Groomers are all fantastic! My chihuahua usually has horrible anxiety but he doesn’t at this location! All the groomers that expert care in making it an enjoyable experience for both the parent and the pet! Can’t say enough good things!

This rating is for their group class dog training. Lauren, the dog trainer, said she'll give me a call for private training to prepare our dog for the group class, but she didn't. Basically, they don't want your business. Look somewhere else if you want a trainer who'll genuinely care for your dog.

Nice to see the kittens there. Would like to put one in my pocket and take it home. Was introduced to a cat rescue place that has great purrfect cat for me

Prices here are $2 more than the Petsmart at the other Innes location, and the store is much smaller. Feels very cramped trying to get around and pet products are already so expensive that it feels like a rip-off going here. Friendly staff though.

Excellent customer service. I had never been in a PetSmart store previously. If this the quality of service all of the time, BRAVO!

Their price is pretty good. It worth to travel from the north shore of Montreal to this store (the closest one to my home, 140km round trip)

Makes my whole day to visit pet smart, and it's not for the cruckets I am there getting, it's for the love of puppies cause there will always be puppies shopping with their owners

When we encountered a problem at the till with our online coupon it was corrected and handled in a very timely manner. Cashier showed genuine concern for us.

Dont buy aquarium products especially the aquarium heaters. They all are cracked and instantly fry after a week.

I used to go to PetSmart for a lot of my pet needs. We just found out we are getting a puppy (haven't had a dog for about 10 years, just cats, fish and snakes) so my husband and I made a trip to PetSmart to get supplies.
I found aisle after aisle of dog food (almost an overwhelming amount of choice) and then very little selection in the way of toys and treats. The employee at the cash was very polite but we saw lots of staff stocking shelves and not one of them asked if we needed assistance.
Frankly, not the same store I used to enjoy shopping at.
