I bring my dog here for training and I must say the trainer Tatiana is AMAZING. I have a rescue who was scared of everything and her help and support has made a huge of a difference, he is a completely new dog now. My dog loves coming here and gets so excited when I tell him we are leaving to see Tatiana. Thank you Tatiana for everything! With gratitude - Max's mom

My recent visit to this location was a delightful experience. The store was clean, well organized, and stocked with a wide variety of pet supplies. The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding the perfect items for my furry friend. It's evident they genuinely care about pets and their owners. I left with everything I needed and a smile on my face, knowing my pet's well being is in good hands.

I watched one of the employees remove two budgies from their enclosures with a small net and then grab them by their tails to get them out. They were frantically flying around the enclosure.

As a bird owner, that is absolutely not how they should be handled. Birds can die from high amounts of stress. If someone doesn’t know how to handle the animals, they should not have applied for that position at a pet store, nor should they have been hired.

I told the cashier that the way the employee handled the birds was a bit aggressive, and he said he would let them know. Later, when he cashed out my friends (who he didn’t know I was with), he called me a tree hugger.

I will not be returning to this location.

Was told that the cashier “appreciates that we are leaving” and to “come a little bit earlier next time” after I finished checking out at 8: 57 p.m.

"Beginners Training" was held by Tatiana at the Lawrence Square Mall made the class informative and fun. My dog is 1 year old and now understands basic commands that we couldn't figure out, correction takes time but we have a good foundation to continue correcting so we don't have more damaged shoes, sofas and more at home! We understand better some behaviours and we also saw how other dogs improved as weeks passed by. I totally recommend Tatiana's classes and will continue with the next level.

Don’t come here. They have bad customer service. I brought my dog here last week and after that my dog is always itching and like he got traumatized.

I just went to this petsmart and met a lovely cashier I believe named Kevin and his coworker Brittney (if that’s how it’s spelt), and they were so wonderful. Such warm individuals in my 2 minutes of exchanging a burnt out lightbulb. Thank you to them. It’s truly so rare to find lovely people like them. Cheers.

Absolutely terrible service.if I can put a negative 10, I would do it. In April, my Yorkie was getting a haircut by some new girl. When I picked up my dog, I almost bursted into tears. Not only did she cut him very short, she also cut his paw. Before that he was cut by Elisa very nice girl. I had an appointment for July, which I had been waiting for more than a month. When I arrived, they told me that I should reschedule the appointment, or they could take him, but it would take 4-5 hours. Seriously? Why would it take that long to groom a small dog 4-5 hours? I said I can't, I have to go to work. I went to the manager, said that this is not acceptable, to wait more than a month and didn’t receive a service. I told him that the girl who called herself a “manager” rude and I don't trust her with my dog. Now I got blacklisted) Is this after I was denied a service that I had been waiting for more than a month? I won't recommend anyone to go there.

I love pet smart. Not only because it has every thing I need with the greatest veriaty of cat foods and other stuff. But Kevin is one of the nicest people I've ever seen. He enjoy what he is doing. He is experienced, he is nice, he is super friendly I can't say enough about him he is awsome

Good selection of fish tank filters and parts. Although it's a smaller box store compared to other Pet Smart stores, it was well stocked, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Carmen is the only groomer my dog will trust for his spa day! I’ve trusted her with my special needs dog Hershey for over 9 years and followed her from her previous location. Would absolutely recommend!

All the staff are very nice here but during a rush the lineups can get pretty long, upwards of 10 minutes in the worst case. Pretty sizable selection of animals and pet products relative to other locations in the area.

Traffic outside at the intersection of Lawrence and Marlee along with the turn onto and off the Allen Expressway can add extra time to your outing. Ironically there is almost always somewhere close to park so at least you don't have to walk far.

The gentleman at the checkout wearing a toque made it well worth the journey.very positive and upbeat with everyone he was cashing out.thank you.you made my day

I normally don't like big box stores, but these guys have a pet food return policy, that changed my mind.

I have a German shepherd, and I have been going to this store since I got him at 6 weeks. He's now 3 years old. The best staff there is David. He is a kind, helpful, caring gentleman. Once he's there, I live very happily. In my opinion the rest of the staff needs a bit more patience and empathy. Prices can be expensive if things are not on sale.

David helped us at the fish section. He was very knowledgeable and also super nice. Kevin at the front was also so friendly. We told them both they were wonderful people and excellent help! Every where should have staff just like them

I have never had a more pleasant petsmart experience than I did at this store. David (the manager) is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and helpful. 14/10 would recommend this store above other locations. This store carries a great selection of items compared to other locations. I find that there is a lot of variety in their inventory.

I brought my ten month old puppy in for a grooming. I told the groomer exactly what I wanted. My dog was matted and we decided on the body but to leave the face long and feet. I spent a long time telling her what I wanted. No other dog was in line. After a long 4 hour wait I came back, she was still cutting my dogs hair. He was starving and tired and BALD. His feet were bald and body and head had a horrible style. I will never go back there again. Im mortified. And she is obviously incompetent if it takes over 4 hours to cut a 15 pound dog!

Great pet store, needs a little more staff, that day. Prices are a little high as well. Found proper food for my dog and toys.

Horrible experience, the girl Rabella did this to my dog. I am extremely upset. This is not acceptable. I am taking him to the vet. I will be contacting the head office. I am disgusted. 1st and last time going there. Please dont take your dog here.

