My mom and I always get the best service at this Tail Blazers location. Their staff is amazing! They are patient and always willing to help. If you are looking for a place where they go above and beyond to help you understand your pet's nutritional needs this is it.

BEST in the WORLD when it comes to pet food and supplies! Huge selection of Raw, as well all natural, holistic health supplements! They have ALL of the answers!

Holly has been amazing helping us with going to a raw diet. Millie took to it immediately, but Angus, who has the allergies, held out for 4 days and so did we. I called Holly very worried and she gave great coaching and advice. After trying a few initial suggestions, a little bit of topper did the trick. A week later and no topper required. We are on day 24 of raw food and switching between three different proteins and they are both loving it. A bump/cyst Angus had on his neck that vet suspected was related to food allergies has already disappeared.
This may not be for everyone, and always check with your vet. But this is working out great for us. Thank you Holly for all your patience and great advice.

I went to Tail Blazers to get more information on raw feeding my dog as well as get some birthday presents for him. Luckily I went on a day when the rep for a great Canadian raw food manufacturer was there and she was so informative and patient, explaining everything (btw my dog loves it). I was impressed by the food options and all the toys & accessories that Tail Blazers carries, they seem to focus on quality and health which I appreciate. Recommend this store!

Poor customer service, high prices. They have monopolized some products otherwise not a friendly pet store.

In response to the owners comments: there are some foods only your store carries. Yes, other retail items are a bit pricey. Most importantly there is lack of customer service. Samples are not free and most items dont have samples. Have also noticed some customers get treated differently than the others. Rarely do staff say hello to people walking in, rarely do they interact with pleasant manners. Yes, questions are answered but staff is very short. This is experienced and witnessed.

Extremely impressed by this place. The lady was so knowledgeable, sweet & passionate. The products are high quality, exactly what I am looking for. They took the time to show up around & explain things. I will be back! Highly recommend if you are an animal lover. ️

Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Have a wide range of products. Provide samples if you want to try a new brand or type which is helpful when you have a picky pet.

I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew (store owner) and he was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through a bunch of products. I expected there to be some sort of obligation to purchase something after spending close to 30 mins chatting with me. It was the the total opposite. He offered me a bunch of samples and told me to go home and give them a try! Of course I returned two days later to get the Hurraw dog food. My dog loves it.

I also chatted with Katie and she was extremely helpful in explaining some basic puppy do’s and don’t as well as some insight on crate training and food transition.

They have a plethora of great products and really helpful and friendly staff.

Tail Blazers Heartland is one of the best pet stores I've ever been to.
It's always clean and organized, the staff are always willing to help and are knowledgeable. Recently, I visited the store in hopes of starting my dog Zeus on raw food. One of the workers, Katie was such a great help, she walked me through each raw food brand that they carry and compared them for me to make my decision easier. She also asked me to download the Tail Blazers app which helps with feeding your pet raw food by telling you the correct amount to feed your pet.

Now THIS is the kind of pet store that I like! Great friendly customer service. I never feel rushed when I ask questions. They carry a great selection of raw dog food. That is awesome. The store is beautiful. It doesn't look like the others (Pet Valu, PetSmart, Global Pet), it is much more classy looking, not messy. My new favorite pet store. I wish there was one near me. I have to drive 2 hours to get to one, but it is worth going there on my way to visit family and friends out of town. I put the food in a thermal bag and it stays frozen until I get home.
I highly recommend this store.

Had been referred to TB by Tara, who has changed the life of my itchy, super allergic cat. Super friendly staff with loads of knowledge on raw meat for pets. Thanks guys for giving Buddy a new outlook on life!
