Excellent selection. The staff are very helpful. I recommend it here. They also have a points program in place.

Buying a lot here (mostly online pickups)
Came to return an online order and they didn't accept it without Physical Receipt!
In 2023 when the whole world is going paperless, digital email was not enough
They need physical print!

Great location to get great products carried by Ren’s Pets. The usual staff I interact with are very friendly and helpful. Often they will point out what promotions they have while shopping. The really great staff will point out alternatives on sale or even just recommend some products based on your purchases. This is our go to pet store.

Shame on your corporation! Opening right next door to an independent that worked so hard to put food on their table.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Higher end, more boutique store like a Pet Value or Global, Canadian products supported and offered here. A lot of grooming/pet industry items also, more than other places. Pet supplies for many pets, not just dogs and cats but doesnt specialize in reptile and aquarium pets in Aurora. Doesn't sell any pets, has an extensive raw/frozen food section. Online ordering and shipping is great, not offered by Global or Pet Value, with frequent purchase program

Was awful, management was rude after asking for small pet things. Stood at the cash wanting to buy something and lady walked away to the back of the store. Garage store. Recommend pet smart better prices and better store services

Excellent selection and really helpful employees. Only complaint is their e-commerce. I placed a few orders online and found that roughly 50% of the time items on my order were not in stock when the website said the item was.

I love coming to this store. I bring my kitty Pepper in the staff are so amazing and very helpful. Been working on finding a food plan for both my cats and their advice has been awesome! As well Pepper loves coming in and exploring.

Great Pet Store, but they need more of the Snappy Tom Cat Foods. Only 1 pouch, and a few. 85g tins. Please stock your shelves, as they were empty today.

After twice going here, I finally brought my dog for a "fitting" of a harness. Great young lady helped me fit it on him as I held my dog

The variety of products and the helpful staff were excellent. The prices seem a little high to me, but they do price match and the staff even called Global Pet to do a price match for me.

I love Rens Pets! This location conveniently stocks Ziwi peak cat food (my little girl loves the beef small batch dry food and lamb & mackerel wet food) and a good variety of other foods.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose the best dog food for our dog. Store was very clean and neat and had a huge selection of products. We were able to find what we were looking for. We will definitely be shopping at Ren's Pets for all our pet needs from now on.

New store is nice, clean, bright, and didn't smell like some other places! Good to know that they cater only to cats and dogs (no fish or aquarium, etc.) Nick was very helpful.
