Wish there was variety for all pets or when have something on site you put specific store where it's at so I'm not in goose chase like how hard it seems to find shampoo for guinea pig which by the way have get it online now less you got it. Getting ridiculous over finding anything now.

Grooming services: Terrible service, brought my dog and after they took her in, they brought her back out and said they cannot work with her because she did not want them to touch her paws and she was barking, as professional who are trained to work with dogs, they should find a way to work around this.this was extremely unprofessional I don’t recommend going there.

They have excellent customer service and so many in stock products for your beloved pets. They offer pet grooming and training service on site. They also host cats ready for adoption. I love this store. Ample parking and you can pre-order for pick-up

Staff is super kind and friendly to everyone but prices can be ridiculous. I’d suggest seeing what you can get from other places first since it’ll be easier for your pocket. Not many cats in store I bought some supplies there and went elsewhere for the cat.

I tried to place an online order yesterday for toys for my dog and grand dog for Christmas. Got to the checkout and you wanted $10 PER toy for a delivery charge so $40.for delivery when my order for the product was only $35. My home store is Fairway which is 10 minutes away from my house. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Disgusting! I ordered from Pet Valu instead…

Pranit is a phenomenal dog trainer and his teachings have been life-changing! We've put our boy Teddy into both beginner and intermediate classes so far and he has made so much progress. Pranit takes the time to focus on anything your dog may be struggling to learn while still keeping a steady pace. He's thorough, friendly, has a clear love for animals and a strong passion for his job. 10/10 would recommend you sign up your pups for a course with Pranit!

Good selection of items and good prices but terrible care of their bettas. All in cups filled with waste and growing algae. Several of them looked dead at first glance and were clearly very sick.

This locations grooming salon is absolutely brutal. Tried to call 5 different time throughout the day to get a nail trim for my dog and no one answers the phone.

Long time customer for my dogs &turtles. Won't be back. Grooming service tells you one thing and then does another. Waste of my time.

Great Customer Service and Very Supportive Staff. Their Grooming Services are very Professional and Friendly. The Dog Trainer “Pranit” is very Professional. I enrolled my Puppy in their Puppy Training program and now he is in the Advance Course. Pranit is awesome! I recommend other dog owners to enroll their dogs in their training programs as well!

Large store with plenty of parking out front. Staff was helpful. At the time of my visit, there were no budgies shouting and squawking at the top of their little parrot lungs, which is a shame as I always like seeing the little feathered folk.

I experienced terrible customer service as a senior disabled person, with a senior dog who I took their regularly for 13 years. I am sad to say will never go back. I have a new groomer.

PetSmart staff treated me terribly all with a smile on their face. I have a permanent disability, and have a big custom cast on my leg and foot. I struggle to walk and stand. I was 5 minutes early and went in the store to shelter from the weather and lean on the wall. They kicked me out to stand in the rain and sleet. They wouldn't even let me wait in between the doors until the store opened. I was a regular customer and was shocked at how I was treated. I won't go back and won't recommend them to anyone.

The store is set up in a very easy to locate everything and the employees are very helpful and attentive

Employees were all super helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable about their departments. The store was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely shop there again!

Met a nice young man named Corben! He was so helpful with aiding me pick out an enclosure and supplies for Guinea pigs. He is very well educated on all rodents and handled the ones I bought with such care! Will definitely come back.
