Cindy, Renee and staff at the Owen Sound store have been absolutely amazing! Always so helpful, in answering any nutritional questions for our dog and also giving him so much love and pets every single visit!

Well our dog was not going to be part of the decision to have his nails done. Very uncooperative curling up in a ball. Finally he warmed up to a staff member and allowed the procedure, even gave her a kiss when finished! Fantastic patient staff.

Some employees there working are very rude, return the dead fish after 2 days (purchase). Lady give me look and roll her eyes. Wanting to buy more fish but (workers) told me that I can't have that fish. I will bring my business to the different pets store. Wento to other store and amazing customer service

Renée and Gale went above and beyond to help me fix an issue. Not only were they extremely helpful the were kind and happy throughout our multiple conversations, that can be rare these days! I was shockingly pleased with their solution, forever grateful and will be a returning customer. Renée also informed me of the plans to ensure this wouldn’t happen again with some further training, she’s a great manager!

The staff in this store were fabulous! Was my dog's first time venturing into a store, and with her social anxiety, I was worried it may not go well. Staff were quick to listen to the ask of giving her space, and by the time we left, I was in tears watching who had started as a very shy dog become comfortable and clearly enjoying her shopping experience. Excellent staff, great products, highly recommend visiting this location.

The staff were patient and understanding with our anxious dog. They let her approach them and waited until she nosed their hands to pet.

Cheddar Bob loves your products! I was adopted by 2 wonderful people and that was my first Christmas present from a store in Brampton back in 2012. I then moved up to a full size tower which I had to leave behind in July 2021 because of a recent move here on Christmas Eve 2021. I love living in Owen Sound!

Summer C.cancelled at the last minute 2 grooming appointments for our dog. This is very disappointing and if a groomer has limitations and cannot take appointments, it should simply be mentioned on the website.

The customer service in this store is always so friendly, and I always manage to find what I am looking for.

Had my large dog groomed today by Charlene. What a wonderful job. He is clean, fresh and looks fantastic. He is a year old large breed dog and can be quite busy but she completed everything as agreed upon and he is looking great. Will definitely take him to PetSmart every 3 months for grooming!

Very friendly employees. Our dogs aren't big on getting groomed but the staff was able to have them cleaned up in no time.

Friendly, most of what I needed, wasn't asked if I needed anything or if they could help me at all. Had trouble finding what I needed but no one was around to ask for help.

We take our dog Mac there for grooming and Carol is awesome. Mack absolutely loves going for his grooming appointment and he gets little liver snap treats for being such a good boy. Carol does a great honor miniature Schnauzer Mack

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find what I needed recently and zero wait time for an online order pickup I had come in for was impressive, especially being 2 days until Christmas in a busy store.

Pleasant staff, patient and kind. The groomer was extremely thorough and did an amazing job! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly always willing to help out with suggestions and recommendations of products.

Went looking for a calming vest for my golden retriever who doesn't like thunder or fire works.
The staff were very helpful and showed me all the options available.l was very happy with my purchases.
Masks are mandatory on entrance to the store.

They are super nice and if you don't have anogh dog food or cat food they well help you though until you get paid

It was my puppies first time getting groomed! Summer was awesome with him! She did such a great job! Got the FURminator for my fluffy guy & already see a huge difference with the shedding! Definitely will be going back again & recommend All the staff were super friendly & awesome from the moment we got there to when we left!

Went to buy a couple fish and the girl that helped us is an avid "fishie" has several tanks and the ultimate help in our purchase. Loved the experience and knowlage.

We had a wonderful experience today. We were looking for floating dog toys to throw into the lake for my dog to retrieve. They said that at the moment there were sold out of water toys. Disappointed we left the area and went to look for other things and a few minutes later the sales associate found us and said she had gone through the shipment that just arrived and found a couple of floating toys. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to offer assistance in a timely manner.

The small animal section is horrible! The hamster cages are small and they brake backs. I hope pet smart knows that the cages for hamsters can kill hamsters and give them a horrible life. But whatever! I don't see my self ever shopping here again except the prices are not that bad. The selection for small pets is tiny and 80% of the items are really dangerous! Pet smart is the worst!

We went in here with our 3 terriers. They all had a great time sniffing all the treats on the bottom shelves. We buy their vet approved canned food here because it's the best price around. And yes we ended up buying a huge bag of punkin cookies for 50% off.woof wooof!

Amazing help! With covid 19 I wasn't sure if the store would be open and if I could go in or not. It was already made easy with ordering online and picking up within minutes but 1 employee made it very simple and came out while still maintaining distance and helped us get some puppy toys that were perfect for our new addition. She also took the time to educate us even with how busy it was with pick up orders. I will continue to shop here even though it's a longer drive for me. It was well worth it!

Been having issues with one of our kittens (5 months), vet was unsure what is going on and said this far its a "mystery", "sold" us some Royal Canin food which made everything so much WORSE.vomiting bile and worst bowls ever. Long story short and over $350 (two visits) dollars later we were no further ahead and had ZERO ANSWERS.

This time I went and seen Renee at PetSmart Owen Sound. Wow. First off thank you soooo much for showing that you care and showing me the differences between foods, speaking of potential allergies and guiding me the right way. After using the E-Z Rest product with my hi anxiety kitty, within 24 hours she is literally calmer and not freaking out the way she was. We are trying to pin point a potential allergy and have got rid of any poultry product.and AVOIDING CORN AND GRAINS. They received the food well and like it.

If that is not enough with Renee for helping us feel more at ease about our kitty she also asked for us to stop in and give her a follow up.

I was in the Owen Sound PetSmart on Nov. 30th/19. It was incredibly busy! There was a glitch with my on-line pick up in store order, because of the high customer traffic. I do not blame the staff. Any staff I saw as I was waiting were doing what they could to keep up. They did their best to fix the problem and were terrific. Thank you to the staff and store leader. I love the products I bought yesterday. They were worth waiting for.

It was awesome brought our new puppy in and got what we needed. Our store has expanded recently so greater selection. The girls working were great!

Hard to find an employee to assist, except for at the grooming desk. The girl who did assist me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Unprofessional waited around 20 minutes to get my dogs nails clipped was turned away because they didn’t feel like doing it no other dogs were being groomed.

Can never find a ball for my small dog and she loves them they have large and medium but dont carry the small ones anymore. Other than that great variety and friendly staff

I had picked up a product for our dog that I thought was correct. It was expensive but necessary. At the til the lady noticed it wasn't the correct product (from our previous conversation). She helped me choose the correct one. Saved me a lot of money and trouble because it wasn't something that could be returned!

Possibly the smallest Pet Smart I've been to. However, it does have almost everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. The selection of pet food and supplies was limited. However, staff did direct to the website. The location of the check out allowed staff to welcome customers to the store, which is good. Allowing you uto quickly ask where something is.

Best store ever. The staff is amazing especially the 2 ladies I had last night. They even carried the heavy bag of dog food out for me. Even though they were about to close they never ever rushed me or made me feel bad for my questions, they took their time answering and helping me despite closing. Clean store and awesome prices.
