Amazing sale on the weekend with lots of new clearance items and new stock of fall and wither clothing.

Good selection of food, treats, and grooming supplies (for dogs at least). Prices are reasonable but a bit on the premium side.

When I walk in with my dog Beau, the staff welcome us like s celebrity just came in!
Mind you, Beau is the celebrity, as you can see below in the pics. Everyone is so helpful but not hovering. I like that. It is a bit pricey for certain things but everything seems pricey these days, post-covid.

I always buy food from this market for my 2 dogs. You can find products from various brands. There are many varieties. There is also food and other items for cats. Staff are helpful and friendly. They are always interested. I would recommend.

I've never had a negative experience at this location, the staff have always been nice, friendly, helpful. *Edit: still the best!

Great helpful staff who know their inventory and enjoy their 4 legged customers. They gave out treatbags on Valentine's.

My girlfriend and I are medically exempt from wearing masks, majority of businesses aren’t very friendly, and truthfully haven’t treated us like humans to be honest.

All the staff here were so kind, open to our questions and most importantly treated us like we were family.

This kindness will ever go unnoticed, Through their selection of healthy foods, and the staff having great product knowledge, this will never be forgotten.

When I called Kristin after to thank her, she said we were always welcome here. You’re all wonderful, and thanks for making us feel so welcome after these tough times!

Amazing for the pets, excellent staff willing to help and give your furry friend a treat. My dog loves Rens she does a little happy dance when the car pulls up!

Truth be told, I have several pet stores closer to my house, so out of pure convenience I went there. Then someone shared how their child with SNs got a job at Ren's, and they were BEYOND accommodating to him. So, that alone was my reason to shop there. Then I needed a new food for my dog who needed to loose a few lbs. I'd tried only option from the other 'big' pet store and after a year of that food, my dog had barely lost anything. I also didn't like how much filler it had. I told Ren's this and they were incredibly helpful educating me on healthy options they had, and I'm happy to report that after 6 weeks on the new food my guy is down 3.5lbs! Needless to say, I'm a big advocate of Ren's now.

Our puppy is coming home next week, and I needed to get some assistance on treats, raw food, etc. Michelle was excellent; she spent the time explaining the differences, the choices we had. Highly recommended to go and ask for her. Her customer obsession to assistance was outstanding.

Found the wild bird seed that I wanted at a fair price. Appreciate very much the $20 coupon incentive to visit the store now that it's open for instore shopping again.

I had an amazing experience yesterday when I went to pick up my online order from this location. There were 2 very lovely girls, Rowan and Mitchell, that were by themselves in this busy Sunday but they we still greeting everyone with a smile in there voice and getting everything to the best of their ability.
I came to pick up an order of 5 items and even though they were busy they were able to help everyone of us that was waiting to pick up their things.
Definitely coming back to this location, happy that these girl work here because they are AMAZING!

Great pet store, we buy all our dogs toys and collars from Rens. Tons of cool stuff and friendly staff.

Great customer service. Thought I had placed an order only to find when going to pick up that I hadn’t actually finished the process. Took my order at the door 5 minutes before store closing and my dog had food that night. Super nice and helpful staff.

This store was great before COVID. Now that Covid is here their workers are looking for every way not to help their customers. I call to place an order but they told me it would be a 2-3 day wait for my dogs food if I place order over phone for curbside. But funny thing is pet stores don’t have to operate curbside, they are considered essential. If you are reading this I recommend going to bone and biscuit it’s just on Dundas and Walkers line. Great customer service and they allow walk in customers (the owner made sure to call by law to confirm they can operate for in store shopping) I will not being shopping at Rens anymore. Maybe next time they won’t tell their customers it will be a three day wait for their puppy’s food.

Very hard to get curbside was there today tried to get an item called the # posted outside store was told to order online to much trouble went to put value.

Friendly staff, Keats giving treats to my little pups when we visit. Knowledgable when needing help choosing products.

Forcing people to wear masks OUTSIDE in the heat while they take their time with your order. Stupidity at its finest!

Associate was knowledgable and could quickly point me in the right direction for a crash-tested car harness for my dog.

