Staff are polite and helpful. However some areas of stock are extremely disorganized, unlabeled or just plain empty. Even at store opening.

Awesome grooming service from a very pleasant young lady, who took the time to trim Hunters nails correctly. I was a walk in, but am a regular customer. The staff throughout the store are friendly and knowledgeable! The prices need to come down, inflation is killing us! Also, the loyalty program needs to improve. It takes far to long too accumulate points. More points equates to more customer purchases.

This is for the staff in the grooming salon! They always even in covid times were able to take my dog for a nail grind despite needing an appointment (during the pandemic). It was hard to commit to an appointment with their hours and a baby. So whenever I could make it they would squeeze our dog in. It is helpful that she’s super easy and they always compliment that!

Great staff, easy to get around, only downfall is small pet holiday products or clothes are always out.

I have been coming to the store for a very long time whereas I know the manager face to face we say hello and today one of his lower staff members denied me of purchasing raw dog food when I arrived Sunday at 6: 00 p.m. On the DOT and the doors are locked and she says she closed the cash. Well online it says they're open till 7: 00 p.m. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with your Sunday staff customer service skills!

Its a really nice store, everyone is friendly and so help full, the store its so clean and organized and all the animal's are well take care of, love coming here.

I've had my fish for a day and he's got fin rot so bad you can see pieces of it hanging off. I don't know what they think is acceptable care but obviously they missed the mark. Please please please do your own extensive research and be careful

Our dog Clyde loves coming for his grooming services at this PetSmart location. The staff are wonderfully friendly and warm towards owners and our pets. The report cards that they provide at the end of each grooming service is a neat touch and our family often shops at this location for all of our pet supplies also

It happened last night August 10th, around 845pm after my dog training class. There was this worker at Pet Smart being so rude. Right when we walked past her, she gave us a weird negative vibe. I'm waiting for my turn to pay for a private class to the cashier. She was so rude to her coworker, I’m pretty sure her coworker didn’t know how to do the private class transaction, so he asked for help from the rude worker and she started grunting and not showing her coworker how to do the transaction properly. We felt so bad since the coworker looked so nervous and embarrassed that he didn’t know how to do it, and the rude worker didn’t teach him properly. After our transaction, we went outside and the rude worker came out to lock the doors, then she shouts “HEY! YOUR DOG’S UNLEASHED! ” her scream scared my daughter and my dog. But when she realized the owner of the unleashed dog is not mine and the owner of the dogwas a white men she said “Okay, sorry” to the other owner and suddenly calm down. I felt judge by race since I'm a asian. Later after that, she began smoking outside and talking to some people, these people had a dog, so my dog was barking at the dog to play and for obvious reason my dog is in training that's why we are attending classes. I'm trying to order an uber for us to have a ride then suddenly, the rude worker looks at my dog straight in the eyes and rudely says “These animals, HEY CAN YOU QUIET DOWN!? ”. This startled my dog, so when went on a little walk around the corner. She has traumatized my daughter and my dog. The amount of times she was being racist, rude and disrespectful to me, my daughter and my dog is unacceptable.

On a positive note, the trainer, Erryn, was so nice, knowledgeable and patient with all the dogs. I'm learning a lot from her since I'm a nee fur mom.

Honestly, I dont feel like coming back but I did registered for a training already and I'm afraid that changing trainor will affect my dog. I'm just hoping that we will not experience the same thing again.

Grooming states walk-in accepted, however they have limited ability to groom cats. That should, perhaps be stated. The rest of the store is quite adequate with friendly, capable staff.

I went in this Petsmart to buy fish food for a fish that I somehow ended up with (from previous tenants that left without him/her behind)
I know nothing about Angelfish except they have to eat and have a fairly clean tank.
The sales girl Chirstine (I think her name was) was very knowledgeable about not only about my Angelfish but about all kinds of different fish.
Like which species can be in the same tank with who.
Tank size requirements for different species. Food recommendations and proper cleaning products and techniques.
My Angelfish "Blessed" (thats her/his name) is gobbling up her food with wide eyes and seems to be happier now.

