Bought two of the overpriced hand shower bidets and within 3 months the water stopped coming out of the spray. Customer support asked me to keep the spray head in vinegar. Of course that did not work.
Had to get a #17 socket wrench, dis-assemble the parts and re-assemble and it started working again.for another few months.
I had Brondell and other shower sprayers before using these and never had this problem.
Would NOT recommend.

If you are looking for a quality product and a reputable company DO NOT SHOP HERE. This company is an absolute nightmare and a joke. The product showed up packed in a very concerning way - like a 10 year old put it together. It came in a box that had been used 100 times, with different kind of tape all over it, completely falling apart. All of the metal parts were loose in the big box and were not secure and came all banged up. They agreed to the return easily but it has been over 4 months and I have not gotten my money back. This company will email me back at the most random times (holidays, nights) in a very casual tone and is making up all sorts of excuses not to give me a refund. If you are looking for a quality product and a reputable company DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Good quality products that look fantastic, and on point customer service to boot! I purchased several bidet sprayers year before last that are still functioning as they should. The solid brass construction makes them look and feel great. Sani Canada is very responsive and answer questions and concerns promptly. I will continue to shop here for all my future needs.

Ordered a custom Turin green and walnut vanity and faucet for our powder room. The quality of the vanity and faucet is amazing and has made this our favourite room in the house.
Abel was excellent to deal with and gave great recommendations for faucets and the hardware.

I would recommend to book an appointment when shopping there he has 2 cute puppy dogs named Rocky and Bella. The showroom is small but gorgeous with tons of unique design products on display. The customer service was on point, I was pleasantly greeted by Charles and he was very knowledgeable about the product and I received quick responses to all my questions.

I really appreciated the attention I received from Charles in their Sani Canada showroom. He was patient and helpful, he gave me all the information I needed for my builder to place the order for our bathroom reno.

I purchase items on line all the time. My strong recommendation is NOT to do business with Sanicanada.
This is why:
- my credit card was charged immediately
- wrong faucet was sent to me
- I shipped the faucet back
- Sanicanada would not ship the replacement until they received the original (wrong) faucet. Consequently, I had to wait several weeks for the replacement faucet.
- The replacement faucet was delayed even further
- At that point I couldn't wait anymore, my bathroom sink had been out of order for two months and I decided to cancel the transaction.
- Sanicanada told me I could not get a refund until I shipped the replacement faucet back to them (which I didn't have yet). That meant that I had to wait for the replacement faucet to be delivered, ship it back, and then request the refund again.
- Once Sanicanada received the replacement faucet they told me that my refund had been issued but I had to wait 5 business days to see it on my credit card statement
- 20 days later the refund was still not showing
- I just requested the refund and was told they simply forgot to issue it the first time
- Now I am once again hoping to finally get my refund (fingers crossed)
This was my worst purchase experience ever.

ADDITION AFTER RESPONSE FROM SANICANADA (see below) : I purposely did not mention how unnecessarily disrespectful some of the communications from Sanicanada were. Now it became apparent in their response. At this point, my only issue is that I want my money back. Hopefully this time the refund is real. Fingers crossed!

I ordered a faucet and pop up drain from Sanicanada. The faucet is so unique, beautiful and well made. I had several questions regarding my order so I texted them on their website, and they responded promptly. Based on the service I received, I would definitely order from them again.

First of all, make sure you read their refund policy before you purchase. They make it difficult to return.

I spent over $300.00 on 4 small bathroom fittings from this company and what they sent me is nowhere near worth it. The quality of the product is terrible. These pieces are made from lightweight, chintzy material.

My package was delivered over a week late (which they do warn will happen on their website). I contacted customer service and they never replied.

The box was completely damaged. The product itself was not damaged. None of the fittings were packaged in boxes like you would find with Kohler or other professional companies. The boxes were unmarked and had Chinese labeling with several layers of duct tape.

The company labels themselves as a Canadian company but i'm almost certain your buying low quality products made and shipped from China.

