Swoop Check in from Edmonton was quite quick and easy. Love this service with low cost fare to commute around Canada. I have been using this service & never experienced anything bitter about their services. Except some slight delays.

Swoop/WestJet what a joke. Zero regard for customers. If Canada was a true free market they'd have been out of business long ago

The flights are cheap but it's not worth the discount, flights change last minute, you lose your original seats, they make you pay extra. It's just a mess. I can't recommend flying on this airline. In addition, all the drinks are warm, they don't have a cooler system.

Horrific Airline Experience! Our luggage was severely damaged, and the airline went to great lengths to prevent us from filing any compensation claims.

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this subpar airline company.

Leaving from Cabo and online check in wouldn't work and when we get to the airport swoop only had 1 person working to check in an entire airplane. Amazing job swoop, taking discount airline to a whole new low.

If i can put 0 star, I won't give them even 1 star.because they are cheap airlines, I wouldn't expect their service is competitive with other major airlines, however my recent experience is a nightmare, they beat my lowest expectation, the cheapest ridiculous service make themselves a worst airline company and I highly recommend everyone to avoid them if you want a nice trip not a nightmare trip.they gave the last minute flight changes without express apologize or make effort to let customer feel somewhat comfortable.

Never again. Not worth the low cost.
If things go right - good. When things go wrong - more often than with other airlines - it goes really wrong and there is no one to help you. Truly no one.

Flight to Varadero - delayed 5.5 hours. Was supposed to be at the resort for 10 PM, got there 3: 30 AM.
Flight back home - delayed 2 hours, with a "numbers discrepancy" causing them to do a manual count of all men, women, and children numerous times before taking off. I'm writing this review still waiting for the plane to take off.
Was also charged 240 dollars for two peoples' checked luggage.
After all the delays, free water isn't even provided on the flight.
You get what you pay for, I guess. We thought we were flying WestJet at first.
Update: they were counting the babies. Not in seats. This took two hours of miscounting the number of people on board. They also double counted 16 year Olds when they tried another method of counting, as apparently counting to 100 is too difficult.

PLEASE - DO NOT FLY SWOOP - FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY.

TODAY I FLEW ON SWOOP FLIGHT WO744 FROM TORONTO - LAS VEGAS.

AFTER BEGGINING OUR TAXI, WE HAD TO STOP AS THE PILOTS ADVISED THEY NEED TO DO SOME TESTS ON THE THRUST OF THE ENGINES. AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES, THEY ADVISED THE PLANE WAS IN GOOD ORDER TO PROCEED.

WE STARTED TO FLY IN CIRCLES OVER NORTHERN MICHIGAN (UH OH) …. FINALLY, AFTER 45 MINUTES OF CIRCLES, THE PILOT COMES ON THE PA TO ADVISE THAT CORPORATE HAS REQUESTED THE PLANE RETURN TO TORONTO AS THEY DID NOT WANT TO RISK ANY ISSUES WITH THE AIRCRAFT - NOT EXACTLY WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR MY FIRST TIME FLYING WITH AN AIRLINE -

FORTUNATELY, AFTER 4 HOURS OF FLYING IN CIRCLES TO BURN ENOUGH FUEL TO LAND, I AM STILL ALIVE TO TELL THIS TALE. AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE FACT. LOL, G O O D L U C K. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY - GO WITH AN AMERICAN AIRLINE OR AC EVEN. ANYTHING IS BETTER. NOT WORTH IT

Cancelled flight, changed reasoning to avoid refund/compensation from operation issues initially to “weather” and rebooked the flight later then most were suppose to return. Because of this … they were able to fly a half full plane to Charlottetown well stealing a full planes worth of airfare. THIS IS HOW THEY PROFIT. The weight savings on the plane alone along with not offering refunds allows this company to be extremely profitable well exploiting Canadian airline laws.

Worst excuse for an airline in this country. They couldn't operate a paper route either in dependability or service. Cancellations with no recourse and Pearson Airport kiosk staff that scroll on their phone while 'handling' customer service. The sooner they fold the better Canadian travelers will be because you get what you pay for.

Non weather related flight delays, complete incompetence, zero communication, zero customer service, lost or delayed luggage, and unfortunately more, ugh. Budget means not fancy. It doesn’t mean dishonest, incompetent and reckless. I would rate them a negative number if allowed.

Missed our flight to the states, was told we need to show up *3* hours early. 10 fellow passengers also missed this same flight since swoop didn’t tell anyone in any communication to show up 3 hours early at this tiny airport. A male gate agent was astoundingly unhelpful. Won’t be using swoop again.

Utterly shameful company. Refused to pay refund even after I was given advice by their own company to cancel my flight! I will never fly with this joke of a company again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could post 0 stars I would. AVOID!

Worst customer service, can’t reach anyone, they billed my credit card for 8 checked bags, when we need 3 carryons
