Prices are good, staff are very helpful, they carry a massive supply of pet food so you'll always be able to find the right food for your animal.
I highly recommend if you don't already use pet smart for your fur babies.

Usually have everything we need. We stop in when we are in town but not worth the drive just for PetSmart (sorry)

Lady helped me out from picking up my online order, helping get a item in a fish tank and checking me out. She was personable and gave me plenty of hints to a new aquarium I was setting up. I wish I caught her name but a thumbs up to her Thanks

Friendly staff, Easy to find what your looking for, Fair prices. I don't really shop anywhere else for my pet (bird) supplies!

Far better as of 2022, than my previous review from a few years ago. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. And excellent product selections!

My westie loves coming here for her groom. Always professional and clean. My dog is never apprehensive to come into the shop and is excited to get all the attention from the staff there. She comes home looking and smelling amazing! Highly recommend the Belleville Petsmart for grooming!

Good store. I do shop around and also check Amazon because I find Petsmart's prices are on the high side at times. I've gotten lucky with some sales and clearance items though. Staff is very friendly. Store is kept clean. It's a stocked as it can be, as I'm assuming the supply chain is causing problems for them to keep their shelves fully stocked. Overall a good experience and I will go back.

I was looking for a certain type medical treat it’s for dogs for there joints etc they have it where I live in trenton at pet value, the staff didn’t give me the time of day to hear what I was looking for soon as I mentioned pet value they basically didn’t want to help me! Rude and a total joke

As a pet superstore. They need to carry more saltwater selection as every locatio has absolutely none.

Marissa in the fish department was very friendly.
Only have large feeder fish so we started at the skinny guinea, and the regular guineas lmfao

Super friendly staff. I needed help finding a few items and a staff member knew exactly where they were and what selection they had.

The cat food the sales lady showed us to help with our senior girl, Was spot on. We have an 18 year old young kitty who had been on Whiskas her whole life.it was recalled over a month ago and I cannot get it, so we have to give her something. We have tried multiple brands in the last few weeks, and finally we found it with the Nutrience Infusion adult cat food. Thank you for your help, when you noticed we were lost in all the brands on your shelves, The Stokes and Samantha ‍

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always super friendly, polite, and helpful.
Aside from that, the prices are alright and the store is always clean.

The staff were very friendly, the store was clean and well stocked with a variety of items. There is also a grooming salon for pets.

Friendly staff and organized store, only point of contention is some of the food supplements/food types that I typically buy are out of stock frequently.

We have 10 pets from dogs to cats bunnies and more and honestly petsmart always have great deals on what we need. The staff are always so friendly.

Apparently they don’t gotta fallow the the law that every other pet smart has to stick by they sell sick fish to the public if fish are hatched or born in the store they are pulled out of Filters not Heath checked and they sell them as babies for full price any other pets mart has to give the fish away to staff or customers as there not in inventory or looked at by a vet everything has to be checked over that’s sold tho pets marts name but this store they love to be greedy for every last dollar wouldn’t feel safe getting anything at this store

Had a very helpful employee go in the back to get me dog food that was sold out on the shelves. Friendly and helpful staff

I found that Pet Smart was not a safe place for myself or my service dog to shop. Total lack of safety proceedures and I felt other shoppers would not keep their social distance even after I ask them to. One patron walked almost into my service dog with his cart and made me the one to leave the aisle. Total lack of manners and fellow shopper's respect. Pet Smart staff had no sensitivity towards my disability or my service dog safety
See no reason to ever patronage this business again

Friendly staff and usually has everything in stock you need or want. Only thing I suggest getting elsewhere is the crickets. Not always but usually the crickets for the large size are small, and sometimes by the time we get home (5 minute drive) a couple have died lol. But other than that I always go there for everything dog and lizard related

Best visit to petsmart in years. Ashley did an amazing job grooming my dog.
Cashier was super friendly with my return. Everything was super easy and super friendly.

They have a wide array of products at different price points. Right now it's difficult to get live animals, so they are running low on stock. I have never used their grooming services, but multiple friends have told me their animals were scared of them. When I asked (via phone) to book in my dog for a nail clipping, they refused until I provided veterinary records showing vaccinations, which seemed odd.

