Shelves are fully stocked, the dog food I purchase regularly is readily available. Always sales going on and promotions. The staff are always super helpful. Very rarely is there a lineup to pay and the cashiers are extremely friendly.

Stay away from this location, horrible management. My 4 years old Golden Doodle (who also happens to be a therapy animal) was also injured at their grooming salon.

The management team at this location is unbelievably rude.

My dog has been coming to this location for grooming for about three years now, not to mention the $1000s of dollars we spend on other products at Petsmart. Today when I booked an appointment with the grooming salon, one of their employees referenced an incident from last year which I was no aware of. I was told that my dog is banned from grooming because last time he came in, he had some matting and one of their groomers was bit.irony here is, they had actually injured my dog and whoever did the grooming was not trained. We filed a complaint for the injury, but no one got back to us. They pointed to the waiver we had signed. Our dog is a therapy animal who also visits hospitals for uplifting sick patients, so I find it hard to believe that they have not had other minor incidents where a dog was hurt and may have tried to bite back as a defensive action.

The woman on the phone asked me to call head office and when I asked for everything in writing in an email, she became aggressive and cut the phone. I tried calling in two more times and my phone was not picked up.

I will continue demanding this in writing from Petsmart because I know their claim is illegal and there is no incident report internally at Petsmart either.

This is against Consumer Protection Laws in Ontario and I will be filing a direct complain against them there as well.

Came to get my 4 month old puppy groomed for the first time. When I showed for the appointment they asked me for his vax certificate. They never mentioned I needed a vax certificate when I booked so I didn’t bring it with me. I asked if I could simply go back home to get it while they started his appointment. Denied. What a waste of time. Lady who was “assisting” us was truly not helpful. Zero empathy, zero understanding. Won’t be going back to PetSmart Orangeville.

Terrible customer service and groomers seem unfriendly with animals. Extra charges for everything.

I have always had a good experience at petsmart but since Katelyn has been there, she will go out of her way even when her shift has ended, to help you out

Took my husky for self bath no towels one jug soap on shelf between wash tubs and water on floor before we even got there and had to wait to be served I was better off bathing her in my yard

Selling small feeder fish as large same sized as small ones and when asked about it had a very rude manager tell me that they can't do anything when I was being vary polite was not happy went to another pet store cuz of it to get my pet food

Came with my three year old son to buy fish 15 min before closing - knew exactly which fish, it was one type, and how many we wanted - and they refused us. They will only sell fish more than 30min before closing apparently. They weren’t apologetic and spent more time listening to me beg them to let us buy fish than it would’ve taken to actually net and sell us the fish. Why is Petsmart open until a certain time if you cannot purchase pets during their full business hours? There was also no signage about this supposed policy

Needed an ultrasonic bark control device, they had it in stock and at a lower price than Pet Valu for the exact same item and to my surprise it actually works! Good job PetSmart.

Shout out to Gerard he always does an amazing job grooming daisy he’s daisys number one guy! Also the rest of the grooming team you all do such a great job with her! Thank you and I would recommend this store they truly care about the animals they care for!

This place is great, everybody who works there is always very welcoming and offers to help as much as possible, every time I have asked questions or asked for help it hasn’t been a issue. And they answer them fast and always have an answer. There great

They keep sending me e-receipts despite me giving them a false email. Somewhere on record my original email is still in their system. They also don't seem to know how rabies is transferred. Refused to book a grooming appointment for an indoor cat with NO TEETH.

Great place to come and save a few bucks on premium pet food. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I had to edit my review to 2 stars for the grooming department because of the extreme difficulty in having my dogs nails done. Website says they are open until 7 pm, but they seem to close any time shortly after 5 pm. They will not allow me to book an appointment online and will only take walk-ins for my dog. They have been closed more times than open when I've tried to go.well before 7pm. I called today exactly at 5, and they said that they were leaving shortly and I'd have to try another day

Got my dog groomed and in the past I haven't got what I wanted. But the guy we had took the time to listen to me, asked questions, and groomed him exactly like I wanted. And I also love that you can bring your dog in the store and they are all so friendly.

Very disappointed. Right from the start I felt they were trying to not groom my dog. I was honest about his front leg issue and that yes he gets stressed. So what do they do is go and grind his front nails which just stress him out to the point where they canceled my appointment. From the start the lady was just trying to find excuse kept saying my dog has back leg issue which is false vet checked every year. So after canceling they have the nerve to charge me for the nail grind which by the looks of it was only one paw. If they can’t handle dogs that get stress be honest and say we can’t handle it. Was his second time at this location and the first time they manage to get through his grooming. Will never give PetSmart any business will not recommend them for grooming

He did a horrible haircut. Have no patience for puppies. This was the 3rd time going there. Not again.

Their self-serve dog washing station is really helpful for my big Bernedoodle! They have hypoallergenic shampoo & conditioner as well as a dryer device with clear instructions. Only critique is they often forget to fill up the shampoo machine and require prompting.

This place has a dog Self-Wash for $10.00 and its just like a car wash, shampoo, Brush and dryer provided, also their pet salon has great pricing if you are looking for more than just a wash.
My dog did his doggy training at this tore too and it was a great experience.
The staff here are Excellent!
