Trainer David A.never showed up for his puppy training classes and after 3rd time we get a refund. Only good thing about here was store staff, they were very helpful.

I’m extremely happy with the service of Grooming provided at PETSMART. Of course it wouldn’t be the case without the groomer for my Dog Lucky. Her name is Riley. She’s the most professional and easiest person to deal with. Now I only select her to take care of Lucky…who seems to have a fondness for her as well! Thanks for the exceptional work Riley and PETSMART for always being welcoming and making the environment in the store so pleasant!

The staff are very polite and courteous. I’m specific, Will and Jessica who both helped me tonight. They were very friendly, helpful and just overall great human beings.

I am definitely not trusting their staff after i saw my dog bleeding!
They cut my dog's nail so short that he bled for 5 days! Not only one nail but three of his nails! It wasn't only my dog, I saw another dog coming out of grooming room and that dog's paw was covered in blood too! I did a huge mistake by taking him to this branch.

My two dogs and I were visiting from out of town. We enjoyed shopping here. The staff are knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you for making us feel welcome, and stocking many treats. Plus, having a washroom and water taps for visitors was great on the very hot day we visited.

Large and well stocked pet store. Store staff are very helpful. Recently had to return some opened pet food as it was the wrong type for my pet and they accepted it no questions asked.

They sell live bugs, food for cats and dogs, toys. The live animals are not kept in good conditions. I've seen dead Betta fish in cups, and lizards tanks way too small for them

Love this PetSmart location. They truly do anything for pets. Compared to other locations the customer service is by far the best. Highly recommend and will return

This store has many of the items you need to prepare your home for your new puppy or kitten. Grooming and training services are available in the store. It is clean, well stocked and plenty of staff were available to help. The have a good selection of fish, tanks and accessories.

Disappointing. Your grooming center seems to be always not available. It's also so difficult to get an appointment. I don't understand why walking are not taken even for a small matter.

I always make my way to this location because the store is clean and the staff are wonderful. During the lock down, they had the orders ready and came to the car with great attitude. Now, I come in, always greeted at the door, always offered help and cashing out is smooth and quick.
I have a pet smart 4 mins away from my house but during the lock down, the experience was unfriendly and rude. So I no longer go to that store.

A lot of items to choose from, from food, snacks, clothing, accessories, toys, Halloween Costumes, everything you can think of. One shop for you dogs or cats.

Visited for the first time and loved how attentive the staff were. They asked on few occasions if we needed help. Store was organized well and clutter free.

First of all, the staff are very helpful and friendly we had great experience.

They have many kinds of animals for adoption like hamsters, geunianpig, fish, lizards and probably more.
And anything else you want from food or toys or cages.

Its the closest store to my house. However im always disappointed that the products that my cat uses is hardly ever on special.

This review is for grooming department. They are terrible and rude, not helpful. Very dirty in grooming room. Poor customer service

Horrible experience never back to this store they keep canceling grooming appointments without letting u know especially during lockdown which u waiting for it for 2 month, never cooperate, service is awfull.

We bought some fish from here about a week ago.
We went back yesterday to exchange one that died from “ick”

We never had ick in our system before we got the fish.

When we went to do the return the sales associated stated they had ick going through their systems right now.

We have about 15-20 dead fish from ick even though we are treating in.

We called in today and the manager said there is nothing he could do meanwhile another manager at another store we typically go to said if this happened in their store, they would give us fish to substitute the issue their tanks caused.

I won’t shop at this location again. One time i shopped at this location and it messed up my tank. Easily over $100 of fish.

The entire staff here is great honestly! The manager is really helpful. I have a 12 week old puppy and wanted information about puppy grooming and she took me to the grooming guys after they’d already closed.

There, Julius, the leader spent 45 minutes with us after closing on a Friday night just informing us about the basics and what all we need to do! I can’t thank Julius enough! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back with Julius soon!

A pet superstore. This store has it all, from toys to food to accessories etc. The prices are very very reasonable, and the selection is great. The store is kept clean, tidy and we'll organized. The staff was very helpful with giving us all the options and explaining things thoroughly. In fact we were made to feel add if we're the only customers around. Awesome store!

