I've been dealing with Relax Pools for almost 2 years and had many services done through them, including a new liner, a new safety cover, a new filter, new pump, opening/closing and other pool supplies, and they've always been great to work with. Their staff, especially their field staff, are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Relax for years due to proximity. Customer service is non existent and prices are extremely high (compared to other pool stores and online options). It wouldn’t hurt for the staff to smile or be friendly once in a while.

Dealt with Eugene and his fabulous team for our backyard Reno / pool install and we are so happy we chose Relax pools for the job. Did what he said he was going to do and now we are left with our little slice of paradise to enjoy as a family. We still use Relax pools for all of our pool chemicals, opening and closures each season. Truly a rare find dealing with such professional people. Wishing you all the best.