Response to Business Sanicanada Claim:
I am 100% a true customer of Sanicanada. I purchased the following products from SaniCanada on August 21,2022:

Gold Polished with Porcelain Victroain Antique bathroom accessories (GJQH09Y, GJQH013Y, GJQH03Y, GJQH04Y)

They did not provide me with an invoice with my shipment nor in my email. Instead, all I have proof for purchase is their charge on my PayPal. They charged my PayPal as "Panama Coffee Gold Reserve" which if you add this to their false claim that I am not a customer make their company's ethics that much more questionable.

For further proof that I am indeed an unfortunate customer, I attached photos of the products that I purchased from Sanicanada.

If there was an option for no star i would have chosen that. The customer service is unreliable, you cannot reach this company via phone (I have kept for the pass 3 weeks) I have also tried email and same scenario. I placed my order since July 19th, 2022. Its September 1st and still no updated on my order, I am not even sure if I will receive the product I received. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY.

They have a great selection of exotic color finishes i email our kitchen project and there customer service team was able to find my matching colors and give us a package deal, Excellent quality products and fast delivery. We wil do business again. Thank you

Purchased a bathroom faucet. Build quality seems very good and shipment was prompt - from China. Can't give 5 stars because the installation instructions were in Chinese. E-mailed Sani Canada three times - no response. Called twice - disconnected both times. Disappointing.

Update back to 5 stars - last e-mail was answered. They attributed issue to spam - awaiting resending of their e-mail. Will update.

Ordered item was received in a reasonable amount of time - a shower and trim package. When I opened it the construction seemed cheap. There was piece of sheet metal screwed on with gaps rather than a solid and smooth weld. There was also something loose rattling around inside. I didn’t open it to see what it was. I had a professional contractor look at it. He told me that the materials were cheap.

When I went to return it, I was just outside their 30 day return policy. Thus I am stuck with a poor product I can’t use. It is my fault for not trying to rerun it sooner. (That’s why 2 stars and not 1). Buyer beware. If you receive a poorly constructed product like I did, be sure to return it immediately. Or do yourself a favor, just buy from somewhere else and not risk it.

As is typical if you read other reviews - this company responds like a child does not taking responsibility for the poor quality of their product and tying to mask it by attacking the reviewer. I won’t respond further as it’s a waste time with these clowns. Good job Sanicanada. Have fun going out of business.

Do not trust them. Bought a " touch" kitchen faucet. Did not work. Wanted to return it. Was told there are no returns and no warranty unless I have a plumber install.
So I hired a plumber. He could not get it to work. Sani simply called my plumber incompetent. I sent videos showing no water coming out. He took out the cartridge and I send another video showing water coming out where the cartridge goes. Looks like a defective cartridge.
They would send another cartridge overnight. 5 days later still no cartridge. Told me the delay was because of the BC floods. I can accept that. They would send me a new faucet overnight. 7 days later still nothing

Finally comes. I take the cartridge out and put it in first faucet. Nothing. I hire a second plumber. Nothing. So he installs the replacement faucet. Works.

Sani again insults the plumber and blames him for incompetence. Not admittedly something might be wrong with the first faucet.

And to add insult to injury the replacement faucet was not a touch model.

Do not waste your time and money buying from this company. They sent us an used and damaged item, sent them pictures as soon as package arrived, they promised to send another one, as soon as we return the damaged one. They never did. They refunded our money not before taking 25% off. Awful!

Would never buy from here again. Took an unreasonable amount of time to come in. Return policy is ridiculous (25% restocking fee even though we’ve never used or installed the product). Customer service is awful. Save yourself some time and buy from a different company.

Very very happy. I don't usually write reviews, after reading the Amazon Fake negative reviews on this toilet that it looks so obvious probably by his competitor.   I honestly had doubts of purchasing. It's a bit tough to install just ask any plumber, but our plumber didn't have any issues after watching the installation video manual on YouTube The toilet has been fantastic! Powerful dual flush  no clogging, easy to clean. Very very happy with the purchase.
