I wrote a review on Dalton, that he reported us Carrier411, now he is keep reporting us again and again, OMG this guy so rude and unethical, unhuman behavior, I can't explain how bad he is.
Trailer 531213.26/5/2023. Driving on 401 E.near mm149. Super stupid and unsafe driver. Did cut me off-in construction zone. Please train your drivers well. Truck number 5568
Simply as this! book a with Alex McGhee and Walker Bauer, for delivery in CT for 11: 30 am Monday! Driver arrived on delivery and our apt was 1pm they simply lied about delivery time, why? Because is it easy to lie and to sell load for less money instead to do honest job and paid couple dollars more!
I have been a company driver for over three years. I enjoy cross border driving. There are superior driver support systems in place to minimize downtime and maximize miles. At Titanium great relationships have formed with other drivers, dispatchers, customs staff, and maintenance. They are all focused on driver success. I cannot recommend Titanium Transportation highly enough.
We've been working with Titanium since 2016 and they are a great partner. Professional team that goes above and beyond to tackle logistics challenges to provide impeccable service to their clients.
Great place to work as a company driver. Good equipment that’s currently being replaced with brand new. They are safety oriented and will listen when there’s a problem. Good people, good equipment and decent pay.
Have done lots of work with titanium over several years. This is a top notch operation that understands how a transport company needs to be ran in order to be successful.keep up the good work team!
Unprofessional company. Instead of dealing with issues and following up, they are much rather to avoid their problems in hopes they will go away. No wonder other reviews are so poor. Stay away and avoid trusting your business here
We have been working with Titanium for long time, all the staff members are very helpful and Cooperative. Especially Barbara is very friendly. Overall great company to work with:)
Titanium is a great company to work for. I have been a driver for 4 different companies in my career this far. Titanium is by far the best. Dispatch is amazing. I see more owner/operators here than I have seen at any other trucking company (which means they must be happy). As a company driver you are in a great place. A lot of loads are drop and hook. The ones that aren't have very quick load/unload times. You will get a lot of miles. You are treated like a person not a number. You are never forced to go anywhere or do anything you don't feel comfortable with. When you request time off you will have no problems. They always work with your schedule. Also their safety record is incredible. The safety team is top notch, they always have your back. If your looking for the best fit as a driver, I highly recommend Titanium.
We recently had a shipment of flour shipped from Ontario to Alberta through TTGI and could not have been more disappointed. We gave them one star due to their timely delivery, but every other aspect of the experience was non-professional and left our company looking for another logistics provider.
The products were delivered in terrible condition and several bags were ripped open and to add insult to injury, we watched as the delivery driver punctured three bags, with his pallet jack. Despite the fact they claimed to have basic insurance of $2.00 per pound of total shipment, they were unwilling to pay the claim accordingly. Our coverage by weight was $8,600.00, yet they only paid out half of a $650.00 claim.
If you are looking for a logistics provider, we highly recommend looking for a different provider.
A great place to work. We are a team and though other places talked about driver first culture and driver planned off time, these guys really apply it. We have the schedule we like and there's always someone there to help out if there's ever a problem with the truck or the route.
Watched a transport drive in the far left lane (the fast lane) while passing another transport in London, ON between highbury and wellington rd. Not only is that illegal, and carries a fine if caught, your driver held up traffic while driving a company vehicle. Very unprofessional.
Very well organized and managed company with in-house repair shop, big parking lot and plenty of dedicated customer base.
Excellent company for drivers but not for the Owner Operators. Very heavy Flatbed loads on a very low rate compensation. Would you chain and strap 22 ton steel on flatbed trailer and run from toronto to cleveland, OH for $600? If you do shame on you!
Ted is a great guy and so is Marilyn. Doug when he was there was great and Carm as well. Company has grown and unfortunately the HR Manager is to Junior to handle the recruitment growth. Always short on flat beds because recruiters in house do not have the skill to find them.also always turn over agency vendors because HR Manager is again to Junior to understand recruitment.and was handed the job. I would suggested blowing up HR and start by hiring a Director Of HR. Admin HR and outsource recruiting or hire staff who really know how to source and recruit. If not you're just having money go out the backdoor.
