St. Lawrence Pools and Spas

Awful awful service at the kemptville location. Was told on a Friday that they were ordering a part from Brockville and it would arrive on Sunday, we called on Sunday and they have no idea about the part but might come tomorrow. Call on Monday and they said Brockville most likely sold the pieces, so we waited all weekend to fix our pool and we were anticipating getting this part. Really awful, just go somewhere in Ottawa and don't give st Lawrence your business.

Shout out to the staff at St. Lawrence Pools and Spas! Moved to the North Gower area and got a salt water pool in the deal - little different than our previous pool but the staff at St. Lawrence hooked us up with what we needed, provided EXPERT advice and didn’t sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. Despite all our best efforts we had a green pool at the start of the heatwave, I panicked, called St. Lawrence and they provided a bunch of tips, but in my panic, I really wanted a technician to come see it. I like to refer to our technician as Doctor Justin, because he had all the right advice, calmed us down, got the right chemicals in and was just all around amazing - checked in to be sure things were getting better, honestly these people know customer service! I’m honestly so impressed, hard to find good service these days - this place, TOP NOTCH!

Called the Kemptville location a couple of different times this past summer looking for parts. No one ever answered the phone. Left messages both times, no one ever called back. If I can't get someone to talk to when I'm trying to order something, I can't imagine the service would be any better after purchase.

OUR BRAND NEW, NEVER SWAM IN ST. LAWRENCE POOL COLLAPSED, AND THEY DID NOT WARRANTY IT.

St. Lawrence Pools installed a 27' foot above ground pool for us last Sept, 2021.
Their first attempt to erect it was unsuccessful as the walls would not fit on the track, so they disassembled it and came back the next day.
Once erected they began to fill it with water but the walls buckled. The installers told us this was likely because it was a cooler, cloudy day and the liner wasn't stretching enough. They emptied it, disassembled it, adjusted the sand bed so the liner wouldn't need to stretch as much and completed the pool, again.
We closed the pool as instructed. In April, the walls began to buckle, and the pool collapsed.
St. Lawrence informed us it collapsed due to ice damage and would not warranty it, then sent us a quote for a new pool.

In the middle of opening our pool, our old 5 way valve on the filter gave up, and already knew that parts were unavailable. This meant getting a new sand filter and valve, and with the current situation it was difficult to find anything, let alone get it quickly…
Tried the Kemptville store and spoke with Alyssa, she said she would try and find something and call me back. She got back to me quickly, and had a filter and sand waiting for me when I got there, same day!
Very happy with the service, will be using them for pool supplies from now on

Wish I had known about this place before. Very friendly helpful staff. 2 young lady's working who were very helpful.

These guys were all amazing from Joe at the time of sale to Brain and Tom on service follow up.
The guys that did the excavation were professional and fast, and the 3 young installers all were the same polite respectful and efficient.
10 out of 10 in very tough times.

If I could leave ten stars I would. Steve out of Kingston Service was incredible today. Took the time to teach me to reset my Aquarite system, within hours of sending photos had it all figured out. Sure other pool companies I've dealt with would have been a service call, not free customer service. I've a big 20x40 pool, lots of expense. They will be getting my business for the duration of being a pool owner! Call them first! Thanks!

Excellent and quick service! Our pool heater was leaking and I called for service. A technician fit us into his schedule for the same afternoon, even though he wasn't due in our area until next week. We are so grateful!