For 12 years I always took my dogs to the best pet shops I knew, but for the first time something revolting happened! Yesterday when I picked up my dog ​​"CIZZA" I soon realized that she was very nervous, I asked them to leave the hair on her head long and they tied it so tightly that you could see her eyes pulled back and as if they were bulging. When I removed the elastic, I noticed that there was a lot of plucking hair. But the worst was not that, she came without a nail! Her nail was ripped off! Now I'm give her on antibiotics and the poor animal that must have suffered a lot of pain is lying down, sad and didn't want to eat anything today. The other dog also had her nail nerve cut, named "BRANCA" So if you really already have someone you trust in this place to groom your dog, great! But if it's for the first time, make sure the person is a good professional not to cheat your dog.

I went to this location to get a fish which get along with my beta but I came home with a dozen of fish. Lady in fish department (a Russian background) was so nice, calm and passionate about all curious quarry. And also the cashier was super cool dude. Unfortunately I forgot to ask their names… but I recommend this location. Huge parking close to highway and also great pick for commuters who ride TTC that’s just across the street…

This Petsmart was VERY terrible at handling my pups anxiety. They also did not inform me that they were keeping him for an extended amount of time. Overall, customer service for myself and my dog were extremely disappointing.

Shout out to the staff at this PetSmart on the closing shift Monday June 7th 2021 who dealt with a highly obnoxious customer (me) with grace and aplomb. I thought I could just call in my order and pay at the door (I could not) so I placed an online order and within 5 minutes of placing the order I called to see if my order was ready. They had the order ready for pick up within 15 minutes and although I completely deserved it were not short or rude with me at all. I have shopped this particular store once before looking for reptile products for a newly acquired Gecko and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend shopping here. Lawrence Square is definitely my new home store

Staff named Tyler is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He should not be facing the customers otherwise the reputation of the company will be impacted.

Today, they lost me as their long time customer. Two times in a row now - they made me a grooming appointment for my pet, and on the day - said they don’t have it on the books.

Either the technology they use is hopeless, or the staff. Regardless, not going back again for pet food or grooming.

I love the customer service of grooming because they are efficient, very kind with the dog, and fast. I am a loyal customer because they conquer my trust. I highly recommend that service!

I find the staff here very passionate and helpful everytime I go in for my dog and aquatic needs. Not the biggest store, so they are limited on selection but there is a fair share of just about everything.

I had a great experience last evening, the male cashier was cheerful, helpful and very friendly. I was treated like a client, keep up the great work Petsmart.

I always get my dog a new toy for Christmas and grab it from this PetSmart. The employees are kind and helpful; and the toys aren't too expensive. I also get dog food from this location occasionally. I am satisfied.

It's on the far east corner of the Lawrence Allen Centre. I wasn't able to find everything I was looking for. Cash out only had one person working and they stepped away leaving nobody to handle cash. Five minutes waiting later a staff member came by and cashed me out.

Fast notification that online order was ready. Friendly and quick service when we got to store. Laird store took hours only to cancel order.

Went in to buy a starter fish tank for my 11 year old daughter. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter is very happy with her new fish!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, eager to help. They have pretty much everything pet related with decent selection including live fish and small animals for sale. Wide aisles. Curbside pickup available. Clean bathrooms.

The location is a little smaller than most petsmart I've been in but the staff was very friendly and I was able to get exactly what I needed without any trouble. Like other petsmarts, it's one of the only places in Toronto really that seems to carry food and supplies specifically for snakes and other reptiles, so it's kind of a must for me, as most normal pet stores here don't have what I need for my pet.

I took my best friends puppy there for a spa treatment and I absolutely had a blast with the staff! They took pics on their iPad. Sent it to my email instantly and my bestfriends puppy was loved and relaxed. When I went to look for the store manager I was surprised to see that she was on the floor helping clients just like her team! The salon staff was amazing and I would definitely go back. I recommend this location for everyone’s pet needs!

I'm an regular customer for this pets mart. Their grooming service is great, and it is very well equipped store. However, i had bad experience today at the store. The store was officially closed because of the Covid, only people allowed inside store was for grooming clients and few employees. One of the employee came out from the back and start talking to my cashier without mask right in front of me. It was very uncomfortable experience since we are under lock down.

Large selection of everyday pet supplies. Mostly large name brands and bulk. Not sure about the livestock quality as I tend to purchase elsewhere in that front. But good deals on starter kit aquariums.

I actually really like this PetSmart the manager is really good she keeps on top of everything and knows her stuff. The groomers are professional and decent.

It had everything I needed for my new baby bearded dragon. Would recommend this place for all your live food needs.

I visited here recently as I'm looking to purchase a new and bigger fishtank. The staff were super helpful and polite. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person cashing me out but absolutely amazing customer service!

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with David! As new dog owners, we wanted to make sure we were setting up our dog for success. David went above and beyond to educate us as new dog owners, provided us with advice, and took his time to answer all our questions. I cant say enough about how much we appreciated David's service!

5 boxes of cat litter were already in the shopping cart ready for pick up for my online order, I just have to roll it out to my car ; customer rep is friendly & cheerful, talks to each & every customer in regards to their needs, definitely the store to return to for my pet’s needs!

This time I was a bit disappointed. I ordered god food online on saturday, I use app, inform shop I am here. After 10 mins of waiting I entered the store and waiting again in the line. There was only one sales who try to help to all of us. I am not sure why management is so bad in planning.
