DO NOT JOIN THEIR TEAM! They don’t pay their drivers. No one picks up when you call. If they pick up, the staff don’t have an answer. The company still hires new drivers.

I request my payment on March 9th, 2023. It has been more than two months. I called them numerous times. I mailed them as well. I tried all ways to get my money but still nothing as of now. No mail or phone response from them. Pathetic customer service. I won’t recommend any one to do STEER driver or food delivery. Please avoid using this app.

If you don't really want a ride.contact these people.they tend not to show up or even call if they are late. Good luck.very unprofessional.

Very poor customer care. Doesn’t pickup the calls even if you leave 1000 voice mails. Doesn’t pay the drivers.

This is either not a legit company or a group of fraud
They don't pay the drivers at all
And they don't have a financial department to speak to.
Stay away from this company and never sign up to drive, you will waste your time and will never get payed

Fantastic company with truly excellent aspirations. The world needs carbon friendly and STEER does it.

Worst experience. Takes money from account and the order is in unsuccessful status. Customer care is horrible, they will not reply.

Don't work for this company. Their HR is a very unprofessional person who calls directly without an appointment. She asked for your personal information and denigrated the interviewee. Their leader is arrogant and insulted the interviewees in front of them. The employees here work overtime. This is a very informal company.

Dont ever use this app to order food
They had worst service, your food will never arrive.
And no customer service to anwer your calls

I was a good customer of facedrive until today was overcharged bigtime I deleted my account will go with Uber or taxi from now on I am so mad called the company said they would get back to me

I gave this app 3 tries and the conclusion remains the same. Uber is much cheaper and more convenient. Ubers comes in 2-3 minutes while facedrive takes 20-40 minutes. My typical ride with uber X I'm charged $9-10.facedrive tried to charge me $19-20 even though they claim to give $10 off. The fact that Uber X is cheaper says a lot especially since the new express pool option is available which is even cheaper than uber pool. I've had a driver from facedrive cancel after 10 minutes of having me wait for them. I do not recommend this to anyone especially since you're spending more for a longer wait time and poor service.

Some drivers were unintended to come but never cancelled the rides, waited more than half an hour.
Today, a driver just played a monkey out of me in a rainy/windy day. First, he led me out of the shelter (he was parking across the road in a plaza, not the pick up location). When I approached the car, he cruised a few meters, then stopped. (Thought he didn’t see me and wanted to pick me up at the exact spot but I was wrong.) Then I started jogging toward him and waved. While I was close behind the car, he cruised and stopped constantly, but never let me get into the car.

Rates always fluctuate and not constant when we set pickup and destination at different times. It does not show a fixed payment for the rides. I find lyft and uber more reliable and cheaper especially when they give 10$ promotions.