This is were I buy most of my live aquatic plants and tropical fish. The staff are very knowledgeable about the fish and are really good with recommendations.

I just came from PetSmart and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.staff were extremely helpful, one young woman, at cash, helped me put a bag of heavy kitty litter in the trunk of my car. I recommend she be made 'employee of the month! Great experience. I highly endorse this store.

Lots of friendly helpful staff besides the guy in the aquarium section didn't care to listen to my questions about a filter and a pump.

Thankful the rest of his coworkers made up for his mediocre service, when browsing other products in the store.

I recommend pet smart for a lot of there accessories and treats etc but I do not recommend them for their animals, I bought 6 fish and while in the store noticed they all had ick (after I paid) so now I have to do treatments and hope they don’t die especially because I paid 12.99 PER fish! Please please please only hire people who are actually gonna take proper care of the animals.the snake was hunting as well so I’m assuming you probably don’t feed them properly! Please stop working at pet stores if you don’t really care about the animals.

Went in to buy a couple of dog beds they are all on the back wall way high up and no staff around to assist

Had an extremely terrible experience with one of the employees who seems to think she can talk to customers extremely rudely during a curb side pick up.

The curbside pick up was amazing, actually quicker than going inside and paying. Kudos to the staff for a job well done.

Great service from start to finish, took my dog in as I like to do and everyone took their time to say hello to him and give him a treat. Also got help to find the odd thing never a bad visit at this location.

This location has super friendly staff and is nice and clean. Their selection of dog food is great and anytime I have visited this store it's been well stocked.

Pathetic Attempts at Customer Service. Inhumane lack of care for pets that are unethically bred. Way too many people trying to wear all the 'hats' with no one person being overly knowledgeable. They'll willingly attempt to wow you with empty promises and inaccurate information about their ability to assist & accommodate. And when they're finally caught, they throw their hands in the air, blaming their short comings on the fact that they're an American Company and "have no control".

Very welk organized oots of help around the store. The only thing i did not like about this place is there was only one cashier and she was very slow. Although there was an entire store fulk of other workers

Don't shop here if you want your pets alive they sell toxic siicone pet store and don't even know whats safe for fish or reptiles shame on them

I used to love their grooming salon and the groomers. Then I had an insulting and very negative encounter with the salon manager. I will never set foot in that store again. The amount of money I have spent on my animals over the years, I don't deserve the grief she caused me.

Its an ok store for what it is. Its clean and seems well managed. Aquariums are generally spotless, water looks very polished. Prices are highish, inventory limited to big names and the house brand.

The first time we went, we waited around for 15 minutes for help while other people got help first and had just come in. The second time we came to get fish for my nephew for his birthday and did everything as instructed when he brought them home and all 4 fish died within 72 hours.

Today I just had amazing customer service. I’m not sure her name but she is an older lady with blond hair and red glasses. I went in to buy bulbs for my turtle and told her what happened to the last ones I recently bought and she helped me out she was amazing and I thank her so very much for what she did for me.

We come from 45 mins away for a purina dog food for sensitive skin and stomach. Always out of stock, then the employee says sorry we dont do the ordering. Thats great maybe send an email or message that the order needs to be increased? !? Not rocket science, now you have lost another customer! Thanks for no help again

Will never go back.was there today at 2: 30ish was browsing.we needed a cat collar guinea pig food and was just wanting to check out new dog food. We were followed and my wife was asked of she put something in her purse she showed her purse and the lady told us she didn't want to look. I am really offended that we were followed and then accused of stealing. I have never been so insulted in my life

Every single person seems so nice but my one star goes to the guy in the back with the fish birds and mice. No sympathy for anything and you can totally tell he does not care what so ever about you the animal or even his job. No manners on the guy either and I know hes been at pet smart in belleville a while. Him alone is enough to take my business to someone else.

Phoned ahead to find a singing canary. Linda walked over to him and I listened. Then she put him on hold. Sarah had his adoption papers ready with a full rundown on his history and habits.
