Owner is rude and condescending. Treats customers like they were children and treats her own staff very poorly. I will not be coming back to this dump.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this great company. I have been the proud owner of an in-ground pool for the last 30 years. I have gone through my share of pool supply company.
But none of them compare to the integrity of this family owned business. The service is not only outstanding but more like fantastic. I have been in the store when they have had difficult clients to deal with. They were very patient and kind. Their knowledge base around issues of running and maintaining a pool is appreciated. They always know what questions to ask to get to the solution.
I find their prices are fair, competitive with the others and often times a bit better.

Franka, Julie and the rest of the crew, you guys are the best. Thank you for contributing to my enjoyment of swimming.

I found Pool Supply Center by accident and I can only say the best things about this store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are always happy to help. Customer service is beyond amazing! They really have patience to listen to your pool problems and needs.
Perfect place for chemicals, water testing, accessories or just getting to know how to maintain your pool.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone who has a pool.

I have been dealing with this place for almost 10 years now. I'm just sorry I had not found them 20 years ago. I will not go anywhere else. I incurred a leak in my pool a few years ago during the late fall. These guys came out and found the puncture and repaired it. It was late fall, cold and it took him well over an hour to fix it. I'll never forget as this was not an easy task at that time of year.
I have several pool places around where I live, but I would rather drive the distance and go to Brown's line. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to many people without any hesitation.
