I had requested a quote to transport from Winnipeg to Calgary. I received a response in a matter of minutes. I was booked & scheduled to go within the hour of requesting a quote.
I had my vehicle picked-up at a specified location in Winnipeg.
Fast forward a few days, I receive a call from their dispatching team that the vehicle is arriving
soon
I arrived at the specified location for pick-up. In Calgary. Vehicle delivered.
Had an opportunity to chat with their driver, super friendly & informative.
The entire staff is super friendly. Very pleasant to speak with all the representatives. It's refreshing to see such friendly & reliant service.

We shipped our vehicle from Winnipeg to Vancouver. Vehicle arrived in good condition and in 4 days. Way sooner than expected. Price was also fair and cheaper than other places. Fleet Dispatcher Vladimir responded on time and communicatiom was very clear. Very happy with the service.

I prefer to give no star, but unfortunately I cannot.

I have not seen such an unprofessional car Carriers company in my whole my life ever.
The company full of untruthful people, they lied to me all the time.
They call me and inform me that my car will be shipped right away on the first of September if I bring it quickly, so I brought it immediately to their office in a hurry.

At the office they told me a different story, and said that it will be shipped within 3 weeks.
When I called them during the 3rd week, they answered me in a bad way and told me a new and different story. They said
(You will receive your car after 3 weeks). So they have no timeframe anymore (after means no time period).

They are big liers and aren’t trustworthy at all.

Not only is this company unprofessional, it’s also expensive (the shipping cost me approximately 1700$). And because of them,
I paid 1800$ extra to rent a car in my new city, because of their lies.

A friend of mine chooses to safe the money and time by choosing other professional company which delivers his car within 4 days (he sent it last Tuesday and he got it last Friday) and to his home and he didn’t need to go to Edmonton or Calgary to pick it up.

The point is that they will never deliver the car to your place, but they will delivered to their yard which is far away from my new place (about 1.5hours).

Finally, I recommend you to choose the right company or to drive your car and don’t depend on this company. It’s unreliable company.

We shipped our car from Toronto to Calgary and had a great experience with PCC. The dispatch manager (Vladimir) is very quick to respond to emails and overall communication is very good. I would recommend PCC for you car relocation needs.

Terrible service. While my vehicle was in their care, they illegally parked it road side for over a week, which resulted in two parking tickets totalling $160. Both tickets fell within the date range that my vehicle was in their custody. They refused to take responsibility for the tickets and denied that their truck driver parked there. They claimed it was impossible because the vehicle was already shipped out of province on a truck, but they were not able to produce any documentation of when the vehicle was shipped. They do not have a way to track the vehicles current location. The vehicle was delivered to destination late with no notice of arrival. I had to call multiple times to check the status and each time they told me it will be there in a few days or that they were not aware of the current location of my vehicle. There was no truck driver or company representative present on the delivery date to ensure proper hand over of the vehicle or allow me to inspect the vehicle for damages, they simply left it with a dealership. I cannot even be sure that it was shipped on a truck and not driven to the destination. The Concord manager is rude and disregards any concerns you may have with shipping your vehicle such as the chance of an accident, loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle and insurance to cover damages. These are reasonable concerns that a driver would have regarding a vehicle worth thousands of dollars. They insist that they have the omniscience to predict that no unanticipated event could occur beyond their control.

TLDR: 2 parking tickets ($160) while vehicle in their custody, rude manager disregards concerns, late delivery, improper hand over and inspection of vehicle, no delivery notice, no truck or person present at destination.

They lost the original key during my car shipping, and gave me a replacement instead. The worst part is that they never let me know, they even reprogram the car with the replacement key, and the other original key stopped working.

After calling them, they say it's not their fault, they keep saying they gave me the original key. Their staff is really rude, specially Arthur and Vladimir. Arthur said I had to go to a Dealership to get my key fixed and then hung up. I did it and they confirmed PCC gave me another key, not the original one, and reprogram them.

It's been weeks since I last call the, to see if they're taking responsibility and at least pay for the cost of fixing the original key, but I have't received any calls yet.

I've recently shipped two vehicles with this company (Winnipeg-Toronto, Sudbury-Winnipeg). No issues at all! I'm going to use them again as price and service are awesome!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff working at the Vaughan Ontario branch of PCC for the more than efficient service which they gave me when I called in to get a quotation to ship my Dodge Ram Truck I purchased in Toronto to me in Winnipeg.
I was clearly explained all the options I had in getting my vehicle moved, I went with the door to door option in the end and my new vehicle was collected in Toronto and delivered to my house in Winnipeg.
It makes a huge difference when the staff are polite and they definitely in my opinion are well trained in the product they are offering.
Well done to the staff at the Ontario branch of PCC.
