I was doing ok and greeted my dog so kindly. Thank you for a welcoming shopping experience.

On March 3rd my husband and I went to take our puppy to the daycare of this store in Etobicoke. It was the first time she would play with other dogs and we were eager to see what her reaction would be. We went to the glass to see her for a few moments and then we started filming her. At this moment Mrs. Beata, who was training the dogs with their parents in the hallway, shouted coarsely at us to stop filming. We were frightened and we were extremely upset by the way she talked to us.
There was no visible sign about banning photos or filming. We didn't mean to expose anyone. We just wanted to take a reminder of our puppy from this day and we had a negative experience.
How can a person who doesn’t not know how to talk to people, and especially clients, be able to train in dogs?

Large selection of anything you could possibly need for your pet. They also carry a nice selection of natural non-processed foods. Friendly staff and central location.

Is sad that in such a big place you can't find xxs small clothes for dogs.

Beata is a wonderful dog trainer. She is passionate and knowledgeable. Nova and I attended obedience training and I have received many compliments on her behaviour and personality and we owe it to Beata’s patience and personability.

Nova loves day camp, pets hotel, and the groomers.and all the lovely ladies that work there who spoil her and make her feel like their own. Everyone is so gentle, kind, and passionate for animals and it truly shows and gives owners peace of mind!

This has been Novas second home since she’s been a wee pup and she’s 2 now! Thanks Etobicoke Petsmart!

The service and the facility is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the grooming of our pet. I am not giving it 5 stars as they don't take the dogs out at all to do their business when you leave them in their Petshotel. They have to do everything inside the playroom they are in. We do plan to try it once as see how it goes.

Location could be cleaner. Also, this location lacks some stock with shelves and store floor bins literally empty. Just a criticism of any petsmart, be aware of their strict guidelines over any pet day camp or hotel visits as well as grooming requirements. They are more strict than other pet stores and just make sure that you are aware of this so they dont turn you away, which has happened to me a number of times.
