Great selection of food and toys for pets. Excellent, very caring groomers. They treat the dogs as if they are thier own and are so sweet with them.

Employees were frindly and helpful. I was able to purchse most of the items I was looking for.

Bought some tetras for our tropical fish tank from here. They were diseased, died in the first couple weeks and took a bunch of our previous well-loved fish with them. Extremely disappointed. Apparently all their fish tanks are connected by a single filter system that just enables the spread of disease. Don't buy fish here unless you want them all to die.

The groomers are exceptionally kind and it's clear they love animals. Great service and great staff all around.

Everybody is so friendly and helpful at this location. My dog Cody turned 2 years old today so we decided to drop in and pick up some toys and treats!

The store seemed lacking in stock particularly dog toys and beds. Staff were very friendly though

Management and 98% of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also use this PetSmart for grooming our four year old Airedale terrier dog and anyone that knows the breed also knows how hard to handle they can be.

Purchased a baby bearded dragon from this store, poorly taken care of at this location. He lost a toe, was dehydrated when i brought him home, had stuck shed that needed help the day i brought him home. Do not recommend, poor customer service very rude on the phone. Will be posting for 35k followers to know this story. Atleast i know he's thriving now and being very well taken care of.

Decent spot. I highly recommend Nutrience brand. Not the fastest curbside pickup in the world, but they are friendly and pretty helpful.

-20 rating if possible, We have worst grooming experience with them. If you love your pup or dog please don’t visit them, they are too tough with handling the pets. The groomer came to parking lot to pick our pet and as our dog is scared to meet the stranger, the groomer just tied leash to his neck and just dragged him on the road. That was so rude and mean, I understand that the dog takes time to be calm, but seriously is that how you take him in!
And we had opted for top service and paid more than 100$ to that! And she didn’t even get him bathed and told us that she did.we gave him at 12: 30 and got him back at 4: 00 PM, and all they did is hair cut which is not 100% completed. I would never visit them again, such a poor customer service.

So a lady named Jenna came out to assist me after about a 20 minute wait well I was on the phone. She told me to hang up she could help me right there. After I told her what I needed she said I'd have to call to get anything I want. So as you can assume I was irritated. I called back just for her to tell me that I can't buy the product I want with Visa or debt it has to be credit card. Now at this point she was trying to tell me to download an app an make an account. NO I DONT WANT TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT ON YOUR APP. I have no interest in downloading your app. I'm no going to jump through these hoops just to buy a leash for my dogs. This is the 3rd time in a row iv been to this location an the staff don't seem to have any idea what there doing.

Pet Smart is definitely NOT on my list of pet stores to shop at. They do not seem to be interested in making things easy for customers to order.

1. Can order over the phone, BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD. Well, not everyone in the world has a credit card!

2. You can order online and pick up at store. However, the store can't give you a time as to when your order would be ready.

3. You can go to the store and knock on the door for service, but you have to pre-order on the Pet Smart app.

And on and on and on. This pet store chain has some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DEFINITELY WILL NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND THOUGHT!

If they don't have it in stock (which is rare) and I order off the website, I receive it within 2 days. Fast and great delivery!

Great customer service. Inconsistent stock options. When you call they wont check to see if they have an item. Check on their website is their response but they dont list some of the stock they actually carry. Real problem if you are travelling a great distance to get to their store and it's not in stock.

Very disappointed. Our first time there for grooming. Was not told we needed to provide rabies vaccine proof. So we weren't able to get our dog groomed. 5 days before Christmas.

Real busy place this time of year, but worth waiting for. Excellent service

My dog loves the place they are friendly and they get a laugh when my dog carries his toy up to the xheck out and gives it to the cashier andcthen carries it out

Good selection but staff is more interested in being a friend than quick service. Selection of tropical fish is marginal.

When caring for a special senior Pomeranian only pet smart knows what I need to help my beloved companion in his twilight years.

The grooming staff here are awesome! My standard poodle can be a handful. He's always treated very kindly here, and comes out looking like a million bucks. His groomer Katie also took the time to point out a lump that she noticed while working with him, which ended up needing removal asap. We're very grateful for her time and care!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They always seem very friendly and also seem to enjoy their job. The dog training there is amazing and I highly recommend it. They also have a great grooming salon. I also love their rewards program.

The groomers are fantastic here and very lovely. I've always had really great service every time I bring my dogs.

Went to replace my budgie that passed away but they did not have any. Or anywhere in Peterborough. Hopefully soon

Not very defined where to line up to pay to ensure physical distancing. It felt clustered waiting for cash.
Many products were out of stock and staff not knowledgeable when items would be back in stock.

Robbyn in the grooming department was fantastic with our kitten. She explained everything that would happen, what we could expected when we picked out kitten up, the length of time it would take and recapped our kitten's experience when we came back to pick her up. I had so hesitation leaving our kitten with her. She was kind, sweet and professional. I will happily go back to her again for our cat's grooming.

Felt safe woth COVID measures.

I lost some money in the store, employee found it, and it was returned to me. Thanks to Laura and the employee who turned the money in. While shopping, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Took our dog there for a bath and brush today. Hannah C was very helpful and did a great job. She recommended an additional package to get out all our dog's shedding an excess hair. It did wonders and i no longer see clumps of hair all over her ready to pull out. I recommend the grooming services of PetSmart highly.

I visited this location last Saturday around 6: 30pm (May 23rd). As I was standing in the check-out line, their was a man arguing with the young woman cashier about not having his dog food in stock. She was very rational, calm, and explanatory in her responses to his irrational logic that it was her fault. She calmly suggested several times solutions to the problem and did not allow the man's verbal abuse to change her level of customer service. I am a waitress and understand how upsetting it can be to have someone yell at you for something out of your control. I still feel guilty for not standing up to the man for her. PLEASE give this young woman a raise and praise for her level of customer service! She deserves to be recognized for handling this situation with true grace and exceptional customer service skills!:)

Great service, ordered online for curbside pickup. Was ready in 30 mins and spent less than 5 mins with the curbside pickup. Very easy.

I would have given if 5 stars if staff was more attentive to customers waiting and they had more variety for certain fish and reptile items. Otherwise I always enjoy this store for its variety of animals other pet stores don't carry.

The store is a pretty awsome place instead of trying to decide guessing what size of things your pet needs you can take them in to try them right on them perfect fit each time no second guessing anymore
