I had a very efficient and super friendly experience with these guys. The explained all of the necessaries that was easy to understand. They went above and above.

Went in today to inquire about chemicals for my new inflatable hot tub. They were very informative, friendly and honest. And they offer free water testing, which is great for a newbie!

Whatever you do, don’t hire these people for anything. They gave us a price for 21 weeks of service including maintenance and chemicals. We paid it IN FULL before they even came for the first service. They cut corners while they were here, but we had already paid in full so we didn’t bother saying anything. Then all of a sudden after 3 months of weekly maintenance, they started sending us invoices for chemicals used, meanwhile we already had our own set of a the chemicals needed but they started saying chemicals weren’t included and we now needed to pay for everything they used of their own. They fired the employee who we originally spoke to and who had quoted us, but because that employee made a mistake and undercharged us, they now want us to pay for her mistake.
They are so shady that even though we still have another week remaining on our contract with them, we have told them to not come back. I would never hire these people ever again, and wish I could give them a ZERO star rating.

Thank you for closing our pool. Very nice crew with a lot experience. My dog escaped from house able to get her back she very sneaky she wanted to meet the crew lol.

The store is way overpriced went in got some lights 50 bucks each anywhere else between 25 and 30 rip off. And they only pay about 15 bucks apiece thanks never again

We had a great experience with the service team. Staff that came to the house went above and beyond to share their knowledge and get our pool up and running. Nora was especially helpful to arrange everything we needed.

Just need a few plugs for the shop. But staff were great and got me exactly what I needed. Price was on point too~

Horrible horrible company. Closed our brand new pool for the first season ever. Did a brutal job in every regard- left our brand new filters in throughout the entire winter and then refused to replace them. Negligent and unprofessional. So disappointing.

I recently had and issue with my pool pump. I called Skyview and spoke with Nora who scheduled a service call for the next morning. Chris and Alex were prompt, so nice, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Even though this is their busiest time of the year they still fit me into their already taxing schedule. They have gone above and beyond to ensure the pol pump was in proper working order before leaving. I highly recommend the Skyview team and I’m am praising them to all my friends! The customer service I’ve received from the entire team has been beyond excellent! This is the way business should always be done! Thank you Skyview!

I've used Skyview for all my hot tub needs for many many years now and the service has always been good. This past Saturday I went in for some filter work and water testing and the gentleman that took care of me was extremely professional and polite. The service was over the top good. Congrats.

Great helpful knowledgeable people! (Edit 10 months later:) I feel like my little 4 word review does not do justice to how fantastic this place is! Now on my second season of owning a pool let me tell you Skyview Pool is an amazing place for your pool and spa related needs. I have been so impressed by their friendly professionalism and can't thank enough the ones i regularly deal with, Ryan and Adam are just amazing staff in addition to being wonderful human beings.

I went to sky view to get some advice on how to repair some pipe connections that were leaking thanks to improper installation by a different company in 2017.

The sky view employee talked me through exactly what to do. Sold me exactly what I needed and even lent me the glue I needed as he figured I would only use a little bit.

No problem! I worked here several years ago and I was treated with nothing but respect from Earl, Colleen and the rest of the team. Top-notch place!