I really enjoy going to the store the people there friendly it's clean everything I need is always there for my animals I've been going there since the store has opened and I'm going to continue to go there because it is really good spot and a good location close to my house I don't have to go too far thank you again

I have only seen staff this dedicated in Japan. The staff is beyond nice and helpful.
I love shopping in the store.
There online option allows me to buy everything online and my wife and I just pick it up, all ready packed.
The only thing noticable is the stock. Considering the time we are it's okay but still Room for improvement.restocking of product is moderate usually 3-4 days it's on the shelf for sale if sold out.
In overall is one of my favorite places to shop at for my american bulldog Lexie.

Had a terrible experience. Went to get my dog’s nails trimmed. Can’t make an appointment for this—walk in only. So I arrive at 630 and the salon sign says closes at 7. Ok, but no one was there and the door was unlocked. Stood in line to ask a cashier about the salon wondering if the groomers were on break? Was abruptly and rudely told they closed at 5. I said, oh, the sign says 7? The cashier literally shrugged at me like “not my problem” and like I was crazy for even bringing it up. How hard is it to put up a temporary sign or update the website? I was really upset by this and then the woman behind her who appeared to be the manager explained that they were understaffed. Totally reasonable explanation but that cashier did not need to be so blatantly rude. Also how does the manager not care that her employee was providing zero customer service and being rude to boot? I won’t be coming back here.

They don't have Beko or Bully sticks other then that it's a great place to shop and bring your pet in for some training with distractions

Excellent Salon & well equipped. Super friendly Staff, your pets can expect love, care and gentle handling while being groomed. Deanne, the leader of the saloon is very knowledgeable and handled my two kittens with utmost care. Would love to go back again

I am always happy with the grooming of my Schnoodle with Deanne. Very caring staff so I know my pet is in good hands. The store also has a great variety of food, treats, clothes and anything else your pet desires and needs.

This is Paco, I bought him from petsmart 3 years ago, healthy and filled with life. The quality of service as this establishment was fantastic. Everyone in there loved animals and was willing to help with any questions I may have had in regards to Paco or any future animal I was going to get.

I come here for everything.

We have been going to this petsmart since my dog was a little puppy. A few days back we went to get a fish the girl there stood there while we were waiting then comes and asks if we needed help we then told her the fish we wanted she asked the size tank and we told her we have multiple then was like no we explained to her we can put it in one of our bigger tanks she said no then we asked about the goldfish she said they need 100gallon tank per goldfish, and told us no she wasn't even nice about it.she then went to say the tank size of all the combined tanks there is 3000 gallons and the filter is better then a home one, i would really hope so with all the dead fish and algae thats in the tanks with the live fish. Its like its her personal collection or she was too lazy to bag them up for them to be cared for better then the conditions they are in there at the store. Theres other pet stores and honestly wouldn't waste your time on this one.

Was there today without a mask and the old lady that works there was so angry and treated me like some criminal, and told my kids to back away from the cash register cause she felt unprotected but was wearing a mask and had that plastic shield to protect her. I dont know what this world has come to. Pathetic! Won't go back there again that's for sure

This is a pretty nice Petsmart. All pet related stuff to food, accessories, grooming, adoptions & animal purchases. I bring my pet here bc she enjoys the walk and gets her services done. Staff are animal people so they help out if need be.

I always love coming to Petsmart for my grooming. The workers really connect with my dogs and give them affection to help make their experience smoother. Typically, if you ask for a certain style they usually deliver. Only once I’ve received a cut I didn’t like as much, but they rectified the concern as best as they could which I appreciated. I’d recommend to friends

Great service. Never full or any lines. Price match is available. Love they take phone number instead of a card for loyalty program. Don't have Stella and Chewy yet.

