Does nobody work at this location?
My sons bus didn't show up, I've called and left messages nobody is answering your phone. What the hell is going on.

My child has had over a half dozen bus drivers in the last year and a bit. That's when they could find them and didn't send him back and forth in a cab. Most of them have been horrible (not you Mr. George or Ms. Sidra, everyone misses you both). The latest one has threatened my child with being driven back to school, where there would be no adults, because I was less than two minutes late after attending a funeral. He also shows up early for pickup and waits only 30-45 seconds before starting to pull off.
If pickup is 8: 05, why are you driving away at 8: 01?
The lack of communication and empathy is absurd for someone whose job it is to work with children.

We had an irresponsible driver by the name of Keith who forgot several kindergarteners ages 3-5yo at the school! He made up excuses and lies to cover up his mistake. Terrible organization on the bus company’s part. Not to be trusted

If I could gove this a zero that's what it would be. Negligence at its best. Forgetting my child is the best part in all this multiple times not even a secluded incident.

Like to give negative 0 because the bus is always LATE. 80% of the time.must be nice to have a job like. That.we need to get rid of this company.we need to tell the school board IF YOU WANT MY VOTE next time do something about the busses

This is the worst bus company ever I've been going through a nightmare every morning the bus is over 1hour late my son is late for school every day im stress to the limit the operators at stock transportation are liars and rude something has to be done the Tdsb my son is missing to many days off at school and being late

Bus services are frequently late, and parents are left in the dark. No proactive phone calls are made. The call center does not pick up their phones, and does not return messages.

Highly unprofessional.

Been trying to call for the passed 3 days and no answer the bus driver has been a no show to pick up my daughter since Tuesday

Drive 6 years for them. What people don't understand is that besides the pandemic in our city all the drivers are doing there best to do a great job. The inside staff is also doing their best to accommodate everyone. Picking up the phone to get yelled at is not productive. Teach your children patience. Your not a good role model for your children yelling at any company. Let the company do their job. It's like wearing to many hats in any company. No company is magic just trying to survive from the worst pendemic in history. Or at least one that took lives. Some drivers lives. Patience. Let all try to have some kind of empathy

One of the worst Canadian school transportation Company. They never comes on time. When you call them, get ready to dial at least 15-20 times before they pick up their number. Once they picks up, they will transfer you to dispatcher and it goes to voicemail.then you have to redial again for at least 15 times to get someone.but unfortunately working parents have no choice.

Driver late everyday! When you call stock nobody answers the phone.you get a voicemail and still no one calls you back! God forbid there is an emergency! Big fail!