Ordered a dog wading pool online sold out elsewhere but it was available at this location. Convenient curbside pickup. Friendly staff.

Always friendly and helpful! Store is always clean and stocked well and they're incredibly knowledgeable. Would go out of my way to go to this specific Petsmart.

I had to get cream for my dogs skin after the groomer used the blade too close to his skin and he had razor burn. When I called the manager to complain she said they had to because his hair was matted but refused to take responsibility for the fact that they left the blade too hot. They’re incompetent at this grooming salon.

Service is great and a stop is very professional. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is a do find that the products are more on the expensive side.

I placed an order and was shocked to receive an email notification in 13 minutes that it was ready for pick up! Excellent fast service.

Convenient Location, Friendly and Efficient with Curb-side Pickup, unlike some other PetSmart’s I’ve been to. On a side note, I don’t know why my credit card payment does not go through when my PayPal payment with the same credit card goes through. If you could fix that, it would be fantastic too.

This store is always well stocked and friendly. I love I can find Canadian company Nutrience there. Not to mention you buy a bag, they donate a bag to shelters in need! They also help out AVA which is a great cat rescue.

Find this store less busy than others. Think most people go to Walmart or Lowes. Service is good, people are nice hete as well.

The staff were friendly and it was easy to find what we were looking for. It was clean there, and I saw no messy shelves when looking around for some aquarium items. I especially liked the atmosphere at the area, it was very quiet and the music wasn't blasting, but it was still there to accompany the silence.

I was disappointed with the conduct of the Team Lead. His name was either Julius or Julian. I’ve been coming to this location with my pet for years and I have never felt treated poorly until yesterday at my grooming appointment. When I arrived I was fretted by the ladies in the grooming salon told them my pet had arrived for her appointment 15 min before the appointment. I was approached by my pets groomer julian or Julius to which I learned was the groomer salon team lead. He walked out and did not make eye contact and I had to say good morning to him twice inorder for me to even been acknowledged, and he did my even look at my pet he was too busy looking at his nails. Pets sense human behaviour and immediately my dog tucked her tail in and did not want to go in, when previously she smiled and kissed staff there. He then told me the grooming procedure would be 1.5 hours. 2 hours later I showed up thinking my pet would be done he told me it would be another hour and he still didn’t do her nails and she is in the blow dryer. Her appointment was for 1130am it’s now 2: 00pm I immediately asked him to remove my pet from the blow dryer and prepare her to leave it’s been long enough. It was not my first time doing this type of appointment and it has never taken 3 hours to do. I made it clear to the female staff member that I was not impressed with his conduct I went off to pay for the service while he was still cutting her nails almost 2.5 hours into the appointment and they must of said something to him as I came back in to get my dog he was being all patronizing and friendly to which was clearly fake. My pet ran so fast out of there which is clear indication of his negative conduct. He is the team lead there and clearly not representing the company or the associates with a friendly warm approach especially with the pets. He never once checked her skin or coat and never gave me a progress report. I encourage the head office or manager of the store to contact me because this type of team leader is not someone that should be a leader or representing this store. Once again not my first time at this store been going there for years and always friendly I have never felt so disappointed and annoyed and frustrated with such conduct.

My girlfriend and I came here to get stuff for her dog. We walk into the store and instantly had a lady walk up to us and ask if we need help with anything. She walked us to the location of the product, answered my girlfriend's questions and I was in complete shock at the service we received by the employee.

I HAVE NEVER in a million years would think to get this kind of service in a store.

Great customer service they helped with a broken fish tank light. It's not the closest one to me but I would rather drive to deal with amazing staff and actually get the help I need. Now my glow fish can glow! Thank you so much!

Bobbie Jo took care of my over dramatic large Labrador Daisy. She was very friendly from the first phone call to the time I checked in. She asked all the right questions and listened when I was telling her about Daisy’s quirkinesses. I knew Daisy would be a challenge and Bobbie Jo was very professional and loving towards my dog. When I picked her up Daisy was happy and looking amazing!

This PetSmart may be small but they make up for it in service! Wow! Been there a few times and I am so impressed with their customer care.

