I love this store. It carries a wide variety of pet needs. The staff is very helpful with any questions you might have. If your purchase is not satisfactory, just save your receipt so it makes it easier to make a return.

Very unprofessional customer service staff.they need to be properly trained on how to interact with customers and have proper work behavior.will only order delivery from Ren's now because of behavior at this store by the staff.
I have called manager at this store and head office as well.

Great selection. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ben helped us find the right food for our malinois and addressed all concerns about the company. Our first trial bag was free, too!

This store has an amazing staff! Every time I come in to buy something for my cat guys are always there to help find or recommend something. Had a great experience today with a guy name Ben. He helped me to pick a food for my cat specifically for urinary issues, gave lots of advices and in general very nice friendly guy. Thank you again for your help Ben!

Seriously the best pet store in Barrie. The store is clean, they always have my dog food in stock and the Customer Service is amazing. You’re greeted the moment you step into the store and Ben always goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Like seriously who would remember what food your dog eats? … Ben does, and that’s why I drive the extra distance to shop here instead of shopping closer to home.

The staff at this store is so so awesome! I ended up buying 2 dog beds and all these snacks which my doggies just love. I walked in when the store was about to close and they were still so happy to help me. That was so unexpected. Love these guys and will be coming back to this store for all my pets needs!

Hands down Ren’s is the best pet store ever! Here are the reasons why:

1: staff is amazing, especially Ben! Great guy, knows his product and knows a lot about the types of product and how different dogs react to the products they sell. Especially the dog foods.

2. As a new customer you get $10 of your next visit. Cha-Ching!

3. They have a program that allows you to get a free bag of dog food if your transitioning your dogs food or trying a new one! Wow

4. You can weigh your dog in the store. Our dog is on a diet and it helps to get his weight at the store and not just the vet.

5. The store is super clean and well organized.

6. Our dog Max loved Ben and the store!

Overall great experience and looking forward to taking our dog Max back again!

As a returning customer for many years I always love the cleanliness and energy of the staff who work there. Always ready to help and smiling Ben served me yesterday and he was honestly the most joyful staff member I've met with. He had a great conversation going and a few laughs. I wasn't paying attention and forgot to get my change back. I called and he apologized very sincerely and took full accountability. Best service skill ever. He offered me my change of course, a book of savings, 25$ off coupon and some tasty treats for my border collie. He went above and beyond and when I came in he was prompt to help me. I will be back for sure, with or without that lovely gesture. Best store ever!

Great place for all your pet needs. Money should never be considered with your fur babies, the best quality and knowledge comes from this location. I buy personally adult Acana feast and Weruva cat food for my little guy! Prices are competitive but no where else has the level of customer service they have here. I even had a new girl the other day and she was so beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Manager clearly knows what he is doing! Recommend! A+

Had never been before today. Nice store. Bright, organized, well stocked. Friendly and efficient staff. Kind of expensive.

Horrible was in line to purchase when the cashier decided to help the people in front of me to carry things to the car. The other employee didn't come to cover for him. I was left standing there after waiting a long time to pay. I will never go back to the barrie location again.

Just stopped by because I was in the area. The location is HUGE with so many different options. Staff was also very friendly.

Friendly employees, alot of variety that other stores dont have but at the sametime missing somethings other stores do have.

They treated us very poorly when we went to ask questions. I sure don't feel welcomed as a new dog owner going there.

The staff here is always super friendly, nice, they always know exactly what they're doing! My mom has used Ren's for yeeeeaaaaars so when I became an adult and got pets, I started coming here too I drive from Bracebridge to Barrie just for Ren's sometimes cuz they're that amazing here.

Absolutely LOVE this rens! As a groomer and pet owner, the deals are amazing, and the staff are super friendly. I'm from Guelph, so I have the kitchener, Waterloo, and Aberfoyle stores around me, but Barrie is the best of all.

Friendly staff not too busy easy to exchange things that sizing is off.good location but fliw of traffic and timing of lights for any store in the area is insane

There is no shortage of pet retail in Barrie. Rens initially attracted us by carrying our needed brand of dog food when another store stopped. But their customer service, which for us means the right blend of knowledge and enthusiasm, has kept us.
Christa is our go-to associate there. She embodies the best of that customer service.

Clean and organized store. Usually very knowledgeable staff. One of the best places to find higher end brands.

They finally carry Open Farm, arguably one of the best dry dog foods you can buy. They are very helpful here, have great sales, and every few months because I am a member I get an email promotion for $25 off!
They did a great job through the lockdown with curbside pickup- prompt, courteous and my orders were always correct.

Great store with really friendly staff that are very knowledgeable. My dog has a lot of dietary restrictions are they were very helpful in finding him a new food. They also have great sales and a wide variety of products ranging from food to toys to clothing to bedding, etc.for all of your pets!

They have so many things that I cannot acquire elsewhere. Love it and so happy I found this spot. All of the staff members have always been incredibly helpful too. 100% have switched to Ren's.
