Ren's Pets Whitby

Ordered online after 2 days product was not in stock and got an email say that. Took almost 7 days to refund my money. Will never order from this store again

My wife bought a harness and coat for our Sheltie on Black Friday weekend. The size was too small so I went to exchange them. I was served by employee “MM”, I wish I had thought to get her name, but hopefully the manager reads this, and if MM is the manager, I can see why. They had the coat in the correct size but not the harness. When I asked if there might be any unpacked from a shipment, I was told no, but, with no prompting from me, was offered information as to the store’s regular delivery date, or that she could call the Oshawa location and have it put aside. This may seem like a small thing however more and more you don’t get service like this. I was in retail for 40 years and this is the type of employee I always wanted working for me. Thanks MM, you were just great!

Recently moved out east. Have been buying pet food from Ren's for the past 3 years. This location always has what I need. The have some great sales, but would be nice to see some sales on other products instead of the same brands over & over again.

Puppy had a great experience during her first visit to Ren's. Staff were warm and welcoming, made her feel good in the overwhelming experience

Great selection and usually has a deal on the food brands we prefer to buy for our cat. I like that there is a reward points system and great return policy.

Photographers taking pet pictures were in my way and didn't move however one of the people selling raw food helped me though I don't think she was Ren's staff. Only Ren's staff was the cashier who was dealing with a line up but was very pleasant. I would have spent more if there were staff around. Recommend the store as it is well stocked.

Great staff, love up all the animals when they come into the store and helpful with food suggestions etc.

The store manager, Tonya, was very helpful with my questions and concerns about potentially switching my dog to a raw food diet.

Just the place for every pet owner. Great pooch products. The baked goods are a favorite treat of my irish wolfhound

I am a regular customer at this store but I had a particularly pleasant experience there today (April 2/22) with an employee named Annie. My pug has cancer and we don't know how long he'll be with us so I wanted a small bag of his food which they didn't have at this store. When I got home there was a message that Annie had found one, she'd offered to pick it up for me in Ajax on Monday and I could get it from her (the Whitby) store on Tuesday. In a time when no-one seems to care these days, I was blown away by Annie's customer service ethic and how much she cared give our dog's illness. Thank you Annie. You're unbelievable!

Excellent selection of raw foods, natural chews and treats, dog clothing, beds, collars, leashes and supplements. Second to none for variety and items that are hard to find elsewhere. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Will make this our go-to for food, chews, treats and whippet friendly items.

The lady who helped me today tall brunette wasn’t able to catch her name and she was wonderful so friendly and helpful! She gave me a complimentary bag of dog food for my picky senior dog! Very grateful:)
