This place is very nice. They always save my time and never give me headache. The front-desk girl in the morning treats us very calmly. Good experience at this place.

Very Poor service. It took more than 3 hours just for 10 skids to load.

Terrible drivers this truck driver almost sideswiped the car that was clearly in his sights on the highway and laughed about it.

Receiving stuff is very nice, they understand and try to get you unloading us much they can. It is a big facility.

The warehouse managers rude sorry, no other words, not helpful, ignorant. And in comments below someone mentioned that they refuse to give their names, it totally unprofessional and discusting. Too bad there is no zero. Avoid this company!

How can I give this place a ZERO! Where do I start me and my employees come here several times a week to do simple parts pick-ups for True coolers and freezers. After the pick up number is issued we are given a time the order will be ready. We always go the following day because they NEVER have the order ready. These items are generally 1-2lbs. On friday I arrived at 9: 10ish which to my surprise almost no one was in there. I signed in gave my pick up # and was told would be ready in 5-10 mins. After 20 mins goes by a truck driver arrived to be loaded or unloaded, and the girl opened the window and told him sorry were on break for 15-20 mins. That's when I snapped and asked why I had to wait 15-20 more ****ing mins for something I was told would take 5-10? The guy in the office came outside the office and asked me if I had an appointment at which I replied, I dont need an appointment these items should be ready as I was told they would be ready after 4pm the day before. There was lots of heated discussion that took place before the manager/ supervisor stepped in (very nice guy). He tried to defuse the situation and gain an understanding of what happened, ultimately I down think he cared what I had to say but took me in his office and told me his people told him I said to eff off or eff themselves and couldnt tolerate that behavior. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I was told I'm no longer welcome there, and frankly I'm glad. I HATE going to this place. They have cost me thousands of dollars in lost wages for me and employees over the years.and according to the one employee in the office to whom was yelling at me.my loss is absolutely none of his concern.on my way out 2 truck drivers told me I was absolutely right to say something and they hate coming here because they are very disorganized. Based on the reviews I have read below alot of other people have had similar interactions and hrs of lost time. I hope True pulls all their product from here.