The employees are awesome! Their good with recommendations and the store is great. Very nice and efficient. The only problem I had was with what I found out from a customer is a manager of the store, younger girl don't know her name but is aggressive with customers. Walked out of my car and had her screaming customers names in my face making me jump.other customers were appalled by this behavior not just me. It's impolite and unnecessary especially during covid. You don't need to scream at people like their just a number you shouldn't be a manager if that's what you think of people. Very rude! I would be more willing to talk to an owner about it I have no problem with that aggressive behavior should not be permitted towards customers. Otherwise good experience thanks!

Awful experiences here. Terrible reaction to lockdowns, awful website and unaccomodating customer service to pick up the slack. Always confused by the answers I get from staff, non-functional website that is slow, cumbersome to navigate and often conflicts with what the staff are saying. Constant supply chain issues. If you have an extra 45 minutes and want to be frustrated go to this Ren's. If you desire clean and efficient, complimentary service steer clear. Just because we're all animal lovers here doesn't mean you should get a pass on shoddy service.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by staff at ANY retailer! I spontaneously stopped by the store because my usual store was temporarily out of a product I needed. When I tried to ask the clerk if Ren's even carried the product, she berated me, telling me that she could only take orders over the phone. And then pointed out to me that "This is covid. ". Covid is certainly no excuse for her incredibly rude behaviour. No wonder I shop elsewhere. My advice: If you prefer to be treated politely, I suggest that you switch stores!

I love Ren's! Best pet store. The staff are excellent and very helpful to me as a first time dog owner. They really helped me find the best food for my puppy due to her allergy to chicken. Today another customer walked in without a mask. The staff handled her so well as I was annoyed because she scared my dog with her behaviour. Excellent selection of products to meet your pets needs.

I came from Barrie, first time here. It was super amazing staffs and extremely helpful. I appreciated it? I will come again if I have chance, for sure.

I buy my fresh locally made dog food by Canine Life here. They have all your traditional pet foods but if your looking for something else then talk to one of there staff.

I’ve been here a few times, and each time I’ve had a very rude cashier. I was unsure of the rules regarding a coupon and she got upset for no reason. She also just has a general rudeness to her. Never says have a good day or thank you and responded to small things with a rude “Ok”. Not sure of her name and I don’t want to post that publically anyways. The staff throughout the store are very kind and helpful, but just not the cashiers.

Open and friendly, can bring your dog in. Wear a mask, but pet a dog. Bought our tethering pole for grooming our poodle. We called and ordered, so we just picked up. Five minutes! Great service. Great items for all pets. The best!

My wife owns Nails and Tails Mobile Dog Grooming, her fluff dryer stop working, without hesitation we went to Burlington store and they had one on the shelf, Lisa is the manager there, very helpful, staff is friendly as well.

This is our favourite place to get our dogs' ID tags! They have engraved tags (not laser printed) so they last longer and have (in my opinion) the nicest finish. There is also a great selection of tags available.

Rens Burlington has been our go-to since December 2018. Take advantage of their weekly specials. Staff are very kind to visiting pets and dealt very well during COVID visits.

Great depot for your pets. It carries a lot of premium brands but you might not find any economic food brands at this location.

A great chain where they haven't forgotten thier humble roots. A pet friendly environment. Lots of stock; happy, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bright, well lite store. Very clean.

Friendly and helpful staff, and carries some high end brands of pet food that you dont see in all stores. More variety than other pet stores in terms of pet accessories.

Rens is my go-to spot for my dog. Great selection of treats, toys and supplies. Staff are always very knowledgeable.

They seem to be running into problems keeping items stocked lately. The only salmon oil they had today was $65 in a BRASS bottle. The same oil in a plastic bottle is available down the road at Petsmart for $20. Wow!

A great place for your pet food and supplies including accessory items and toys. The Ren's Pet Depot in Oakville has been around for decades and they must be doing something right to have gained the trust of many pet owners in the GTA and now beyond. Staff are friendly, well trained and glad to assist. When I needed to replace a Kong Wubba Ren's is the place I thought of first. Loyalty program available for customers, nothing new there, conveniently located in central Burlington west of Guelph, south of QEW.

People are always friendly everyone greets you, quick to offer help even order in a product if needed. I would give 5 stars but find prices a wee bit pricey. Love it here though

Always been a great place to get natural treats for our raw fed dog, now they are carrying a variety of raw foods as well. Great and knowledgeable staff amd always friendly.
