For me - number 1 fish and chips place on the planet. Ate here with my Dad as a kid growing up. I now live in OKC and visited last month when I was in town visiting my Mom - just like I remembered. Great food and great service.

The whole establishment was filthy. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the fish and not in a good, appetizing way. The floors are disgusting and the guy behind the counter was rude. Food was soggy, greasy and gross.

Ordered for Good Friday for the first time and all I can say is omg it was amazing. Fish was not greasy and French fries were delicious but the onion rings Omg. More please. The owners are polite, courteous and super accommodating. Ordering again. Mmmmm. You will not be disappointed. Trust me

Greatest place for Halibut fish n chips, been going there for a long time.not cheap either. Ordered about 1 month ago and it was awesome n good size piece of fish. Ordered today, was very disappointed on the Halibut portions, for the price of 2 pieces of Halibut n chips, was shocked by the portion received.

I am a long time customer and just wanted to say that even threw these trying times the fryin guys are putting out a fantastic product. It's wrapped in news paper and stays warm even on long winter drives Home.

Quick and prompt service with a generous portion size and fair prices.
Would 100% recommend and will return.
Some of the best fish and chips I've had in a while.
Popcorn shrimp are also very good!

I ordered the 3 piece Haddock for my family today. Told them I would be there at 6pm to pick it up. Arrived a couple minutes early, they packed it up right at 6. Was home in ten minutes and it was fantastic. We would highly recommend this Fish and Chips restaurant. Lots of traditional signs, friendly staff. My son loved it too!

First time there won’t go back, fish was greasy and way too much batter, and sorry I don’t want the grey underbelly on my white fish. Fries were weird tasting.

What is this guys? Ordered the two halibut and these portion sizes for the price are a complete and utter joke. I really wish I saw the review with the pics prior to ordering from here for my first time; never again. Insulting to be honest when you compare to other fish and chip places. In addition, the halibut was really chewy which means overcooked, a double whammy. Popcorn shrimp tasted previously frozen too.

Excellent fish and chips, almost as good as British ones. Since moving to Canada the hunt for good fish and chips has been on. Here the fish is well cooked and a good size. I eould prefer they provide skinless chips (fries) but these are excellent tasting as well.

They suggest I could “stay” safe with the Haddock or I could go over the top with Halibut! I chose the Halibut and was SO NOT disappointed. It was awesome and I would definitely go back.

One girl doing everything, taking orders, cooking, wrapping, checkout. I guess it's no wonder that the fish was rubbery, the onion rings were chewey and the fries were greasy. I hadn't been here in years. It used to be the best fish & chips around. I was looking forward to this order. I was really disappointed. I gather it's under new management. They should have kept the old guys around for a spell to teach them how to cook. I guess it's decided now. DJ's is the best around, no contest. FGs just took last place on my list of fish & chip places. I won't be back, ever.

Halibut here is the best in town. Unless you catch yourself a Pickerel you aren’t going to top what they’re serving.

Excellent food and friendly service. The halibut and chips were so so good and portions generous. I highly recommend this place and will be making it my go to fish shop.

The proportions are great and the fries are also pretty tasty but the fish is extremely greasy and needs work, the meat isn't bad quality but in its current state it is very hard to recommend

The fish was terrible. I usually order Halibut and they didn't have any so I had to get the Haddock and it was the worst fish I have ever had. I don't normally order from this establishment but my other place closed on Monday. I wouldn't go back to this place again.

Grabbed fish n chips for good friday it was good. The chips were very good. All in all it was a perfect good friday dinner

First and last time going here.we ordered 8 piece haddock only to get home and find out it was 6 of the smallest pieces of fish I have ever gotten from a restaurant.we called and got reimbursed so that was good.but I want full size fish when I pay that kind of money.sorry but we wont be back.

This place used to be great. Change in ownership has changed the quality and treatment of the customers/ old regulars. We don't eat here anymore. The food is really bad especially compared to previous years. I have seen the new owners yell at customers and drive business away.

What a delightful meal. Batter was light and crispy, fish was flaky and tender. I'm not a big fan of fries, but they were good. I will return and definitely recommend!

We ordered for a family of 7 and we got more batter than fish. Im sorry but ill not recommend fish from here.

I went there sun Oct 11th and ordered 2pc haddock and fries and a large gravy and it came to JUST under $20! The pieces of fish were the size of the palm of my hand. Half the size they used to be. The fish was greasy and tasteless. The store smelled so bad I almost left when I walked in. Overpriced and crummy looking place that used to be THE place to go.not anymore and never again

I had the lunch special haddock and chips, it was the perfect amount of food filled me up, the price was awesome the fish was cooked perfect and the fries were awesome! Will definitely be back soon!

I painted the sign on this place in 2004. The fish and chips were great! I revisited yesterday and there was a 14 year old kid taking my order. Another teenager in the back solitude. Waited for 20 minutes. No one spoke to me and when I got it home the newspaper was dropping in oil. Gross. Whoever is running this place better get wise. It was disgusting! Inedible!

Just spent 28$ on the smallest pieces of fish ever. Hello I ordered the halibut not the gold fish. New owners should be ashamed of ruining such a good place. Thanks for nothing fryin guys. Or should we call you Ruining guys! Hang your head low.

Ordered family fish meal, fish looked like plastic and the whole carton was damp from grease. Tasted like chewy chicken. More of the meal was taking off all the batter, because there was no fish. Worst thing I’ve ever had. Called the place they didn’t really care. Probably won’t go back. Want expensive fish go somewhere else

We usually have no issues with this place, the food has always been great. But tonight we ordered and the fish was soggy, the fries and gravy were cold and the tartar sauce was very thick and only tasted like miracle whip. Very disappointed.

Have been going here for years. Today was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Batter was awful fries were so hard I couldn't stick my fork in them. Called to tell them that and basically got told sorry tough luck. Won't be going there any text soon. Should have got pizza

I spent 60 on overdone greasy batter with almost non existent fish. Replaced fries for the 8 piece with onion rings and received like 15 onion rings. No coleslaw or tartar sauce.
I called and was told this is how the meals come. Completely rude man on the phone. Never again.

The food was amazing.my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The fresh cut fries were awesome. The fish was cooked perfect. The batter was delicious and not greasy.we would for sure recomend this place to our friends. We will go back for sure.

I have been eating at this place since I was a little girl and it has never changed this is absolutely delicious and I will continue coming there until it closes

I have never eaten here, but I just want to say my dogs and I really appreciate the bowl of water you leave out for the dogs. It's such a pain to juggle 2 dogs and carrying water on hot summer days. So thank you for giving that to them so they can get a drink half way through out walk.

Hands down the best place for fish and chips in the Niagara region. Always perfectly battered regardless of which kind of fish you get. Absolutely perfect with malt vinegar and tartar sauce. Highly recommended!

Small place but great quality. If you like deep fried fish this is the best place I've ever been to. I'm from out west in Saskatoon and I know the good places for fish and chips but the Fryin Guys are like nothing I've ever had before. The price is worth it. My favourite place to go for deep fried halibut. I know you guys read these things and I'm telling you this place would put all the fish and chip restaurants in Saskatoon to shame. Small places always put their customer first and deliver quality food.

The place is small and quiet. The price is very reasonable. I like their fish and chips so much, I shared a 2nd order with my wife.

Fish and fries (chips) were hot and crisp. We ate in at the restaurant. Coleslaw was good though too finely grated for my taste. We had options of both white and malt vinegar. Good butter tarts too. The employee (owner?) was friendly and helpful. We're recommending to friends.