I think this pet store is the bigger ones in the area and it would've received a 5 star review. But I had an employee scream across the store "6ft 6ft 6ft" with no indication that they were speaking to me only looking in my direction. I then had to say "excuse me, are you speaking to me (and gestured to the people behind) turns out it was me they were speaking to but only restated 6ft. I then questioned why they kept mentioning 6ft and under what context they were screaming across the store floor. Was not professional by any means!

This was our first in-store visit. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Our little girl, Cali, loved her new Authority cat food!

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Petsmart for my canine family, who are so very dear to my heart. During the pandemic Petsmart accepts all your online orders and will alert you by email when ready for pickup. Once you arrive at the store, all that you purchased will be delivered right to your car.

I am so impressed with Petsmart! I answered a survey about my last visit and received a personal email from the 'store leader', thanking me personally!

Recently adopted our beagle and was looking for trainers for my family. Veronica was so helpful over the phone and offered my family private classes weekly. We have learned so much from her and involves each family member in her training. I will only refer her to friends and family. This is my go to store.

Our first grooming experience at PetSmart Port Credit was AMAZING. Jess is so friendly, and for Odin it was love at first sight! He instantly gravitated to her positive, yet calm energy like they were long lost friends and that's so important to us as puppy parents. Aside from the pleasant interaction, the groom was nothing short of fabulous. We couldn't be happier with it! Jess has lots of experience with doodles. We're so impressed. Odin will be back!

We have been getting our Puppy- Jingle trained here by Veronica and she is just Amazing! We have been following her instructions and practicing at home and we are seeing a lot of improvements. She is a great dog trainer and a wonderful person. She also helped us to select the right training harness for leash walking.

Manager on Sunday would not Honor my treat trail coupon because it was expired from when Ontario had their lockdown. However petsmart at the Queen location honored my coupon. The manager here definately takes her role to seriously. Probably has no pets.

Nice people who work there. Fast and efficient during C19 pick up. This store always has most of my pet needs in stock. Parking lot not too crowded, great location.

Most the staff here are amazing, helpful, and friendly. I have had a few that could care less when I have asked for help with curbside pickup and how to order some of live reptile food.but then I have had some go above and beyond to help me and I mean that's them standing out in a wind storm freezing in a T-shirt.so I guess the good out ways the bad. The store is very organized and clean and most of the time they have great sales going on.

Absolutely amazing PetSmart location. I have adopted two beautiful, amazing and lovely kittens from them. The staff are perfectly crommulent and so friendly. They offer all pet related items and accessories you can think of, and then some! I bought an absolut unit of a cat tree for my 3 kittens and they have such a great time with it. I will always go to PetSmart for all my pet needs.

Nightmare curb side pick up. Waited 15 minutes. Rude staff said “ don’t tell me how to do my job” when trying to ask if we should show her Inoice number or order number. Kept us waiting probably on purpose. How hard is it to find 1 huge bag off food. Why aren't you open for regular shopping like other pet stores? Too bad your are the only one that had the specific bag of food we needed otherwise would never shop there.

Took my little guy to get groomed for the first time and Jess all the way! She was awesome super professional and did a great job that made the pricey cost feel worth it in the end. My pup is usually quite fidgety and sensitive around certain areas and I was worried he would give her some trouble but nope. They handle with care and you can tell they love what they do.

Took Our mascot Diablo for a nail clipping. Amazing job! They have a great check in and pick up process (app and text messaging). Will be back!

Went to buy an algea eater for my 3 gallon aquarium and was refused saying the tank is to small. Didn't ask me what other fish or how many I had now. Just flat out would not sell it to me. Was not impressed with the service or her explanation of "tank to small". I have adopted two cats and by all my needs from there. Never been questioned about the ability to look after these cats. So stupid.

Petsmart is the bomb. They are always there to greet you with a smile, sadly I can't see their smiling faces due to the COVID-19 BREAK OUT. They always greet my German Shepherd Opal and always offer her a treat. Keep smiling Petsmart Mississauga Lakeshore location!

Like most others, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are also accommodating to a walk in nail trim. Prices can be steep for some stuff but there are always great deals littered throughout the store
