Purchased a hot spring spa a few years ago. Had a recent issue with the heater. Dave managed to figure out the issue. Fahim was amazing as well. Quick fix and everything is running smoothly.

Poor customer service from the start. First Endless pool recsport gave me Gerald pinto number in Burlington location. Got a rep there who referred me back to Woodbridge location. Called Woodbridge location and they stayed their salesperson Dave is in Brampton.got transferred to Sunny Brampton.got.voice-mail.company seems disorganized and not interested in helping.very disorganized and waste of time.ended up dealing with another company

Huge collection of pool supplies, but it is hard to find the price for the items on display (else this place deserves 5star rating), and you need staff's assistance to find the price for most of the items. So far, my experience is good, and their pricing is on par/competitive with the best available price among other pool shops or Amazon.
