Sunwing Airlines

- Compagnie à bas prix et concurrentielles pour les destinations sud. Mais ceci à un ''prix'':
- Retards fréquents (aller/retour) et les raisons invoqués sont ridicules (horaires dépassés pour les agents de bords).
- L'offre alimentaire dans l'avion est insignifiante avec de la junk-food pour complèter le tableau et des prix elevés.

Their app and website don’t even work half the time! Trying to check price to Cancun, Mexico or Santa Maria, Cuba and it’s only offering me to see flights to Miami. So inconvenient! I guess, I won’t be booking with them!

Sunning insist on downloading the app for up to date travel notifications therefore if the plane is delayed we should have a notification with the details. I've been at the airport delayed for several hours with no notifications or any explanation. The staff at the gate said one of the crew members hasn't shown up therefore they cannot give us a timeline. Do not download the app because it's completely useless

Worst customer service, most agents look like they hate their job or forced to work! They all trained to be rude, dry and speak with low voice with strong accent that makes full understanding not easy. The app is worst, very slow and does not get updated. The live chat never replied

Pire expérience à vie avec une compagnie de voyage. Nous avons été bloqué à l'embarquement car leur système ne voyait pas de document d'immigration de ma conjointe, qui est lié à son passeport. Ils sont en tord à 100%, car nous étions 100% en règle. Maintenant, Sunwing se décharge de tout, alors qu'ils sont 100% dans l'erreur. Nous allons devoir nous battre pour ravoir notre dû, NOTRE argent, qu'ils nous ont volé tout en gâchant nos vacances. Ne jamais faire affaire avec cette compagnie.

Pour rajouter à l'insulte à l'injure, Vacances Sunwing a eu droit à une aide en vertu du crédit d’urgence pour grands employeurs. La somme octroyée s’élève à 375 M$. Cette some vient des poches de tous les Canadiens, et ensuite ils s'octroient le droit de gâcher les vacances par leurs fautes et nous devons ensuite nous battre contre eux pour ravoir notre dû. Si cette compagnie n'est pas capable de survivre sans l'aide des contribuables et sans fourrer ses clients, mérite-t-elle vraiment de survivre comme entité corporative? Je ne crois pas.

En résumé, faites affaires avec Transat, une compagnie québécoise, ou Air Canada. Sunwing vont vous saigner jusqu'à ce que vous en perdiez vore santé et vos économies.

Taking your money is a very easy process. Honouring your vacation plans not so much. Try to get your money back… They’ll dare you ‍️

Had a trip canceled due to COVID19 and they would not refund us our money. They are criminals do not book with them

Using Sunwing several times to Cuba and Florida, no problem. To my experience, better than Air Canada service.

Flew sunwing on an all inclusive package. The flight was 45 minutes late departing due to an error with passenger count. Although annoying it was not there fault and they did well on communicating updates. Service enroute was great, the prices for onboard food and drinks were reasonable. Not important to most but I appreciate the flight crew telling us the ins and outs of the flight (altitude, speed, runways, etc)

Great airline, great staff and great pilot. Me and few of my buddy's flew from Los Cabos Mexico to Toronto with Sunwing on February 7th. The flight was late to get to Los Cabos and still made it to Toronto at the same time we were suppose to arrive. Also while everyone is taking their seats in the plane Jazz music was playing.:)

This compagny say that 12 hours before our flight we would be able to reserve seats without fees. So I woke up earlier in the morning to do so. At 12 hours 1 minutes before the flight it was to early.thats ok with me, but at 12 hours on the dot its was to late.
Shame on you.

Sunwing changed our departure from Jamaica 8 hours earlier without any explanation. We lost a full day at the beach staying 6 days at the resort instead of 7. They said we will get 50$ vaucher towards our next vacation with Sunwing. This is really not enough and we still wait to see those 50 $ back. Their excursion Reggae culture tour was canceled. They said they will refund us 260$ but only in 6 weeks.
