Ren's Pets

They are close to my house and they carry the food my bestest buddy eats. Always nice and friendly. I bring my buddy in with me and she gets a weight check on the scale when we get food. Alot of selection and the layout is not overwhelming at all.

I am always greeted by a friendly employee and love the variety of products they have. What I really like is they pay attention to expiry dates and will give a discount on products that are to expire in three months time. Helpful when you have a cat who eats a bag a month. Worth checking out!

Looking for a new brand of dog food as our new dog has allergies. The staff assisted us with all the items we ended up purchasing. Loads of selection, clean store, friendly staff.

There were 3 staff, young adults at the cash Last Saturday. Could not get them to come and assist. Too busy on cell phones. Think I will take my business elsewhere. Did not make a purchase.

I had the most amazing experience shopping for cat food thanks to the knowledge and customer service from mackenzie and devin. Both were so helpful they actually helped me pick a food that my cat actually liked at a great price point!

I wanted to take the time this evening to thank Emma and Nikita from your Hannon location (2120 Rymal Road, E. Hannon). I had an issue with my cat's "Catit Water Fountain". Emma and Nikita were very helpful in advising how I could process a return for this item. I did not have a receipt for my purchase and I was not quite sure when I bought the item. Emma happily pulled up my account and quickly retrieved my receipt from last September. They helped me to return the fountain in exchange for a new one.
I really appreciated the time they both took to ensure that I was a happy customer. Emma and Nikita provided excellent customer service and they went above my expectations. I hope there is some way that they can be recognized for their wonderful work.

Always friendly and have a decent variety of stuff. Also the buy some get one free pet food program is awesome!

I took my puppy Sadie here to have her picture taken with Sadie. The Ren's Pets staff were so incredibly kind and very excited to see Sadie. Sales on items were amazing and I was able to get lots of new collars and treats.

I can usually find what I am looking for here and have always experienced friendly customer services.

Nice location, friendly & helpful staff! My puppy loves coming here and even just walking around because it's less chaotic than some other pet stores, so she's not frightened. You can find great sales here too!

I usually go 200m up the street to bone and biscuit but tried Ren's today. It's safe to say after this bad experience with a super rude staff member, I won't be returning. Oct 2, just after noon, orange sweatshirt (if anyone cares to hold them accountable).