This is my first time visiting this particular Petsmart and found the staff members to be more approachable and super helpful. Leaving the store I felt that in the future I would come to this store again for my future purchases.

Our family had the absolute pleasure of attending your store to do some shopping and we were serviced by Kait the mass majority of our time there. Kait is totally beyond exceptional as she went out of her way in extending herself in such a respectful manner to hear us out in what our queries were and was very knowledgable in guiding us and super hands on throughout our visit to make it all together comfortable - stressfree - at such ease - with a once and done tone of accuracy - so efficient - and just beyond thoroughly informative by delivering further info and followup guidance. Kait has left a engraved lasting impression of such volume in the type of thorough care that she provided as she left us with a core sense of having our expectations exceeded. We value and treasure the work ethics that Kait established during this visit and feel most invited to return for our shopping needs with such confidence and assurance. I'd like to suggest that Kait be considered/used as a prime example of training fellow employees or a higher authoritative role etc.which I feel can be a true asset to your company because of her ability to service customers at such a diplomatic and exceedingly exceptional level. It's not often that consumers are granted such the privilege while conducting business. Please pass on our utter thanks to Kait for a superb job well done, we truly appreciate all the help to service our needs for our new pet.

We had a bad experience and the way the manager handled the situation was poorly executed. The manager at the grooming salon kept making up excuses and the general manager didn't help. I don't recommend anyone to bring their pets there. Poor customer service!

Great service and you can find anything you want for your dog, the people working there give great advices about the stuff they sell.

Manager, Mina, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Raised her voice and would not accept a return (for store credit) of a defective item, despite having receipt and being only a week outside of 60 days. Called PetSmart and they were appalled by her behaviour and returned store credit without question.
Will NEVER return to this location.

My experience with the grooming salon here was awful. The people are condescending and rude. The first puppy trim went well. The second full groom is when I was told my puppy needs training on how to sit still for them and I have to do this. I'm sorry how many puppies do you know are great at sitting still? Isn't that what I'm paying them for? The second groom took 6 hours or more and I was waiting in the pet store for my puppy for the last hour or two. I saw exactly what was happening, the girl working on my puppy got up every two minutes to answer a phone call or to help a walk-in. No wonder this had been taking so long! When I picked up my puppy, her face wasn't touched and she still had the same mats she had gone in with. Again, they told me she's too squirmy and that she'd be better with a more competent groomer! Oh. I didn't know you can't groom puppies. You should probably tell customers that before they leave their puppies with you. The woman was rude and agitated when I picked up my puppy and I was worried how this may have affected her treatment toward my dog. Sure enough, the next groomer asked me if she had a traumatic experience before at a groomers because she's so anxious throughout. And the next groom was done in 2.5 hrs. If you care about the well-being of your dog, I would not take them to Pet Smart to be groomed. It's overpriced and poor quality and service.

Don’t buy aquarium fish in this store. I got massive fish infection after I bought fish in this store.

Staff is NEVER on the floor.the selection is not all that and the merchandise is extremely overpriced!

Went with my daughter to purchase her first fish, I had no clue what I would buy, and the associate greeted me and was very kind & informative. The place is organized and clean. Had a great overall experience.

So I took my sweet 55lbs furbabies for a wash and dry with nail trim. The staff was really sweet and they even gave the girls a bandana when they were clean.
The overall store was neat, well stocked with a good variety. Prices were also reasonable.

Took my daughter here yesterday as we were looking for her to purchase her first pet gecko. During our time there we were greeted by Yakov who spent the time with us both to ensure we were aware of proper gecko care as well as helping us create a terrarium that will optimize maximum comfort for our new pet.

Having owned several pets throughout my life including snakes, lizards, cats and dogs I have never been given the quality of service that we received from Yakov yesterday. His professionalism and true passion for animals is evident. If you are looking for a pet or just have questions, head on over to this store and if you are lucky enough you will deal with Yakov who will ensure your time is well spent here. If you like your beloved animal to have a crooked haircut & enjoy dealing with poor management, you're at the right place. Not sure why this location does not operate like the Woodbridge location- there is a great disconnect between the two.
